The roses were delivered perfectly on the same time I ordered for. Myflowertree delivery boy was very humble and even wished the recipient on her birthday… such a sweet gesture. That Is called hospitality..

I wanted to personally thank Myflowertree for the sweetest delivery of flowers for my girlfriend Thanks for saving the day! I purchased online flowers those were awesome to go for our anniversary as she live in India.

I was very confused about what to order from your site. Every gift looks like a good choice for my wife. But finally i gave her a flower bouquet and her favorite Ferrero Rocher. We are very happy with your gifts.

Order no[protected] was placed on 12th October 2021 and same day evening I got a calm it can’t be delivered. Since then there is no response to calls I make for refund. They are refusing to refund my money and forcing me to take a voucher.

Seriously a saver you are myflowertree.. But I will like to see the tracking or atleast estimate time of delivery ina better way..

I ordered a cake on 19th Oct 2021 for my sis b'day and made the payment through gpay but myflowertree says payment failed .even though gpay status shows " payment received" .Then I cancelled the order but I didn't get a refund yet and it's really pissing me off .
I uploaded the screenshots, u can check it out and believe me, this is a SCAM

Guys don't waste your money on this scam company, instead purchase from ferns and petals .Fnp saved my day yesterday .

My Order No. 915407

I have placed order on 08th October'21 and have also called on the customer care number provided to check whether the order will delivered the same day and provided the pin code. Upon checking over the website and with customer care representative of My Flower Tree the location was serviceable and i was charged Rs. 200 for the delivery additional. At 6 pm i again called up the customer care representative of My Flower Tree to confirm about the status of my order - the representative again confirmed me the order is expected to deliver before 9 pm on 8th October'21. Around 9pm i received a mail stating the order is cancelled due to non serviceable location and they will refund the amount in the cash wallet. I again tried calling the customer representative and the representative at the first place stated the order is delivered and i will check and call you back even after me telling her that the order is not delivered and i have personally checked with the recipient, also your website tracking it is seen that the order is cancelled. After that She asked me to give her 15 to 20 mins time to check and she will call me back, upon asking further question she hang up on me. Again as there was no call from the My Flower Tree representative i called up again and the same representative receives the call stating that the location is not serviceable. I asked her why did your representative confirmed that the order will deliver and why did u accept the order at your website she directly disconnected the call. Till today ie. 8th Oct'21 i have not received any refund to my account or any any cash to my flower tree wallet. This is just frustrating and mental stress. I lost my money of Rs. 1096/- and the mental stress is additional.
Please need you to take up the action

Scheduled Midnight delivery of Flowers, Cake and Card.
Delivery got delayed - delivered late next morning. As a result flowers werewolting and cake was not fresh.
CAUSED A LOT OF EMBARRASMENT TO SENDER.
I lodged Complaint on the My Flower Tree Portal.
I am not satisfied with explanation given by Customer Care stating that receiver was not available. IT IS A LIE. RECEIVER WAS VERY MUCH AT HOME WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY. HIS NUMBER HAD BEEN SHARED IN ORDER DETAILS. RECEIVER DID NOT GET ANY CALL FROM THE DELIVERY BOY AT MIDNIGHT.
DEMAND COMPLETE REFUND
