Dear sir/mam,
I am staying at Anandi Bhuvan, Teli Galli, Dhobi Alley, Charai. We are harassed by street dogs in area.. Here more then 20-25 street dogs are regularly barking. They even bite people. Early mornings and late evenings we won't be able to come out of home due to this. Small childrens and ladies are feeling more insecure due to these dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible.

There is lot of dirty smell, no cleanness, no paver blocks and no lights. After 6 pm we have to take torch for passing. Situation is worst during mansoon.
Please fix paver blocks and provide lights becasue hundreds of people use that tunnel way to cross for viviana or chirag nagar or jupitor.

Almost people Use that place as urinal.

Water supply is very very irregular and is leading to lot of hard ships like lack of drinking water throughout the day, pile up o[censored]sed utensils and clothes. It is getting difficult to manage this every days with reopening of offices etc. Plus there are no fixed times slots for water like some day 7.30, some day 8.30, some day 8 etc. Also time for which water is given is 15 min, 20 min, 30 min . One cannot complete all work in short durations .. this is causing a huge issue for the residents

I have noticed that a slum has come up near Teksons company at the starting point of Kolshet Road, Kapurbavdi above the water supply pipeline. First it was a small shanty, but over the months it has grown into a slum or gaushala with people rearing cows which I guess are taken to the temples. The place is all littered with cowdung and garbage. And Iam surprised to know that the TMC dept has not taken notice of it. Iam not against any God but this is a common sight to see at most of the temples where people come and feed the cows and they Litter all over the place. Its so horrible to see such things happening in a city like Thane which they call a smart city. Will the authorities take necessary action against these people who come to the cities to make a business using God as their primary source of income.

Updated by rohjan The Gaushala which I had mentioned in my earlier complaint has been removed due to work going on building up the boundary wall. But the people have not been rehabilated and the cows are still there. Will these people get a small house of their own somewhere in the interiors instead of living on the roads. It will be a great deed of kindness on part of TMC. And it will also help keep the city clean and looking good.

We have to inform you that Mrs. Ranka residing and owner of flat no.501, Atmabandhu CHSL, Kharkar ali, Thane West constructed temple shed spread over 500 sft. I am of the firm opinion that there is no permission sought from your for the shed, leave aside seeking permission for construction of temple. I doubt whether there is any levy/tax on account of such temporary shed construction. The word temporary has lost its meaning under TMC existence as for the sake of corruption your personnel are wellknown you may turn blind eye to the same. I think our PM should have anounced aswacha BHARAT which fits you.

Mrs.Ranka, flat owner of 501, of Atmabandhu CHSL, TM Road, Plot 17, Tikka 5, Kharkar ali, Thane West 400601 about a decade ago without obtaining permission from statutory authority, thereby causing several/severe nuisance to undersigned, apart from nonavailability of space for society office 4 wheeler parking space for residing members. The kind of nuisances caused are brought to the notice of TMC vide their inward numbers 19989 to 19991 all dated 3rd October, 2021. More than a month has lapsed no action from TMC. Complainant relies on the contents of above three letters and expect TMC to take prompt action by demolition of illegal temple and arresting the one for his misdeed under several sections. Said temple is illegally spread of 500 sft carpet atleast thereby blocking the area for children play also.

It is observed that no of food booths, panpatti booths and such booths have come up on all the footpaths of service roads from Cadbury junction to Pokharan road no 2 . Also there are many such booths on footpaths on road connection service road and TCS road . These booths claim that they have been given permission under physically handicapped scheme of TMC.. We citizens do not see any discretion on part of TMC to issue such permissions . There is a complete defacing of the roads which are built with taxes paid by us. Also citizens are being deprived o[censored]sing footpaths. .I have never seen a disabled person who is operating these booths for physically disabled. TMC owes something to tax payers like us. Pls look into this and take necessary action to cleat the footpaths and road sides of such encroachers.
