I had ordered multimedia mobile phone, but delivered was of another brand and different imei no printed on box all charger and batteries are of different brands.

The munafa.Co.In is making fool company to the customers,

Last week i have been ordered 2 orders from them one is sony headphone with mi power bank which order id is oid55253 and i am also order a second order which is jbl headphone with mic which order id is oid61551

But when i was received this orders all 2 orders are received defective and when i am requested to the customer care of munafa to return the product they directly ignoring to return the product.

And they told me that they do not have any policy to accept the product return.

Now this matter i will posted on social media also

I order phone in RS 950 and the dileavery charge is RS60 total cost is 1010 mobile is differeante i order samsung E1282 with spy pen but product is different another brand mobile this brand is M-POWER and mobile is not on itis switch off or not on so please return my product and give my money this mobile battery is dead this mobile is bad and spy pen is also bad return my money please.

Why they are not taken return or exchange? how can i use not working material? they are fraud company? then why are not solving customer complaints.

Totally i am unable use this product due not working how can i accept i have paid money not for free.
