I am a resident of Saket Towers. There are several street dogs here that cause trouble. Almost every night they howl disturb our sleep. They sometimes bark and follow too. It was all tolerable until today(01/04/2021). I was coming from my evening walk and a dog nearly bit my butt, but thankfully he didn't. It then started barking and trying to attack me but thank god the watchman uncle helped me. He said the dog is crazy and nearly gets behind anyone. What if it is affected by rabies? What if it would have bitten me? I am 18 and I don't want rabies or any infection which could be passed on by a dog bite. In short, I don't want to be bitten by a dog and get 14 injections. There has been an exponential rise in dog bites complaints in Thane since 2017. The complaints rose to 557 in 2019-20 from 54 in 2017-18(source: www.freepressjournal.in an article named Thane Municipal Corporation sees rise in dog bite complaints written on date 6th December 2020, day: Sunday time:5:59AM IST). I request the concerned authority to take reasonable measures to control this situation or there might be cases rabies sooner or later

Road no 22, Wagle Estate, Lodha Supremus 1 office No 103, 111 & 212 are not at following the COVID Guidelines they are working with full strength instead of 50% No sanitizer no Mask no sitting arrangement

Would like to bring to your notice about the water shortage issue in our society at Neelsagar CHS, Sainath nagar, Thane East. From last couple of months the water supply is hardly 20 mins @ two times a day & once on some days. Whereas in our near by societies the water supply is continuous. I therefore kindly request you to look in to this matter and help us resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am Machhindra Bhatankar age 76, residing, Bhatankar Niwas, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Thane (West ) 400601. I have been residing there since last 70 years
I would bring to your kind notice that Illegal construction –RCC building work has been going on at Dr. Ambedkar Road, near Jogila Lake Thane (W) 400601.
I would like to inform you that Mr. Shyam Donde and his appointed Civil Contactor has been doing this illegal construction building of RCC work of Ground Floor, First Floor, Terrace and Terrace shade near the place of Jogil Lake, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Thane (West) who does not own the rights or title to the property.
For illegal construction of building Mr. Shyam Donde and his appointed contractor has illegally cut down my 25 years old Mango tree in the season of mangoes on 18/02/2021 without taking permission of the Tree Authority Department.
I have already made writing complaint to (TMC) Thane Mahanagar Palika, Tree Authority department and Navpada Prabhag Samithi on 22/02/2021. Still no action has been taken from the department.
I request you to please demolish the illegal building construction and take legal action of culprit Mr. Shyam Donde and his appointed civil contractor for cut down Mango tree before its too late.

It is regularly seen that resting facility created by TMC for Sr Citizens, nr Hanuman Mandir, Vasant Vihar is being misused by various groups to conduct their meetings etc. The basic purpose of providing peaceful resting facility for Sr Citizens is lost.This may kjndly be looked into

I have a request for remove this shop frm outside of our bldg because inside the bldg have a prime hospital and the she shop is front of our hospital gate and lot of time other people are sitting there and watching our bldgs women's already we're all scared about covid and suffering bad situation, we have to complaint against him before also but mostly people including me also scared to do this because that guy son have a very bad record like a criminal record in this area that's y we're scared to show our name plz sir I humbly request you to plz remove this shop frm outside of our bldg plz

Please find attached photos of incomplete/unconstructed retaining and compound wall of TMC Major Nalla at MSEB - Lodha Majiwade.

The work was stopped in last year March due to lockdown and the residents of Lodha Majiwade have suffered with heavy flooding in our layout during monsoon season. Almost for 4 months, due to constant flooding, we were forced to keep our vehicles outside our area in BMC HE Dept. Road.

As monsoon is soon approaching and we have found that you have not yet restarted the construction of remaining retaining/compound wall of major Nalla abating MSEB plot, we are reminding you to finish the project.

सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं धर्मेंद्र गुलाबशंकर उपाध्याय पेशे से पत्रकार हूं। महोदय मैं अपने पिता गुलाबशंकर रामनारायण उपाध्याय के साथ बीते करीब 35 सालों से ठाणे के वागले इस्टेट, हजुरी दर्गाह, नूरी रोड, शिवमंदिर के निकट, शितला सिंह चाल में रह रहा हूं। मैं अपने पिता के जिस झोपड़े में रहता हूं उस पर तकनीकी खामियों के चलते अभी तक संपत्ति कर नहीं लगा था। मैं शितला सिंह चाल के जिस घर में रहता हूं, उसे पिता के साथ हुए आपसी मतभेद के चलते दो खंडों में विभाजित कर दिया गया है। दो खंडों में विभाजित झोपड़ों में से एक में मैं अपने परिवार के साथ रहता हूं, जबकि दुसरे में मेरे पिता गुलाबशंकर उपाध्याय मेरे दो भाइयों के साथ रहते हैं। महोदय में बताना चाहूंगा कि चाल में स्थित अपने पिता के झोपड़े में मैं अलग होकर रह रहा हूं, वह वर्ष 1995 से पहले का बना हुआ हुआ है। मैं यह भी बताना चाहूंगा कि बीते कुछ साल पहले चाल में एसआरए योजना शुरु करने को लेकर झोपड़ों की पात्र और अपात्र की सूची जारी की गई थी, जिसमें मेरे पिता का झोपड़ा पात्र की सूची में शामिल था। हालांकि तकनीकी खामियों के चलते एसआरए योजना बीच में ही रोक दी गई। वहीं पिता से अलग होने के बाद झोपड़े में विभाजन के बाद मेरे हिस्से में जो घर आया हैं। उस पर और मेरे पिता के झोपड़े पर एक साथ संपत्ति कर लगाए जाने के लिए नौपाड़ा-कोपरी प्रभाग समिति में पिछले साल 2020 के शुरूआती महीनों में आवेदन किया था। जिसमें मैंने मांग की थी कि संबंधित झोपड़ों पर साल 2013 से संपत्ति कर लगाया जाए। हालांकि मेरे संपत्ति कर विभाग ने दोनों झोपड़ों पर एक अप्रैल 2014 से लागू किया गया है। महोदय मेरे पिता का संपत्ति क्रमांक[protected] और मेरे झोपड़े का संपत्ति क्रमांक[protected] है। पुराने रिकॉर्ड के तहत संपत्ति कर लगाने की कृपा करें, ताकि मैं किसी भी योजना के अंतर्गत बैठने के काबिल हो सकूं। मैं यहां पर बताना चाहता हूं कि संबंधित झोपड़े में बीते 35 सालों से रह रहा हूं, जिसके काफी हद तक साक्ष्य मौजूद हैं।
महोदय मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरे और मेरे पिता गुलाबशंकर उपाध्याय के नाम से लगे संपत्ति कर को साल 2013 अथवा उससे पहले से लगाया जाए। मुझे विश्वास है कि इस पर संपत्ति कर विभाग गंभीरता से विचार करेगा। महोदय मैं इसके साथ कुछ साक्ष्य भी जोडऩे का प्रयास करूंगा।

We are not getting a TMC water which is a necessity of life basic things. Filling ashamed to submit this complaint still after independence and living in developed Thane water should be available to all and we are suffering a lot

I live near Indira Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane West. The garbage near the area is spreading over the road. this is very problematic as it can lead to many issues like the road is not safer. vehicles accident may happen due to garbage on road. It is stinking very much. even nearby footpath is also covered by garbage which is causing very much inconvenience to passerby. It can be the reason for many diseases hence it can be harmful to the health of living in the nearby area. So I would request to the municipal corporation of thane to please look into it and clean garbage as soon as possible and keep it constant as after few days again the same things happen.

We paid property tax for 51580414/00017 in March'2018 but it never appeared on Tax Bill, now when contacted TMC at Mumbra, we came to know it was paid against others property 51580414/00076.

Now, when we contacted that property owner he is denying the fact. And TMC is not taking the responsibility to adjust it against my property even though we have original paid receipt.

I am a resident of Rustomjee Urabania Azziano phase II. There has been a terrible smell in the parking area and lobby area since the past 2 days. When we tried speaking with property management services they said they cannot do anything about it. It is due to some waste disposal system which they have installed in the premises since the dumping vans are not coming anymore.

Hello sir, I m a common citizen residing at Bangdiwali chawl, Gandhinagar, pokhran road no.2, Thane-400601 wants to communicate to you regarding the non-cleaning of gutters (drainge channel) for the past 4 years, due to which a lot of harmful waste is accumulated which is leading to generation of harmful flies, mosquitoes and a lot of foul smell.I sincerely request you to look into the matter or else there will be a lot of diseases spreading rapidly and in this tough times of COVID and will create a large problem for the common and other elderly people.

Sir there has been an illegal construction activity by Hamid saudagar since 3-4 days at Abbas green park opp rehan mahal Samrat nagar Mumbra.. he’s not only taking illegal land possession but also building an illegal house by the support of local rowdies as well as local corporater.. sir we truly believe and request our government to take strict actions against this illegal activity as soon as possible so that these rowdies will get to know the power of our government authorities

We, residents of Runwal Regency at Majiwada are facing water shortage due to very limited water supply since the last 3 days. It's only our building that's impacted, we have been speaking with our friends who live nearby, there is no water issues they seem to have. Can you please look into the matter and address the issue on priority basis? Thanks for your help.

In Garib nagar Ghoad bunder road Thane west 400615 lots of illegal stalls are there and lots of illegal construction is there the land is under TMC so those people not wear mask properly not follow social distancing and too much rush came to that place TMC need to take some action against Them.

I m residing in Sai suman Apt Uday Nagar. This is to inform TMC about lots of waste material and scrap material o[censored]nder construction building o[censored]day nagar has been puted in the Area no one is trying to clean that waste i have attach some picture You can see Below How the dirty area looks and as you know about Covid-19 if this waste didn't cleaned up the deases will spread very fast so i request TMC to take strict action on all of that under Repairing Buildings.

I Dr Ron Bhaskar Roy on behalf of the entire building Shree Balaji Apartment am formally complaining about a illegal constructions that is being done by Mr Vijay Choudhary who holds the possession of the terrace flat, now he is increasing his flat space by constructing more walls on the terrace and adding up a room to his existing flat,
The building is already more than 40 years old and may not withstand such construction done on the terrace hence I request the TMC officials to stop this illegal construction to the earliest possible.
