Dear Sir
I am facing acute water leakage in both the bedroom from last 4 year in rainy season. For that I have approached society office many times, but they are not taking any action to resolve the issue, and the issue is increasing day by day. Please intervene in this matter and help me.

Today morning on the road from happy valley society to neelkanth woods i was attacked by a dog. The dog i believe belonged to one of the shop owners. It almost bit me and tore my short trousers. It was a very scary experience and i narrowly escaped. Please suggest how this issue will be tackled by the corporation.

There is one street dog on our 7th floor trying to enter in the room when we use to go out to buy milk or any other things.
This is creating very tough situation for us while going out.
There are two small children at my home causing panic situation.

Hello, i stay in kalpataru hills, opp tikujini wadi, thane. There has been couple of aggresive dogs within complex that r pretty dangerous to society members especially kids. One of dogs, raju (white) sits just outside lift lobby of 1A and barks and come running aggresively at society members. I would suggest tmc to take all these dogs out of society before any major accident takes place. My cell [protected].

The area between Lodha Amara Kolshet road and Metro Carshed is being used as dumping ground that has become the breeding places for mosquitoes and house flies. People come and defecate in the area as well. This has become harmful for all Lodha residents staying nearby....

Tmt bus services are allowed only to the tmc employees. So please allow other govt. Employee to travel tmt bus services.

I miss seema kamat, residing in ozone valley, kalwa would kindly like to bring to your notice the damage we endured due to misconduct of a corporator.

On june 26, cutting down to trees was taken place in my socitey as a precaution beforehand for monsoon. My parking area which was empty at that moment except for cycle, is where the branches of trees were just dumped away without our consent. My racing cycle which estimates about rupees 20, 000 was damaged to due this. Similar incident has been taken place in the past. I am in no position to suggest you but i would like to ask a repayment for the severe damage.

I hope you understand the enormity of the situation and take immediate action against this.

We at rutu park have been raising in writing and in person about the nuisance about the 3-4 stray dogs in rutu park sitting in front of buildings f2-f3. These dogs have been creating havoc by barking and chasing on goers for no reason. There have even been incidences for people been bitten by them and still no action persists by the authorities.

Last week these dogs bit a woman in wing f3 and had to be admitted in hospital. She had to be medicated and take injections which is a sad incidence. We are a community of more than 300+ residential apartment and have with us number of senior citizens and young to small children playing in the evening. Though due to covid situation there are none but this is the same reason these dogs have become more furious and chase almost everyone who passes by.

Municipal corporation has now to take this to highest authority and priority to take these dogs away or else the consequences would be disastrous if more time is let by.

Kind request to have them picked up at immediate and penalise if someone comes in between to not let these dogs pick up as they have earlier did so. These people committed to abide by rules and not let open the mouth cage applied to the dogs but all in vain. What kind of dog lovers are these people who have no value for human life.

Hoping for earliest action.

There is a heavy water leakage through the terrace during monsoons. A lot o[censored]s suffered last year (2019) and made personal expenses to redo the house post monsoons. We are approaching monsoons again and there is no work that has been done.

On 1st june, there was a letter circulated by the society informing that waterproofing will be done but same has been denied verbally when asked and without taking any consent of the residents.

The cost of repair is too high and we are not in the situation to invest our own money again. Due to covid we all are anyways facing salary cuts. This expense will be huge.

Need help!

Its been 5 moths have finish before lockdown miss sharmila gaikwad (Corporator) who was started a project on urgent basis but unfortnetly lockdown started and work gone stop but now all started so why they corporator not come and start a work that they left because of corona so i request them to start again a public toilet work because of that pubile got frustred having trouble so i request to the govt that plz complet the work as soon as possible

Since last 2 weeks we are facing water problem as there is no proper timing of the water and it comes hardly for 10 to 15minutes. Now today on 16th of june the water motor has broken down completely and we have no water supply. We have to go to the ground floor and bring the water uptill 4th floor, and this is happening for the 2nd time.. Last time building secretary collected 7000rs from each house to get the things done but we are not aware what work was going on. Today there no secretary and no one is taking any initiative.. We facing immense problem..

Sir keeping faith in you i complain about no street light working in our region, it has been a while that the street lights were on and now bcoz of monsoon we are facing a lot of problems. Many accidents are going on bcoz of no lights. Its very difficult for me to express my feelings but rats are crawling here and there and it is very difficult to walk. Plz, do the needful asap. At parsik nagar kharegaon near 90 feet road at keshav height, tere is one three storey building, water is logged on trace since last 2 weeks. This is potential cause of dengue so tmc is requested to take appropriate action immediately. Today is 14 jun 2020, hope action would taken by 18th jun 2020

There is an illegal construction coming near lodha casa royale, balkum. The structure is coming in between 2 buildings and the mandatory distance required between buildings is flouted.in case of a fire emergency, fire tenders will be unable to reach the spot.

Also it poses a hsse risk to residents staying around it. Request you to please take urgent note of this and initiate necessary action asap.

I reside at kalwa station road. I want to bring to the notice that due to the monsoon season there is rainfall and because of that upper part of shop get wet and leakage starts from it. Tmc has demolished all the upper 3 floors of the said building previous year so my shop upper layer of the slap from static contact with the rainfall and their leakage starts.
So i o jio to give the permission to build or make a temporary shade of the set plastic and bumps on the upper side of my shop for a period of four months. But tmc is not giving us thepermission to build on make the temporary shape and when we apply for the application at the kalwa prabhag samiti they are not taking the application as saying that they have the directions from the upper authority's to not take any applications from the residence of the the thane municipal corporation

Please remove oversized garbage like coconut psalm leaves, other leaves scraps. Plastic waste and things strewn around vartak nagar area. These could result in rain water accumulation and subsequent breeding ground for mosquitoes.

The garbage and rabbit accumulated near my house is not removed after several complaints and also it is stinking very badly and lots of mice are dead in here also the garbage is accumulated at the electric disturbing board

There is a water supply shortage in my building since a week now and today the society informed that the water won't come for another 3 days...we are really bad in phase..
