This has been really a very pathetic experience!!!
This is in regards to the order
#838416, for which I had ordered a cake on 13 June, which showed the estimated delivery the same day by 9-10 pm IST the same day. After an hour or two there was a mail from your team saying “Due to covid restrictions, currently we are unable to deliver the order”.
We are refunding your amount to your wallet. When you have the option of purchasing through UPI ideally the refund should also be directly in my account.
This is really ridiculous. Added to it, was your executive lady someone called as Desai, forgetting the firstName, she told me that we cant do anything on this.
The next day the order resumed by its own without even taking the consent of customer whether he needs the order now or not and the money from the wallet was also deducted.
Now if your team is not resolving this matter at [protected] within next 24 hrs ETA, I will file a consumer and PG portal complaint.
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
