I ordered cake on my mothers day. Still, my cake is not delivered. Am asking them to cancel my order and refund my amount.Still, they dint cancel and they dint refund my amount also. Worst service.Irresponsible

This is not the first time it's a second time...

My order number is 839354. I ordered bouquet. but delivery boy came with simple rose bouquet with pathetic condition. so didn't accept and returned it. you are fraud. I already returned, I want my money back.

#838416, for which I had ordered a cake on 13 June, which showed the estimated delivery the same day by 9-10 pm IST the same day. After an hour or two there was a mail from your team saying “Due to covid restrictions, currently we are unable to deliver the order”.
We are refunding your amount to your wallet. When you have the option of purchasing through UPI ideally the refund should also be directly in my account.

This is really ridiculous. Added to it, was your executive lady someone called as Desai, forgetting the firstName, she told me that we cant do anything on this.
The next day the order resumed by its own without even taking the consent of customer whether he needs the order now or not and the money from the wallet was also deducted.

Now if your team is not resolving this matter at [protected] within next 24 hrs ETA, I will file a consumer and PG portal complaint.

These guys are cheaters. They even charge you for timely delivery but they don't even deliver. I have order cake for my brother on 9th June and it was a midnight delivery, they have even charged 250 extra for delivery and they didn't even deliver the cake. And now if I am asking for money they are not willing to payback. My order id was #834475.

We have ordered a cake yesterday on 11th June 2021 and i paid Rs899 also for that, So the status came it is being prepared and will be delivered, But It is very unexpected, at this night you are saying it cannot be delivered, the order no is 836591 for birthday, if you are not delivering on the birthday what is the use for sending on another day .You should have informed us earlier and i could have made some alternate arrangement . so Kindly refund the amount Rs899 which i had paid for the cake immediately ., also i will give negative feed back on your company. I'm disappointed with My Flower Tree service, we have ordered cake if you are unable to deliver due to Covid situation, we understood the same.
But as you said that amount will be refunded to the wallet directly for next time order, How its possible if you were unable to deliver the Cake on Time and without taking customer confirmation, you sent email to me amount will be My Flower tree wallet will be refund to the directly.
As this case I’m almost following 1 month, with no use, I would need compensate either by discount or coupons and amount need to refund as much possible.
Please note that there is no response from your side, the same has been attached.

I ordered gift from my flower tree..which had to be delivered on 21st May 2021 but today is 10 th June still waiting..no ways to contact them..no tracking, coustomer care number not working..fraud site it is

I placed an order for cake and flowers.. when I click track order, it says out for delivery, it has been more than a day and it hasnt been delivered.
Their customer care number is fake.
They don't reply to emails or instagram msgs.
Their Instagram comments are turned off.
Their website has NO registered office address either.
Lesson learnt: be cautious before...

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday. But it is not delivered, even if I raise a complaint they are not responding.

I had ordered a cake on 04 June 2021 and I was supposed to get the cake on 04 June itself but neither I got that cake nor did I get my money back and when I am booking a call to customer care in your site I do not get any call from customer care side. please i want my refund

they cancelled the order from their end giving the excuse of covid restrictions. I don't think they were unaware about it, however they received the order . Waited from morning to evening and at evening I received an email stating "your order is cancelled". But where is my refund?
This website is a fraud website and they fooling the customers.

I had placed an order on 4th june 2021, However order got cancelled from their side and they are not refunding my money.

Ordered flowers for someone's Birthday to be delivered between 8am- 12 pm on 7th June. Waited for the whole day, not delivered. But next morning, site shows as Delivered. Fake delivery...ruined the special day.

I ordered Birthday Cake 04/06/2021 2.23 pm which is delivered same day and I made payment as per their requirements and make additional payment for delivery through Paytm . I waited for two day's and it won't get the cake. 04/06/2021 evening they cancelled the order and they informed me that they will repay the amount to the mode of payment that I had made the payment. Today I got a message that the amount credited to the company wallet and they can't able to refund the amount. And when I contact with the authority they were not ready to respond my quries . I lot of msg chat with customer care till now no response and no resolve my problem. It’s fake company don’t be any thing order for this company

I have put this order on 0303-Jun -2021.but they have not delivered this order.

when I have ask to refund my amount or reschedule for some other day.they neither refund my payment nor reschedule for other day.just doing time pass.

My order no 829353 is not deliver.. And there is no coustmer support.. I was order same day delivery cake for my parents anniversary.. But they whole day showing in process and then out for delivery. But not yet deliver. So please resolve my issue and refund my money.. Very bad service.. No customer care no is available.. They showing chat option and this get no response..
