An illegal construction is going on at b-17 sanwal nagar new delhi-110049 of fourth floor. The owner of house is sunita w/o dharam singh. Dharam sing is an employ of bses. This house has also complaint before it when it was constructred in 2006. But no action was taken till now. So take sutable action according to law as soon as posible.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our house entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. Our children are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night disturbs our sleep and distracts our kids sleep and mind through out day and nights. Please help us to get rid of this straydog menace and take immediate action by sending mcd dog squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं E130 setor 3 phase 3 dwarka delhi 110078 का रहने वाला हूँ। इस गली में लगभग 10 inc बारिश का पानी रूका हुआ है। पानी निकने का कोई जगह नही है ईसके दोनो तरफ की गली को उची कर दी है जिसके कारण पानी रूका हुआ है।कूड़ा-करकट, मलबे आदि के ढेर लगे रहते हैं। इन पर मच्छर-मक्खियां मंडराते रहते हैं, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए बड़े हानिकारक हैं। इससे रोग फ़ैल रहे हैं। घर-घर में बीमार लोगों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। इससे समीपवर्ती भागों में प्रदूषण भी बढ़ता जा रहा है।

अतः आप से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप इस गली से सम्बन्धित सफाई कर्मचारियों और इंस्पेक्टरों को आदेश देकर ठीक करने की समुचित व्यवस्था करने की कृपा करें, जिससे लोगों को भयंकर रोगों और परेशानियों से छुटकारा मिल सके।

I resident of Raigar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, I want to complaint against the people living in my area, they are capturing unathorised area in my street by placing the grills on the name of security, putting extra steps in front of their houses, some of the houses have even made toilets in the extra area. And the corner of streets like street no.63, 64, 65, etc. the shopkeepers have captured lots of area because of road width have decreased which results in traffic jam. There are some non-veg shops, some kios because of which people are always standing at the corners. Our family ladies and girls doesn't safe in going out. At night people are standing at corners who doesn't have their houses in these streets. In my street no. 64 & corners people have captured unauthorised land, today also one of the house is putting drill in front of their house which is of no use. Width of the street is decreasing day by day. At one corner of my street some people used drink alcohol any time they want and they doesn't live in this street. One printing press doing their works outside in the street, one cooks food daily morning outside, they all damages the street as well as they want.
We are facing many problems like kindly help us so our family can feel safe.

I request you to take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

They dont even bother coming and cleaning the drains and then come back on festivals asking for money. Later on problem like water logging happens and not only this but diseases like dengu etc spread for which the government has little or no resolution.

(Did not give complaint no) bt am still waiting for any action, all officers are involved in this case, they took the bribe because they never taken any action, how the simple person can survive in delhi. They are the god of mcd. They are not doing their job sir, they are only doing their personal interest. I dont think sir anyone take any action but at least i can believe on you.

movement of the same after midnight which is a great cause of disturbance for all residents.

Updated by Seema Mangha I mailed here about the cleaning of my locality and with in seconds i received the call from a mobile no [protected] and he asked me rs 20/- for the registration, i asked him to pay tomorrow when he will come for the action but he insisted and asked me for the otp as he mentioned that this registration can be done through him only so i gave him the otp and he charged rs 19990/-. I have already complained about it and filed an fir also i tried calling mcd as i have received the acknowledgement mail from thm about my complaint and also shared the same concern with you to warn them if their webiste is hacked but the person who received my call was asking me to call in the morning as his duty was about to get over or may b he was not ready to take any action or may be its just another government office and people dont like to listen or work.

Please do something about it

There is a north mcd park in ac block shalimar bagh (Between flat no 173 and 179), which comes under ward-63 of mcd.

Due to non functional water boring motor for last more than 50 days, the whole park is under spell of dry in thi period of scorching heat.

Talked to so, mr rakesh kumar (Mobile no.[protected] but of no avail.
Then talked to dy director, mr nahar singh (Mobile no.[protected]) but no action
Finally talked to dc of rohini zone, mr chill (Mobile no.[protected]) and he said that nothing can be done in near future also.

They are the sculpture manufacture, staying at the roadside, and working throughout the year.
Earlier they are set up their shop at the time of festival
Mow they are sitting there with temporary sheds

The area of concern is:-

They have created one god sculpture permanent (See attached image) with cement on the footpath, it is a kind of a beginning of the holy place. Please do the needful for the same.

