    Dear admin
    I have order the birthday cake for my friend through my flower tree company in Gwalior,
    The cake was damage and it was not in good condition. The shape was very bad and unacceptable.
    My friend become upset with me due to your cake maker didn’t make it nicely and gently.
    I had complain in the morning but no one response yet.
    Even they didn’t bother to send her again. Even I order the dairy milk chocolate but they deliver Kit Kat. If you want to send as per your choice then why give us option to choice it.
    I work in CP office in Punjab if you do thing with us like that how will behave with normal person.
    Please deliver the cake to them because they are waiting.
    I hope you will resolve this problem.

      Sweetest flowers, but when you are giving it with a birthday cake, it is expected that you write Happy Birthday on the note along.

              Plz give option to choose exact time for delivery. People usually are not available as per your time of delivery Hence they can make arrange fr the same. Anyways flowers and cake were good

                            Very impressed with the timely delivery of cakes but we were disappointed that the cake got little messed up from one side but otherwise it looked as good as it did on the website.
