I placed an order Birthsday cake and a Bouquet (Order ID: 933135) on 9th Nov-21 to be delivered on 18th Nov-21.

The item not delivered on due date inspite of several calls on 18th Nove to the customer care.

Later the customer care informed me that there was a n attempt to delivery the order not on one was there to receive the order, which is a clear lie.

Through email the customer care infomred me that the purchase amount is transfered in the cash and will be adjusted against my next order and refund is not possible.

It seems the site-https://www.myflowertree.com/ is fake.

    You guys are so fast in delivery. I sent gifts to my grandparents in another city Mumbai. They got my gifts on the next day. It was really the fast delivery that i have seen.

      I sent a personalized mug to my girlfriend on valentine from MyFlowerTree. They delivered it on the same day. The mug was also good quality and she liked it very much. Thank you.

        My sister is very pleased with your vanilla cake. IT REALLY MADE HER HAPPY ON HER BIRTHDAY. Not just she, my whole family ate the cake and they are very impressed with its taste. Thank you for the tasty cake for my sister.

          MyFlowerTree i am really jealous from you. You guys made my girl friend so much pleased with your chocolate cake that she had not even looked at me on her birthday. Just ate the cake and praising it.

                I am going to order cakes from your site now on. The last cake that i ordered from your site was really tasty. It was also very fresh that me, my brother, and my parents eat the whole 2 kg cake and could not able to eat our dinner.

                  I have ordered a chocolate cake for my di and jiju on their anniversary and it was really good. It tasty of that cake was too delightful. My jiju and di like it and we ate the whole cake in just a couple of minutes. LOL

                      MyFlowerTree:- You guys have worste ever service and response level. Order scheduled for delivery between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm does not get delievered till 3:00 pm and your customer care numbers donot respond to calls. Trying from last 3 hours. My biggest ever lesson from you guys:-Copying a site from Ferns N petals does not means you can delievery the same service level.
                      Spoiled all family day.

                        Your KitKat cakes are so good. I ordered it yesterday for my cousin on her birthday. Believe me she was very happy and pleased with the taste of that kitkat cake. Thanks for making her birthday great.

                                I have booked an order bearing number 938435 to be delivered in Delhi in slot of 8AM - 12Noon on 21st November. After 12 I start follow up and there was no satisfactory response to me. Now till 9PM there is no update about the order, while speaking to customer care, they said your order is out for delivery and will be delivered in next 15-20 minutes. Same reply I am getting since 2PM. This is the 2nd incident in a row with this company. These peoples looks like non seriously doing business and only motive is the making money. Peoples should stay away of this company. I also explore alternative source in future.

                                  Your gems cake was so tasty and good. My daughter was very very happy to eat it. She even told me to order it again on her next birthday. And surely i will do that.

                                    Guys tumhare chocolate cakes me kch jaadu h. Mene apne gf ke liye mangaya uko birthday wish krne ke liye or wo sb chhorke ke cakes khane lag gayi. Mtlb use cake itna pasan aaya ki wo mujhe ab bhi pareshaan kr rhi h dubara mangane ke liye.
