I had ordered for the same day delivery on 21st August, 2021. Did not get delivered that day, so next day I called the customer care, they said it is out for delivery so it will get delivered. It did not get delivered. So I raised the ticket to cancel my order. Since then I have not received any reply. The people in customer care say please wait for the day, you will receive the reply. And today finally they say they do not have the cancellation policy. They have not provided any mail ID on their website to contact anyone. They do not transfer their call to any hugher authority as well. And they always say they are not the concerned person to talk about cancellation of order.
