I ordered 2 mugs for my kids and uploaded 2 different photographs to be attached to it; one for my son and one for daughter..But to my horrow, I received both the mugs with my son's image on it..Upon raising a complaint, I was responded that they have received just one image and closed the complaint...When I raised it further, there was no response..Utterly dissatisfied customer service and pathetic approach..We should avoid this company for future buying. They are not replacing it even it costed just 350/-.
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
