I ordered flowers on line at your web page for 14th Feb, 22, with the time slot of 8.00 am to 12 pm, but you delivered my order on the 13th Feb, 22 without my consent.
This was disappointing, I have rang and spoken to Priya and she was explained the matter and she said some one will contact me, no body did till now.
This is my third mail I am sending for the same matter and no one is concerned to reply back, This flower order was for a special purpose, So now I request you to return my money back without any delay.
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
