Road Drainage Line Has Been Choke Up, Whole Road Is Flooded With Drainage Line Beacause Of Choke Up. Since Many Months Now, We Have Complaint To TMC For Many Times But No One Has Came Till Now. Please Send Someone To Fix This As Soon As Possible....

This is to inform you that there is illegal occupancy required on public ground by some of people and setup huts backside of building no.94, Brindavan Society, Thane west.
Previously there was only 1 hut was there now it is expanded in almost 2500 area and expanded slums illegally.
Please help to remove this to avoid further expansion on public ground.

There are many stray dogs residing in our ward and they keep Barking all the time and even sometimes in the midnight 3am due to which we are not able to sleep and facing health conditions like severe Headache, stress etc. so its a kind request to clear this problem by sending Concerned authorities to our ward and take care of those stray dogs asap.below i have mentioned the address and my contact no for any further help.

Request you to resolve the inadequate water supply which is happening for the past more than 7 days in our complex - Yashraj Park Kasarvadavli, GB Road, Thane (W). It will be very difficult for the residents to be safe from Corona, if our hygiene is compromised due to less water availability.

It is shamefull as citizens are in trouble with covid..but thane police are creating trouble by clicking photos of people vechilce...early morning at 7am, just for sake, to earn money...why this people are in system..

8fit galary extended without any support this will get collaps any time. Pls take strick action against this guy. Its a road but he extended his galary top 8fit that is Illigal. Kal ko ko bhi mar sakta he Pls action lijiye before having any accident. This has to pillar support If you visit and see this was totally scam. Requesting municipal corporation to take strick action and save peoples life.

Without taking any permission this guy has extended 8fit galary outside the Road. Pls check the attachment you Can clearly see how Much area he covered up, This is get collaps any time and innocent people will get die.

All the public in locality has been throwing garbage on place where it located on centre of the residential area and on road side .

Various diseases has been observed and spread around.
The street dogs, Birds have been nutured here around the garbage

Pls have a look towards the change of garbage Disposal location as it is exactly opposite to my house, bit the concern is that this location is unsuitable for throwing garbage in residential area since it's only place in locality all the residents have been throwing garbage in this location.

My self, Suraj pilankar, recently I bought the resale flat in kharegaon kalwa, i already submitted required documents to the concern department i.e Kalwa Prabhag Samiti on dated 1st Feb 2021,

Post 3 month I didn't get any positive reply from concern department which are at kalwa as well as kharegaon, even they not supporting for further process after several reminders and physical meets.

This complaint regards to garbage dump.

Due to this garbage dump box, People living surroundings facing a health issue.

Illness increases. Every morning garbage collection van is coming. Many times I told van people to push the dump in the corner but they are not listening. They always keeping the dump in front of houses. Due to relocation of dump, mosquitoes are increased, illness increases every night people in that lean, not able sleep.

This is a humble request to the corporation to please change the garbage dump location. In this line, having small children and aged people are living. In this covid, due to mosquito covid can increases.

The society named (Everest Countryside Marigold Co-Operative Housing Society Limited) has paid all the dues in time prescinded.

We had submitted all the papers of all flat owner (136 members) to tmc owala office bearer Mr. manilal suryavanshi) and has been asking from last 2 years to change the name on property tax. As on today all bills are been raising in the name at 'magnum construction!

We had made several continues follow up but no me is doing their responsibilities to complete the Procedure.

This year again[protected] again all bills are raised in the name of “merit magnum construction” whereas after submitting all documents it has to be changed in flat owner’s name.

We request you to please look into the matter and instruct owala tmc office / property tax department to do the need full.

I stay in Ramchandra Tower, near gurukul society, namdeowadi, panchpakhadi, Thane West.
Our society has 14 flats. However for the past several months, we get water supply only for 1 to 1.5 hours.
In this COVID times, when we are expected to maintain greater hygiene, if we dont get adequate water, how are we going to manage.

Motil Nagar, Dharamveer Marg, Panchpakadi, Thane West 400602, all our surrounding buildings have undergone redevelopment. This building (Motil Nagar) is now 35+ years old. We need help as the builder is not ready to talk or take action. The walls are cracking, puffing up, so much so floor weight is bending and lower floors cannot shut their windows because of this! Everyday is like living in danger. Please help!

I am the resident of Jai bhim nagar, CP talao, road no27, thane west. On behalf of all the residents of my locality I would like to submit our burning problems as below and request your help to overcome from the harassment facing by us.

Since last many years our locality is being converted into private property from public/municipal property. Roads which were meant for transport services has been converted into parking area by three/four members of our locality. Around 6 illegal small shops, two political officies, has been opened on the drainage line of our locality without keeping in mind that the drainage line below the shops and offices are blockèd...they didn't even cared to clean the drainage first. In rainy season all the water from the drainage comes on road due to the blockage, this leads to the quick illness of the people of the locality.

On the opposite side of the road there is a public toilete consists of 5 seats which was made 2 years back as a temporary bathroom for people as new bathroom construction was going on, that to is not removed yet, all the dirt from the bathroom flows directly into the open blocked drainage which is a very big health hazard for us. Coming to the parking facility now with time lots of people has owned their vehicles most of two wheelers, there is no space to park them which leads to the traffic in area when vehicles comes to a point from opposite sides.

On this situation, I request the concerned authority to please initiate legal action against all the illegal occupiers to stop his illegal ownership claim/ remove the illegal occupancy of Municipal Corporations property and thereby unnecessary harassment to others.

Hope you will do the needful favourably with an immediate effect, which will help to avoid other encroachments also in our area.
