On Valentines day 14th Feb 2022 I ordered for a bouquet with chocolate and Teddy bear and I have paid around 1k for same day delivery. But I haven't received my order yet and their is no way to contact these people. The company seems fraud, Please don't prefer from this site....

I paid through google pay and there was a delay in payments so the order was not confirmed I call the executives and send them payment screenshots which were successful but none of them responded of email or call...

I ordered flower on the 14th of feb and today is 15th (11pm) and the order has not yet been delivered. I've called the customer care atleast 15-20 times and spoke to 8-9 executives yet they have not bothered to look into the matter. Literally my WORST experience so far. I will make sure i never go back to this company ever nor will i suggest anyone. Now i dont even know if my product will be delivered or not and i don't even expect a refund...

I haved order gift for Valantines day. Order no.997915 . Delivery time was 6pm to 9pm. But as per track status order is not not for delivery. It's been more than 24hrs my order was made and it has not yet been delivered! On the website it says delivery guy tried calling but no one responded! Where in I was at home and on my phone! Nobody called nobody came at my floor! These just look like tricks to fool people! It's a big scam! ### service....
