I ordered on My flower tree portal on 29th January 2022 (A lucky bamboo plant, Haldiram Gulab Jamun box and Cake) for my mom’s birthday on 30th January. While selecting the order it was showing 2 to 3 hours delivery, but at the time of payments I had been given only one option slot that was showing 9am to 9pm.. Despite of my many requests customer care keep on saying that order will be delivered within the slot given and horrible was that they actually delivered it at 8pm on 30th January. My plan of surprising her first with these gift was shattered badly. It went even worsed when I came to know that order was not fully delivered and Lucky bamboo plant is not received and rest of the products received was in filthy manner and not as same as shown on the website. This caused me immense embarrassment and also mental stress of while I was following up continuously with their customer services. They were not at all attentive towards the grievances and kept on saying that in their records whole order been delivered.
After this I wrote my concerns to the company management but receive no satisfactory response or solutions.
Money wasted during the process is absolutely secondary but I think such fraud companies are playing with people’s emotions and authorities should take strict actions. It was my big mistake that I dealt with this company without checking their credentials in the market. Later when I checked I figured out that there are unlimited complaints this company.
I urge consumer court to please look into the matter seriously.
