My Flower Tree Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a product from My Flower Tree on 24th August 2021 and the delivery date was showing as 26th August 2021. The order is prepaid on their website and so I paid them through PayTM. The order number is 898178. I got a tracking id from Delhivery courier the very next day, i.e., on 25th August 2021 with tracking id #[protected]. When I tracked the order it kept on showing the status as pickup pending pending. The same thing went on 26 August 2021. I called the customer care and asked them. They told me that the order will get delivered by the end of the day. But the order didn't get delivered, I checked the status the next day and it was showing the same thing. And the only update was that the Delhivery executive was again out for pickup the next day as the earlier day he was sent back as pickup was not ready. The update today is that I have called their team atleast 20 times and they haven't provided any satisfactory resolution. They are blaming Delhivery that it is a technical problem at the delivery partner end and our order is in transit and it will reach you today. The status on Delhivery now shows that "the shipper has cancelled the pickup." After numerous emails to the team, the only reply I got was "We are working on your complaint and you will get a reply from us very soon." MyFlowerTree is a fraud company and it is cheating a number of people. I am feeling bad now as why I hadn't read the reviews before ordering. I am now filing a case in consumer court and cyber cell. I would like to request every customer they have cheated to do the same. Only then they'll close their website which is duping people.

I just now received beautiful flower bouquet for my birthday sent by my bf in abroad via myflowertree. They also attached a nice note along with it thanks !!!.

I had ordered for the same day delivery on 21st August, 2021. Did not get delivered that day, so next day I called the customer care, they said it is out for delivery so it will get delivered. It did not get delivered. So I raised the ticket to cancel my order. Since then I have not received any reply. The people in customer care say please wait for the day, you will receive the reply. And today finally they say they do not have the cancellation policy. They have not provided any mail ID on their website to contact anyone. They do not transfer their call to any hugher authority as well. And they always say they are not the concerned person to talk about cancellation of order.
I have been cheated by myflowertree.

I Ordered from abroad in amrica, Flowers delivered fast and on time for my father's birthday in kerela . Will be placing more and more order from your site in future

I called customer daily but no use.

Order no.886988 ordered Rakhi n sweets which was supposed to be delivered on 21st August uptil 9:00pm but no delivered yet. Neither any revert of complain is given uptill now. Its almost 3 days have passed after lodging complain. Such a pathetic site.

Rakhi ordered was supposed to be deliverd on 22nd aug but not yet deliverd, No intimation of delay, No proper response. Please do it as soon as possible.

I placed an order of cake on 22 of aug 2021, but my order was not delivered on the due date and when I tried to call on customer care, there is no one to respond.

Then on 24 of aug I received a message of delivery. I didn't want that order because of 2 days late delivery but no one can take it seriously and mailed me delivered message.

Is that your services, highly disappointed from the services. Also because I was not acceptable that order kindly refund my amount. Otherwise I will take a strict action.

I order cake fr my friend’s birthday and it was sooooo delicious that I hve no words. My frnd was very happy as she was not expcting such a gift at midnight. Big hug to U myflowertree

I have ordered flower and a Crad, but only flowers get delivered and they have written the message on a piece of paper instead of card.

This thing is not acceptable. we are paying the full amount and you people are not delivering them.

I had ordered a Rakhi n chocolate bouquet for my brother on 22nd august 2021 it was same day delivery but still he has not received the delivery and it’s showing delivered yesterday but my brother has not yet received the parcel.. just refund my money. There is no one that we can speak with no delivery person contact number is shared so unprofessional you guys are..all false commitments

I ordered cake and flowers for my special day to surprise my husband. They promised to order on same day but its almost two days gone and my order didn’t delivered yet.

I want either to deliver it today in mornings or refund my money back. I don’t want to waste my time to call three four times in a day to know my order status.
