I am posting it here because MyflowerTree is deleting my post on their page.I am writing this note in utter disappointment from their service on Order# 847051.
On June 20th, I ordered Jute wrapped beauties with a card, worth Rs 700, to be delivered on 21st June, but I only received the item on 23rd June, much after the occasion was over and that too the item was delivered in very poor condition.
* The roses were pale, dry and dead. It had no fragrance and was sprayed with sparkle to look very cheap and plastic.
* It was wrapped in pink tissue wrap instead of Jute wrap, as promised.
* Only 8 flowers were placed, instead of 10 as promised on their page.
* The white flower with leaves were missing.
* The card was written in a poor ink and handwriting. The ink was spread on the card.
I raised multiple tickets in between through chat to expedite the delivery, but there was no proper response, infact my item was 'Out for Delivery' for 3 days.
At the end of the 2nd day of supposed delivery, I tried to cancel the order and requested for refund, as the occasion was already over and we had already faced the humiliation. There was still no response, but they were on top in sending me deals and coupons for my next purchase. Finally these guys closed my ticket themselves, as the item was delivered.
They run a business on no ethics, false promises and no integrity. The harrowing experience they gave me has left me with no choice other than chasing them here.
