Sir i am senior citizen and love to appreciate being part of swach abhiyan, but it gives immense pain when mcd ignores the encroachments of foot paths and roads causing lot of disturbance and garbage on roads and blocking of rain water causing water logging and traffic jams, it is not that mcd or delhi police is not aware but every concerned dept is letting it happen for their vested interest which public knows better, who will bell the cat,...

This is to inform you that the sewer system in my area i. E. Shakti nagar extn. Is getting worse day by day. The cleaning hasn't taken place since years and also the drains are open without any covers and has leaded to the breeding of mosquitos and also there is stagjation of water in them. Apart from this the drains which are covered their holes aren't open the debris is stuck in it this further causes stagnation of water. Kindly help in curbing this menace.

I am working in new delhi institute of management, 50 tughlakabad insitutional area new delhi - 110062. Sir i would like to inform you that the badarpur - merauli road was damaged and start repair working before january 2017.. But till today also that road was not repaired.. It is too difficult to driving and we never reached office in time because of heavy traffic jam everyday. Kindly do the needful at the earliest because our air force, boarder security force, itbp, batra hospital, hamdard university and hospitals are badly effected this problem..in rainy season the problems are effected very badly.. Kindly do the needful at the earliest... Kindly look in to the matter seriously and your quick action will be highly appreciated.

This is to bring to you attention that i have been struggling to get resolution on the issue related to environment and hygiene from sdmc for more than six months now. If you review my requests written on pm grievance website pmopg/e/2016/0216753, pmopg/e/2016/0250473, pmopg/e/2017/0231093, gnctd/e/2017/03520 and [protected] (Filed in delhi govt. Website), you will figure out yourself what frustration a common citizen of this country has to go through.

The issue is of a road in salapur area of delhi (Falls under najafgarh /sdmc) behind walls of residences of sector 21 gurgaon. The entire road has been converted into a big dumping ground and despite of my several requests to shift this dumping area to another place as it is right behind our residences, each request has fallen in deaf ears. If you visit our area then there is a permanent stench in the entire area and also inside our homes. If steps are not taken in timely manner then in these monsoon you will definitely witness outbreak of diseases like dengue, malaria etc.

If you read yesterday's times of india (June 14th, 2017) then under citizen reporter you can see one of the photos that will tell you the condition of this area.

I also registered complaint with sdmc few days back with complaint registration number grv/stz/2017/099771. Refer to the video attached and you will see the situation in this area.

Today i have also uploaded a video in you tube with the subject : road converted into a big garbage dumping ground. The video itself is the testimony of how careless the government is.

Through your channel's medium i seek a permanent resolution of this problem as your channel seems to be the right forum to escalate this problem to the right authorities.

Look forward for a permanent solution on the issue raised by me as the problem mentioned in the aforesaid requests is a big blot on swachh bharat abhiyan. This dumping ground needs to be immediately cleaned and shifted to some other place.

An illegal construction is going on at b-17 sanwal nagar new delhi-110049 of fourth floor. The owner of house is sunita w/o dharam singh. Dharam sing is an employ of bses. This house has also complaint before it when it was constructred in 2006. But no action was taken till now. So take sutable action according to law as soon as posible.

This is to inform you mr ravinder sharma and lalit sharma is the owner of the flat bearing no 5 sfs has done illegal construction on third floor it was the common terrace area for all the alloties in this block common ares or common portion must remain for all the allottes cannot be grabbed by anyindividual. I wish to state that the misguided sympathyof mcd officials surge ahead with illegal construction and dare.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our house entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. Our children are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night disturbs our sleep and distracts our kids sleep and mind through out day and nights. Please help us to get rid of this straydog menace and take immediate action by sending mcd dog squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं E130 setor 3 phase 3 dwarka delhi 110078 का रहने वाला हूँ। इस गली में लगभग 10 inc बारिश का पानी रूका हुआ है। पानी निकने का कोई जगह नही है ईसके दोनो तरफ की गली को उची कर दी है जिसके कारण पानी रूका हुआ है।कूड़ा-करकट, मलबे आदि के ढेर लगे रहते हैं। इन पर मच्छर-मक्खियां मंडराते रहते हैं, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए बड़े हानिकारक हैं। इससे रोग फ़ैल रहे हैं। घर-घर में बीमार लोगों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। इससे समीपवर्ती भागों में प्रदूषण भी बढ़ता जा रहा है।

अतः आप से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप इस गली से सम्बन्धित सफाई कर्मचारियों और इंस्पेक्टरों को आदेश देकर ठीक करने की समुचित व्यवस्था करने की कृपा करें, जिससे लोगों को भयंकर रोगों और परेशानियों से छुटकारा मिल सके।

I would like to tell you about our locality threat from street dog all dogs run behind the people and bite. There are many cases of these dogs attacking people and biting people children. Its is very risky to walk safely in the street because of these dogs. They disturb and create nuisance in the night. They had bitten the childrens as well. Kindly look into the matter...

I resident of Raigar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, I want to complaint against the people living in my area, they are capturing unathorised area in my street by placing the grills on the name of security, putting extra steps in front of their houses, some of the houses have even made toilets in the extra area. And the corner of streets like street no.63, 64, 65, etc. the shopkeepers have captured lots of area because of road width have decreased which results in traffic jam. There are some non-veg shops, some kios because of which people are always standing at the corners. Our family ladies and girls doesn't safe in going out. At night people are standing at corners who doesn't have their houses in these streets. In my street no. 64 & corners people have captured unauthorised land, today also one of the house is putting drill in front of their house which is of no use. Width of the street is decreasing day by day. At one corner of my street some people used drink alcohol any time they want and they doesn't live in this street. One printing press doing their works outside in the street, one cooks food daily morning outside, they all damages the street as well as they want.
We are facing many problems like kindly help us so our family can feel safe.

I would like to submit a complaint about the drains not being cleaned by the sweepers in the area where i live. They dont even bother coming and cleaning the drains and then come back on festivals asking for money. Later on problem like water logging happens and not only this but diseases like dengu etc spread for which the government has little or no resolution.

Sir, here in delhi - 110006 which is extremely crowded area. There is illegal construction of residential building there are 6 floors height about 60 feet or more. Address of the building is 2384, gali ravidass, sita ram bazar, delhi, - 110006, in the name of yashpal (Owner of building). Plz don't disclose my identity. It will create big problem for me.

We the people at b block vijay nagar, single storey, delhi-110009 are lodging a complaint as there are lots of stray dogs harming people in our area. The number of is increasing day by day and they are going mad biting people around... They already have bitten 2 kids and 1 maid. Please take necessary action as soon as possible... Kids in our area are not able to play as well!!

I would like to inform you that at 66 arjun nagar safdarjung enclave new delhi-110029, the illegal consternation running form the last 4 month so many times i made the complaints no 21389/r/n, dated 29.03.17. (2) ex, engineer (Bldg.) dated 29.5.17. (Did not give complaint no) bt am still waiting for any action, all officers are involved in this case, they took the bribe because they never taken any action, how the simple person can survive in delhi. They are the god of mcd. They are not doing their job sir, they are only doing their personal interest. I dont think sir anyone take any action but at least i can believe on you.

I am a resident of sawarag ashram gtb nanagr and its been more thn one year people are just throwing debris and trash on the so called road itself and with rains it is getting even more difficult to live in this area as the place is getting more unhygenic. Sir people keep old furniture, unsued doors or the trash from thr wooden work or renovation on the road and nobody cares.

The said illegal construction is blocking our shaft area which is creating huge difficulty in our building in terms of ventilation. The said illegal construction has been done just below my floor i.
