    I have placed an order - 997963 and it was supposed to be delivered but they haven’t.
    The number provided in the website is not working and there’s no way to contact those people.
    I want my money back as they haven’t delivered it.

      They made me pay extra charges for same day delivery and also surge charges. There is no changes in the order status. Phone number is not reachable and neither is their email address

        They have not delivered my product till date, and I can't even connect to their company. Phone number is not connecting, no mail replies. They just took money and made their customers helpless.

                  these company is not delivering product to customer and without delivering these guy’s is saying that product is delivered. Many people are complaining about same on company twitter handle, kindly look into this and take strict action.

                      I had ordered a cake on 13.02.3022 vide no 995205 which was to be delivered on 13.02.22 but till now i.e 14.02.22 02.15 pm has not been delivered . I am very sorry to say that l have been trying to call at [protected] but no one is picking up the phone. My experience is very poor and will think twice before ordering again. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

                                      I, vikas sharma ordered a cake with order number 986736 on 08th feb 22. The order i received is completely different from the image of the order shown in the website. On the website was image the love u cake but which is delivered has no such thing written in it and is very simple and cheap tahn shown in the image. And also this cake all totally was breakable at the time of delivery, when i received cake it was breakable. So now i want either the same order as in the image or this website return the order and refund my rupees. This company is also not responding to any call, message and email. They are very unresponsive.
