I have placed an order through their site for 19th but it wasn't delivered and there was no updates provided to me regarding delivery status, and when I want cancel it and want my refund, still I don't get any response from their site.

I placed an order for a gift to on this website it's been 15 days on the website is showing delivered but there is no delivery as such plus there is no consumer complaint number the number which is provided on the website is fake number which does not connect ho cal everyday their contact number changes in the total scam website where in a fake reviews are posted and the whole website is fake...
