Order no 866626

The wine bottle and the caricature was nit delivered on this order.

The delivery guy or whosoever rang the receiver named Om Prakash mentioned that there is no wine bottle available today (24th July) and can deliver champagne bottle. The receiver mentioned that he doesn't drink champagne, and the guy in response mentioned that they(as in flower tree) can deliver the wine bottle next day (25th July) . And hence he never received the wine bottle.

This is my second time contacting you guys can you pls take action asap.

          This is in reference to the order placed on 26/07/2021 for Photo frame.I would like to state that I placed an order for the above-mentioned product with order ID number: 872305 and was to be delivered at Durga puri Colony, Neelmatha Bazar, Lucknow, Dilkhusha Uttar Pradesh -226002.
          I beg to state that the delivered items when checked were found damaged. I request you to kindly 499/- (return the amount / provide a replacement) of the same at the earliest. I shall be highly served if you do the same at the earliest.

              Sir,
              I placed an order on 01 Aug 21 on my flower tree as they shows that they will deliver my item on 03 Aug 21. But as on 04 Aug 21 my item is not delivered yet. My complaint is for if i ordered a birthday gift for someone it must be reached to that person on his birthday date as assured on the site.
              In view of the above, i would like to suggest that If they are not able to deliver item on time as assured by them then they should give disclaimer that they will not deliver on time and it may get delayed. Also i want some compensation as i wasted my money and precious time.

                                    My order no 851549 was reqd to delivered on 02 jul 21 but repeated contacts on mob and complaint through mail there is no any action by the company. Now the order lapsed one month company stating that address was incomplete, while the all order delivered on same address as well as my mob no and mob no of pers who recd the delivery already mentioned with address. I advised to resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise I will take legal action against the company in consumer court.

                                    My order no 851549 is reqd to deliver on 02 Jul 21 still neither delivered after a lapse of 3 months nor amount yet refunded by coy. Consumer complained was lodged on 30 jul 21 vide ID no 2940446 but there is no any response.
