I've placed a same-day delivery order of Birthday roses for my sister today 12th Dec 2021. Payment done through GPay (UPI transaction ID and Google transaction ID both generated at the same time) and money deducted from my account. However, I'm still received mails and messages from MFT system, asking me to complete the order?! I called customer care, they are not bothered to pick calls (I waited for almost 10 minutes multiple times, waiting for them to pick). I called the bank to cancel transaction so I can place the order again through different mode, but they say UPI transactions can't be reversed, and I've no option but to wait for at least 24hrs. Now how can I wait for a day when I need the flowers to be delivered in 3 hours?! I would like to receive full refund for the horrendous customer service if the flowers aren't delivered by tonight!
