Hi i had made a payment of 1633rs for water bill from my credit card..the money got deducted from my card but the bill was not paid showing that it is an internal error..

Kindly look into the matter and transfer my money back to my account..

I was paying mcgm water bill of amount Rs. 918/-. First time I did using Indusind Bank Credit card. Amount got deducted and post that website showed internal server error & receipt was not generated. I thought that the transaction was failed and amount will revert back into my account.

Hence I did payment second time through my RBL bank credit card account, this time also amount got deducted and receipt was not generated

Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my bank account.

I was paying mcgm water bill of amount rs 5, 053/- through payment gateway SBIepay and then SBI netbanking. Amount got deducted and post that i got an internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

We live in a area 500 MTRS away there is very heavy pipeline is taken the name is kajuapda pipeline we live in are 500 MTRS away from it called Buddha parnkutir and we are facing a water shortage since I was born here and still there is not even enough water. We live in a city where there is a availability of everything but we don't get our basic right after even payment of 40000 to BMC the taps are empty with water we in the area in early morning run with buckets and kalshi in our hand searching Taps to taps that even one tap must be having water... Results the water they supply even where we can get some is for 2 hrs only and for 1 he the owner of Tap doesn't provide us to fill our buckets. This we are facing from last 25 yes and our Nagar sevak is of no use he never tries even to help us so it's our humble request to you guys if you can please help us this is very very much badly needed help if you can help us or just can address this matter to a concerned authorities, as we are getting rejected from all of the Nagar sevak and the people who even can help us had denied to help us.

Its a great pleasure that i was fined for my mask which was little down while standing aside to attend a phone call. Its a great intention from your side because i was wrong. But more than lakhs of people roam around without masks throughout the day. I know there are many poor people who cant pay fine but they can afford a mask for safety of everyone. They dont wear it purposely to show that they are poor but can easily afford alcohol quarter daily. Every society and shopkeeper must have signs..
No mask no entry.. Without mask Rs 200 fine.
Also to ease the crowds in buses and trains the fare should be increased by 100% so that the crowd gets lessen by at least 25%.

My name is mehul parekh, residing at c-4, yogi darpan chsl, yoginagar, borivali west, mumbai 400091. Opp. Vakharia academy.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of yogi darpan and nearby area as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as i moved a step back when 3 to 4 such such dogs was trying to jump and bite me. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Hi, I am writing to bring to your notice the increasing stray dog menace in our society - Kshitij, GE Links, Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon (w) - 400104. The complaint mainly relates to two dogs that the society security is also aware about, but unable to take action out of the fear of police action.

These two dogs have caused havoc over the last two months. Please see the below two points

1) They have been incessantly scratching people's cars (my father's car's top is completely scratched). My father is a senior citizen and it is difficult to take such a loss for him.

2) Last month, one of the two dogs that I spoke about above was extremely aggressive and scratched my hand. For this, I had to get the rabies vaccination done (please see attached pics as proof). This has now become a life threatening issue, as small kids and old people also move around the society. We should not wait for a mishap to occur.

We have called the BMC dog control cell many times but there has been no help or response. I request with folded hands - I have already been bitten once. Let's get the 2 rabid dogs out of the society before someone dies.

I did online payment of water bill of amount 3200 today 28/09/2020 from mcgm portal but i did not get any transaction reference number. The amount 3200 was debited from my account but water bill still shows outstanding amount. My water bill connection number cnn is [protected]@0443808.. Kindly look into the same and do the needful by either acknowledging the payment or revert back the amount for online transaction error.. Thank you

This is with reference to complaint number [protected] lodged on 18th of september as detailed below.

A tree adjoining the building has branches which have grown and are nearly in contact with the roof mangalore tiles of the building.
Due to the swaying of the branches the mangalore tiles may get dislodged and fall down with serious consequences to any passerby or to anyone in the terrace of house number 6 of the building.

Hi, i am resident of one of 4 buildings (Vishranti/ashtavinayak/samadhan/satyavijay) in samta colony, ghatkopar east. There are stray dogs barking very loudly in the night till 3-4 am this is going on since last 1-2 months. My family is not able to sleep by even closing windows and wearing ear plugs. The stray dogs bark in the common ground area shared by 4 societies and are sleeping/residing below vishranti building. Kindly help here.

There are almost 30-40 cats that are now creating a threat to area people and kids. Cats have doing potti everyones door steps and everywhere in the area also growing at a high rate. There are over 80 kids in the area who are scared of the attack. We have also raised a complaint to the families who is feeding food but they abusing us. I am a resident of shirin mansion. 14, kolsa x lane, shirin mansion, pydhonie. Recently there are about 5 to 6 stray dogs which have started staying in the lane. They are trying to hrm people. Late nights no one can cross the lane also. They run behind bikes and create a lot of nuisance in the night. Please take some action urgently

Sir dogs have small children and they has been trying to use our building for toilet purpose . Sir i have called to mcgm, k east ward, area . They have forward this problem to others . Like wise i have tried to ngo also . But we have tired from this . In our surrounding area many stray dogs wander and during night they fight
and make noisy situation and make the situation chaotic. Many people offer them leftovers of their kitchen. Thereby leftover piles on street. Many times
they attack on children and strangers.
Many of these dogs suffer from disease.These street dogs make their excreta in the society and turn upside down the garbage-bins, thereby it makes the surrounding unhealthy.
Hereby request you to resolve the problem at the earliest.