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal activities are being done by mr jaipal singh mann, above mentioned. He is a govt teacher by profession but he is indulged in commercial activities in the residential society and he is using the 'garage ' of different flats for running the same. His modus - operandi is that he uses two adjoining garages and gives them the shape of a shop / showroom by abolishing the walls between the two garages. He is alderdy running a property dealer office and has recently started unauthorised construction (Which he has done in the night time) and further planning to start some commercial activities. He illegally purchases the garages of the flat owners for a negligle amount and then removes the walls and pillars between the garages to have a bigger area. Due to this the walls of the building had got a lot of cracks in it and it had become unsafe for us to live in the flat. He has also encroached our common builing passage / space by putting too many trees and flower pots all around his flat and a lot of inconvenience is being faced by us and the other residents of the society.

We are the peaceful residents of aakash ganga apartment, living here with our families. Please help us and save the peaceful environment of the peaceful society. You are requested to take an action at the earliest possible and stop illegal extension / construction and commercial activities done by mr jaipal singh mann.

I am a resident of h2 block, vikaspuri and would request you to please fix the sewer issue asap. Sewers are blocked and have been merged with drinking water due to which the corporation water we get for drinking is filthy black in colour with foul smell which is also a concern for mosquito breeding and i have been suffering from dengue past two weeks.. This kind of water cannot be used for any household purpose. Would request you to fix it asap.

Thisisto bring to your notice regarding the previous complaint regarding blockage of sewer due to which sewer water is merged with corporation water with foul smelly and black colour water..Mcd guys came three days back and temporarily cleaned sewer, so for two days water was clean and again today its thesame foul smelly black water ...This kind of water cannot really be used for daily use. We are residents of Gail no 10, Peepal chownk, Mohan Garden, 110059. I would like to bring to your kind notice the following issues which are already verbally communicated many times earlier & awaiting your kind consideration at the earliest.

1. Water logging – Every time during rainy season, water gets logged in our area and there is no way to avoid it. Due to water logging and completely blocked drainage system, mosquitoes and other virus are breeding in the area. The situation is affecting many people . starting from an An iron man used to have his ironing sheet to an office going person . Not only this blocked sewage has made it even bad, there are chances of residents suffering from typhoid, viral fever, dengu. If nothing is done immediately, the situation will turn from bad to worse. Hope concerned authorities will take immediate steps to improve the living conditions in the area.

2. Spraying of Insecticides: Since rainy season have started already, and dangerous mosquito breeding diseases like malaria & dengue are on the peak in this season, most of our drainage are uncovered/broken & giving space for breeding of mosquitoes. So we request preventive spraying of insecticides on weekly basis for next 3 months at least.

3. Repair/Replacement of Broken Drain Covers Slabs: Most of the cemented cover Slabs of drainage line is badly broken, and blocked which not only give space to dangerous insects & mosquitoes but also leads to risk of fatal injuries to kids & senior citizens crossing them on daily basis. Kindly get it replaced at the earliest.

4. Garbage at plots- Lot of garbage is being dumped regularly at vacant plot which is near to Sanjeevni school. And there is no provision to remove. This is because there is not garbage pick up van in our area. You are requested to kindly inspect his site and instruct the official to take immediate steps to remove that dumped garbage near school in this area because children going to this school and nearby residents are facing immense problem due to foul smell and breeding of mosquito. The situation has become even worse after rain due to water logging, blocked sewage giving way to lots of diseases, infections like dengue, diarrhea, malaria etc.

5. Blocked, leaked and overflowing sewer line – Few month back some of the workers from Delhi Jal Board came to get new sewage pipes. They opened the sewages and gutter connection but did not came to complete it as there was overflowing water. Some of the sewage pipes are leaked which get mixed with the corporation water. Which is open invitation to infections as these corporation water is used for house hold and drinking purpose. I would urge to please take immediate action before someone is attacked by any of infections caused due to this messed situation.

Municipal Corporation Of Delhi —Request for Blocked sewer

I am a resident of sec3 pocket16 dwarka and would request you to please fix the sewer blockage as mud and sand already block is in there. Sewers are blocked and over flow water have been merged with drinking water due colour with foul smell which is also a concern for mosquito breeding and i have been suffering from dengue past two weeks.. This kind of water cannot be used for any household purpose. Would request you to fix it asap.

This is to bring to your notice that thereis a blockage and damaged of sewer due to which sewer water is leaking insideour premises with foul smelly and black colour water. We request Stop thisleakage and clear the blockage that is making our life hell. Would request youto resolve this on permanent basis.

I paid property tax on http://www.mcdpropertytax.in through my credit card on 5th june 2017. The amount 3828.02 was charged on my card, however, the same has not been credited at property tax site.

I contacted payu support (Payment gateway) also and they confirmed that transaction was successful and the matter has been forwarded to http://www.mcdpropertytax.in for redressal. Further i lodged grievance (Grievance id - 24083) on property tax site, however the receipt of tax paid has still not generated.

Request you to please look into the matter.
