Ordered a vanilla cake for my brother from MyFlowerTree. It was very delicious and he liked the topping very much.

I viewed plenty of gifts on your Instagram and ordered cake in the morning. I loved the cake it was in the flvr pinapple. Good job myflowertree

Tasty Sugarfree cake for Grandparents I sent a sugarfree cake to my grandparents in Kolkata from MyFlowerTree on the occasion of Grandparent’s Day. They were very happy and loved the cake.

I have ordered yesterday on dated 07/12/2021 on occasion of aniversary to make my wife feel special but they guys are very pathetic they don’t have emotions. I wanted to wish my anniversary day to my wife but they guys charge it but didn't deliver it.

My flower tree with teddy, they guys didn't have picked my call no response from my mail, all time customer care number goes busy. They are cheating people. Don’t ever buy any product from My flower tree. If my product won't deliver I will complain against their wrong commitment to consumer court.

I ordered a vanilla cake for my brother from the saite and we got it in a hour. The ckae was very delicious. My brother liked the cake very much and he was very happy. Thanks you for this tasty cake.

I sent a sugarfree cake to my grandparents in Kolkata on Grandparent’s Day. They got my cake timely. Also, they are very happy to get the cake and they loved the taste of that sugar free cake.

I have paid extra money to deliver within the time slot. But there is no update on the item delivery status.
It's cheating.
Poor customer service.
Customer service don't know where the item is.
No new time slot provided .
No update on the newthe item will be delivered. Status is still in preparation.
All they say is ASAP.

Firstly I have received the order very late without any update and when I received it the item was broken into two parts

I have ordered cake chocolate and greeting card for my daughter's birthday on 2 December 2021 from mayflowertree.com.
Till today this product is not delivered. The cost of the product is Rs.943
I want my money back.

I have ordered Cake chocolate and greeting card from this MyFlowerTree.com site. for my daughter's birthday. I have placed this order with same day delivery instructions on 2 nd December.
After trying so many times I got to connect with the customer service representative on given no [protected]. I have requested them to deliver the gift on time as it's my daughter's birthday. They also assured me that the gift will get deliver within given time. We waited till 8.30 pm as the product didn't get deliver. Again we started calling and we able to get connected with the customer service representative and he again assured that don't worry the product will get deliver. After raising issue on site we got mail At 9.46pm stating that the delivery boy met with accident and product got damaged so we have arranged the delivery on next day that is 3rd December 2021.
Again today morning I started calling them and I got connected with these people and they again assured me that the product will get deliver by 2 pm today which is not yet delivered.
It's really pathetic.
I don't understand how these people can stel some ones hardearn moeny and play with others emotions??
If this complaint site is really genuine then please take this complaint seriously and help me to get my money back.

As i have ordered 01 Vanilla cake and 5 nos. Dairy milk Chocolates but when item was deliver it found totally different i received 01 simple pine apple cake and different chocolates. This is very poor experience with My flower tree.

Also, when i complaint to customer care they are not entertain customers and drop the call in middle.

Totally destroy my event. Total waste of money and time.

My order for 30 Nov was not delivered . I received an email saying the delivery guy had an accident and the product got damaged so it’ll be rescheduled and delivered on 1 dec. it is 1 dec today, the order status shows delivered but the person that it was supposed to be delivered to hasn’t received it . Please either refund or deliver .

I have ordered for a cake worth around 1300 Rs. I have not received the cake and i got the fraudlent message from myflowertree that my cake has been delivered. I want my money back. My order id is 945113...

This is to bring into your notice that I have ordered plants from your website and I opted for delivery on 24th November but I have not received and also there is no further movement in the order please resolve this issue as soon as possible

I ordered cakes many times from your site and every time it made the day delightful. My family and friends and very pleased to eat the cakes that i ordered from your site. So this review is to thank you for the tasty and fresh cakes.

It was my first time that i was not with my wife on our anniversary. So i sent her gfts and cake from your site. Thanks to your delivery service she received my gifts on the evening of our anniversary. She is very happy with my gifts and cakes was also vey good.

I ordered cake 2Kg Theme cake for my guests at home vide order #940824 dated 24th November 2021 with My Flower Tree website.

Initially the order was delayed, but later when I checked the status It showed delivered.
when I tried reaching the customer support on[protected], no one responded so filed online complaint. But the support team only responded as below

Even no responses to my post, neither any call from the support team for any resolution. I can only consider it as cheating with the customers, as these are online platforms and there is no way I can go and speak with anyone for the resolution.

Adding invoice with guest name and contact striked off

Your fruit cake is very tasty and my parents liked it. The fruits used on it were fresh and tasty as well. My parents really liked the cake and it is very healthy for them.

I placed an order Birthsday cake and a Bouquet (Order ID: 933135) on 9th Nov-21 to be delivered on 18th Nov-21.

The item not delivered on due date inspite of several calls on 18th Nove to the customer care.

Later the customer care informed me that there was a n attempt to delivery the order not on one was there to receive the order, which is a clear lie.

Through email the customer care infomred me that the purchase amount is transfered in the cash and will be adjusted against my next order and refund is not possible.

It seems the site-https://www.myflowertree.com/ is fake.

You guys are so fast in delivery. I sent gifts to my grandparents in another city Mumbai. They got my gifts on the next day. It was really the fast delivery that i have seen.
