Bad 😕 It seems that My Flower Tree has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

I have order the flowers bookie and mentioned supposed to be delivered on same day but it’s not delivered on time.
Also the customer service center provided the fake promise to be delivered on time.
I did followed several times and they committed to be delivered but after they’re not picking the call. I never seen such a worst service😡😡😡 order no: 902208
