You guys have tasty black forest cakes. I ordered it many times and all the time it make me eat even more. I am gonna keep continue to order cakes for my every occasion from your site.

Tumahre website se gifts order krke kaafi acha laga. Mene apne wife ke liye ek chota cake or ek jhumka mangaya tha. Or ye dono hi usko kaafi pasand aya. Cake mene bhi khaya or sahi me ungliya chatna pda inta tasty tha.

Myflowertree cust service rep follows up everytime we order which is great and assure us about secure delivery process

I had less time to buy something for my wife on her birthday after the office. But MyFlowerTree delivered the gifts i ordered before i could even reach my home. Best delivery.

I placed an order that needs to delivered on the scheduled time and even paid the charges for the delivery on fixed time. It was supposed to be delivered between 10-11 m, and it was almost 2 pm i couldn't find or track whether my order will be delivered or not.

I tried reaching their so call customer care center and spoke to almost 3 to 5 executives - 15 calls.. I almost explained my query to 3-5 executives and they kept saying sorry for the delay and will be delivered soon.

As of now they cant respond properly or respond.

They made the day so pathetic and awful. what expected didn't happen.

I request if people reading this review..dont every place the order and suffer.

You invest your money and you get penalized and end up following .

Bad service - don't recommend to anyone or suggest any one in future.

I raised the complaint on 14th October and it's almost 1month my issue is not yet resolved.They charged me 1250 for the kaju mix karwachauth thali product and the product where damaged so badly and the quality of each product was worst.
The customer service department is not at all bother to resolve the issue.
I dont want the product anymore instead I need the entire refund in my respective bank.
Kindly do take care of this at the earliest.

You can butterscotch cakes are so tasty. I ordered them several times for my family members and friends. They always praised about the cake and do not leave a single bite for me from it.

I ordered a chocolate truffle cake, I received a pineapple sponge cake. The beauty is the bakery person called me ask what to write on cake. I asked that person about I didn’t ordered anything in your bakery ( the small bakery) not a cake shop.
I complained to my flower tree customer care, but dint receive any reply.
Highly disappointed with this team.
I want my amount back.
I highly recommend people not to order in this website.
They are cheaters.

We ordered the the item from My flower tree name "Chocolate of happiness" which should contain:
Product Description:

- 5 Kitkat (13.2 gm)

- 5 Dairy Milk (13.2 gm)

- 4 five star (22.4 gm)

- Basket

However it tend out to be really opposite it wasn't chocolate of happiness it was chocolates of embarrassment.

It delivered so pathetically in just gift wrapping paper like a child wrapped few chocolates.

It was supposed to get delivered in basket with proper wrapping. And the note was also sent badly.

Very bad experience. Pathetic delivery. I was so embarrassed when the reciever showed me how it was delivered to her.

This is not the type of service why i paid almost 700 rs. It was just 150 rs chocolates wrapped in 5 rs wrapping paper.

I escalated this but didn't heard anything back.

Please escalate and ask them to provide refund as i faced so much embarrassment.

5 of November order 928396 should be delivered but today is 6 th of nov still there is no update about when is going to be delivered and i not getting proper answer on from cs... since yesterday m just being told your order will be delivered soon ...if you cannot delivered on time then next you should make priority but no again same answer your order will be delivered between 6 am to 9 pm...so still i have to till night ...not at all happy.with service of my flower tree...this is my last order i have done...

The support team is highly unprofessional and unethical. Do not run such bluffing business if can’t make it. They have been making fake promises and have been cutting the call after asking the order id.
This kind of service is not at all acceptable by the customers. We have other work as well instead of following you unprofessional support people here.
Kindly do not order anything from this website. They does not value time and money at all.

Ordered Diwali gift hamper and Rs 1443.20 got deducted from my account but they didn't deliver. Order ID 928222. Date of order: 1st Nov 2021

The roses were delivered perfectly on the same time I ordered for. Myflowertree delivery boy was very humble and even wished the recipient on her birthday… such a sweet gesture. That Is called hospitality..

I wanted to personally thank Myflowertree for the sweetest delivery of flowers for my girlfriend Thanks for saving the day! I purchased online flowers those were awesome to go for our anniversary as she live in India.
