This site seems fraud. I placed order in the morning and it is not delivered till now. Unable to reach anyone to speak to. Soon after placing order, it showed Out for Delivery within 5 minutes, since then 7 hours passed and still not delivered.

This is a fraud website.

I odered cake 699/- between 1-4 pm timing but not delivered upto 9 pm. I scheduled my party at 6 pm. They inserted me. My order id no. 850959.
Now i want my refund.

I ordered flowers yesterday, firstly the delivery guy gave the order to someone else. They didn't even call once or verified the receiver. Secondly, I had ordered bouquet of 10 roses and 6 carnations but the bouquet was of only roses. By the time I asked the neighborhood about my parcel one of them game me and by then the roses were all dried. The moment was ruined. Thank you flower tree for ruining the moment. Will never ever order from your site.

I got regular sms updates regarding birthday and anniversary and saved me from odering late . Moreover, the Cake was also really lovely and yummyyyyyyy.!

We had ordered a bouquet and a cake for our parents house warming . These people had charged us with Rs.1295 and ensured that the delivery will happen as per the schedule. We even received a confirmation email in regards to our order with order number 850155 and consequently in the order tracking that it has been delivered. However after confirming with our parents we got to know that the package hasn’t been delivered. We tried reaching their customer support team on calls, emails, social handles and chat support but failed to receive any response from this fake company.
I would like to raise a complaint against this company, as they are playing with trust of the consumers who are ordering from the website for important occasions like ours. Not only they are stealing your money unscrupulously but they also give you fake confirmation about the delivery. After looking at similar complaints online I can see that its going on repetitively without any action being taken by authorities to stop this from happening with others online.

I am asking the company to immediately refund my order money and I won’t suggest anyone to order from this website and urge the authorities to take action against this open scam happening online.

Delivered cake and flowers and personalised gifts on time, gift packing was also fancy.

Their gifts rates were reasonable as compared to other website . Myflowertree lived upto its reviews. Promt service!
