Dear Sir

My office is located at tolichowki main Road near galaxy theater my door number is 8-1-400/62/3 in front of my office there is main road where heavy traffic will be there since last one year there is no street light near by 30 poles don't have street light we gave several complaints but action had not been taken till now so many accidents were happening because of the problem its our humbly request to solve it as soon as possible

I have lodged many complaints on GHMC website in which one of the complaint no is 11TPG1349 regarding Enchroachment on road as well as on footpath by the owner of H.no 11-4-909 Chilkalguda Secunderabad.I want the enchroachment to be removed because it is causing inconvinence to the vehicles as well as to the pedestrains. In the above complaint when I have seen the status of the complaint it was written as "DISPOSED" stating that the enchroachment will be removed in the mass enchroament drive.Kindly I want it to be sent to the GHMC officials to the concerned authorities.

Sub: Illegal Construction at Common Area.
Ref: I am the owner of the Flat No.13, MIG – II, Block 38.
Some of my neighbors and myself are very frustrated because of the Ground floor owner Mr. Janardhan Reddy Block-38, MIG – II, F.no.1, unotherisely constructed rooms at common area above the existing old house.
At first, the three families from the first, second, and third floors were facing a lot of Water problem. We want to put a Tanks at the common place, which the Owner of the flat No.1 Groundfloor was unotherisely constructed rooms and given to a tenant.
As an alternative to this problem 3rd floor residents are keeping tanks in the ground floor common area and drawing drinking water to the overhead tank. It has became a common practice to all through Banghlingampally. In fact the other 3 owners of the flats at the 3rd floor of the same block ( Block-38 ) have kept tanks in the ground floor common area.
The ground floor F.no.1 owner as made an unotherised construction at the common area so we are unable to put a tank at the ground floor.
Kindly dismental the unotherised construction at the common area of our block 38, MIG-II, Flat No.1 at Ground floor.
The construction is now suspended. We are processing our complaints to G.H.M.C. offices of Municipality. In between the time of the problem, we also submitted our request to the Minister.
Now look at the pictures of the illegal construction (attached).
I have heard of injustice faced by other people, but this time I am experiencing it. Life always has something to challenge me.

after seeing ghmc garbage segregators in srinagar colony punjagutta, i request the ghmc authorities to provide sanitation gloves to these segregators, these people segregate garbage with uncovered hands. why should they be not given gloves kind of things to protect themselves . they are very impotant people for our society to remain clean. there is an urgent need to look into this

I had made a complaint earlier, on this forum, about street lights not working in the Kalyan Nagar, Venture III (Pin 500018) area, towards the Newton HighSchool in SrI Ram, Nagar.

I would like to bring your attention to the root of the issue.

I've seen street urchins throwing stones at the already non-functioning street lights, in the lane leading to the Newton High School Sri Ram Nagar (Kalyan Nagar Venture III), there by making it difficult at night to go out safely.

This non-functioning of street lights provides quiet, dark corners for ruffians, miscreants and underage children to indulge in smoking cigarettes, beedis and other bad habits.

I request the authorities, to kindly take immediate action, and restore light in this dark lane.

All over the hyderabad city, ghmc has installed paid parking on the road itself with out any shelter from sun light. We are forced to pay money to ghmc with out having any satisfaction. very bad ghmc. we hate ghmc.

Dear GHMC,

The road was dug in the middle to erect an arch recently by some of the locals last week. It still is there for every one to see and has been causing a lot of inconvenience to the passing traffic. Even though the police patrol passes through the same road every day nothing was done so far to remove it.

Please do the necessary to remove this obstruction from the middle of the road asap.

Sir, We the residents of Masab Tank, Saifabad Science College Road, beside Golkonda Hotel, ( near Chinthal Basthi) have been facing the problem of stray dog menace since past few months.There are atleast 50 dogs, taking shelter in Science College premises during day. They come out in streets at night and terrorize whole neighbourhood, creating a nuisance. We request the concerned wing of GHMC to take action at the earliest.

Residents of dattatreya colony, asif nagar, hyderabad are facing hardship due to burning of garbage, saw dust & plastic waste from Asif nagar slum. everyday they burn a lot of garbage causing bad smoke & difficulty in breathing, this must be stopped & GHMC must take serious action !!!

A complaint was registered in the GHMC (greater hyderabad municipal corporation) website on 10th april.

am mahalakshmi i gave birth to baby boy 3 months back,i went saroor nagar municipal office to apply birth certificate for my baby .But they told me, apply through eseva then i went to eseva they told ur baby details not entered by ghmc so we are unable to start the process.i got register no 1253 from where i was admit in hospital.so i requesting u plz update my baby details.

