I, vikas sharma ordered a cake with order number 986736 on 08th feb 22. The order i received is completely different from the image of the order shown in the website. On the website was image the love u cake but which is delivered has no such thing written in it and is very simple and cheap tahn shown in the image. And also this cake all totally was breakable at the time of delivery, when i received cake it was breakable. So now i want either the same order as in the image or this website return the order and refund my rupees. This company is also not responding to any call, message and email. They are very unresponsive.

    I have ordered two products from this company that costing is 4600 bucks. I had paid extra money also for fastest delivery so that order can be received at 7pm on 10th Feb. 2022 but till 10'o clock, nothing is delivered then I file a complaint. Please respond and resolve.

      My order id is 989772...
      Costumer care executive told me that delivery will be in noon...when i called them in evening one executive teased me by saying that madam aapka order misplaced ho gya ab humari complaint mat karna...
      Again i called they told me my order will be delivered on time...
      But it is not delivered yet...
      I have call recordings...
      I am attaching my email msg about confirmation of order...

            The bouquet of flowers and message card along with it was really pretty and my gf loves it! Although, being half across the india, I was able to order and surprise my friend with flower bouquet at such distance only and only thanks to myflowertree

                  I placed an order for Birthday Bouquet (Order ID:988292) on 9th Feb 2022 to be delivered on same date.

                  The item not delivered on due date inspite of several calls made to the customer care. While clicking on track order it keeps showing out for delivery.

                  No response has been received by customer care. Such a despite for non occurance of miserable event. Highly disappointed.

                    My order number is 979132. Actual delivery was on 3rd Feb 2022, My flower tree has charged Rs.300 for same day delivery.
                    And on 3rd Feb 2022 night I got mail saying delivery vehicle met with accident so delivery has scheduled on 4th Feb 2022. Today is 9th Feb 2022, till now item has not delivered, please deliver the order ASAP. If I track the order, from last 3 days it is showing delivery atempted. Please do the needful

                                  I had ordered a bouquet of red roses for today but not yet received. Received a notification of order delivered but I have not received the order( a bouquet of roses, order number:981331, amount payed by me Rs.449/-). If I don't receive my order in next 2 hrs, I have contacts in media and I will make sure that the truth comes out and everyone watches it that your app is fraud and fake, it just makes money by fooling people . So the countdown begins, , ,
