Bad 😕 It seems that My Flower Tree has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I haven't received a rakhi with order number 885197 and got the message to submit feedback.Pathetic experience.. really harassing...and customer care is also one useless a fraud company...

I ordered today for the product is Rakhi, the order number is 889171, at the time of booking the product I am paying the amount in the mode of net banking but, the the track order is showing is payment pending please once check this issue as early as possible...

A fraud happened with myflowertree.com .It was a order of 475 rs for rakhi .The receipent did not received any delivery call nor it was delivered but on the tracking status it showed as delivered. On the customer care no given on the website -[protected].The same person named Vijay was picking up the call everytime we call on this no. He also misbehaved while speaking on call for the same.The order I'd was 885456. There is no complaint no or any complaint site.It was simply a fraud and I really don't know when I well get the refund. Please do to necessary action.

Please do not order from this website. Really idiotic behavior from representatives. It's like they don't have a proper domain not even for a refund. Refer to there service if you want to destroy your special day.