Am Srinivas from Satyanarayan Nagar , Gudimalkapur-Near crystal Gardens(Satyanarayan Nagar)-Mehdipatnam- Hyderabad. We have a complaint to the GHMC Commissioner , regarding the issue of cleaning up of the underground drianage in our colony i.e.Satyanarayan nagar, Near crystal Gardens(Satyanarayan Nagar),Mehdipatnam,Hyderabad. We are facing this issue since 1 week and so many times informed to GHMC, but till now no one has come and cleaned up the underground drainage. So, due to this non-cleaning up o[censored]nderground drainage, all the drainage water was overflowing from that and the water was flowing the roads of our residense,due to this we are facing many problems and most of our children and elder people got effected with malaria and heavy fever.
Please take some necessary actions in order to clean the underground drainage in the following Address:

We are residing in H.No.[protected] KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. For removal of debris one private person collecting thrice a week and charging Rs.30/-per month per portion. He didn't turn up since 15 days during March, 2011. There is no DUST BIN nearby our locality i.e., 1st and 2nd phase of KPHB Colony. We are facing lot of trouble to throw or removal debris. Accumulation of debris may cause spoiling of environment. Hence I request you kindly arrange to remove debris from the residences in the locality by providing truck or some other means for which authorities can charge.

WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE THE FORMALITIES OF PAYMENT OF 6948/-. JUST AFTER ENTERING THE SECURITY PASSWORD OF SBI, I COULD NOT GET THE NEXT WINDOW TO CONFIRM THE PAYMENT AND RECEIPT WAS NOT SHOWN. BUT I GOT INTIMATION ON PHONE THAT THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED.

BUT WHEN INQUIRED WITH THE GHMC HYDERABAD THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY.

NOW I AM IN CONFUSION AS WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MONEY. IMMEDIATELY I HAVE INTIMATED THE SBI CARDS AND THE DISPUTE FORM IS FAXED TO[protected] AND[protected]. I am the tanent in House No. 15-8-513/S/1/2. at Feelkhana under GHMC Circle V. I Was Paid My Property Tax Till March 2010. When I Go to pay my Property tax for the year 2011, online system is not excepting the PTIN No. and shows deleted. My PTIN No. [protected]. Kindly I request you to activate my PTIN so I can pay my tax Promptly. Already I Was submited the request along with the Tax Receipts and assesment order copy in the office of the Dy.Commissioner GHMC Circle V on 25th Jan 2011.

Dear sir,
i am villager of Barma village.My mukhiya is not good.because he is very selfish man and he see only own development and not see to any one problem.Now Mukhiya election is coming then he gives all poors and old man money.Because he should vote in election.He gives light in Barma village only half village because that time only half village gives to vote him.He is a very dishonest Mukhiya.please take action on this matter seriously.

Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice the shabby state of affairs and possible area of trouble due to non-lighting/unavailability of proper street lighting in Kalyan Nagar, Phase 3 area (near Newton High School, Sriram Nagar).

There are at least 3 street lights which do not work for the past 8~10 months.
There was a 4th one which was repaired 2~3 months ago and thankfully thats been working well.

However, I'd like to point out that I've often observed in the late hours of the evenings, very young children often smoking "beedi" and cigarettes in the shadows of darkness near Newton High School, Sri Ram Nagar. If at least there is proper lighting at least it will discourage such hazardous activities.

There are 2 lanes (inverted L-shape) which lead to the back entrance of the Newton High School and there is ZERO street lighting within at least 100~200 feet of the school entrance.

I humbly request authorities to look into the matter, and ensure proper street lighting a.s.a.p.

Armed forces personnel owning a house / Flat if residing in that house/ Flat is exempted from paying house tax under GHMC Malkajgiri ( RR Distt). There are cases where the house is either on rent or permanently sold to a civilian for a long time . In the instant case Flat No 405 in Ushodaya Apts SV COLONY , RK PURAM- 500056 was purchased by one Major ( Indian Army) . He was exempted from paying house tax. In the year 2006 the flat was sold to Mrs Meenakshi , a civilian duly registered at the Sub-Registrar office at Malkajgiri. But neither the Sub-Registrar informed GHMC of the transfer of the property to a civilian nor the present owner informed of the transfer to GHMC, Malkajgiri officially. GHMC Malkajgiri with its field officer , namely Mrs Manjulata , in collusion did not update the status of the Flat and is extending exemption to the civilian owner in the name of Major Radha Krishna, the previous owner.
I have brought this case to the notice of the field officer , her superior section officer , the manager and the Dy Chairman GHMC, Malkajgiri. I fact as per the rule in vogue houses / flats not resided by the respective owners are not also eligible for exemption. The field officers are well aware of the status of such houses / Flats in their domain. They are in direct collusion and taking their cut .
My complaint to Dy Chaiman GHMC has remained unactioned as on today.
I hereby draw the attention of the Chairman GHMC to take the necessary disciplinary action against the errand officials.
I also draw attention to the IG registration to advice Sub-registrars to intimate change of ownerships of such properties to the concerned office of GHMC so that they are compelled to update their records on exemption of house taxes etc.
