A flower bouquet costing Rs 499 was booked after checking whether same-day delivery is possible using the delivery location pin code (690511) on 12th January 2022. It was shown on the website that same-day delivery is available in this region. Once the payment was done, a bill was received in the registered mail id. After 2 hours someone from Flowerapp called and told me that it is not possible to deliver this to your region, and the money also can't be refunded. Instead, they can deliver other plants which would take another 3 days to reach the delivery location. I requested a refund in the original mode of payment but they told me it is not possible. Also, the account made on the website doesn't seem to be secure. I am able to log in to my account by typing anything as a password. I tried to chat with customer care, but after some time no response was there.

    We had placed an online order for a cake through the webpage https://www.myflowerapp.com/ on 5th Jan 2022 to be delivered on 7th Jan at address - MIG 326, RAKKAR COLONY, UNA, HIMACHAL PRADESH. Full payment made on the same day for INR 864. The product was not delivered and there has been no response from the customer care numbers mentioned on the website, are switched off.

      I had ordered a wedding anniversary cake vide order no.[protected] and the same was confirmed. The delivery time promised was between 4 and 5 pm today. Now no response is there from the company
      We have talked with the customer. The product has been received by us as per the receiver timing.

        I got a message at the last moment that the delivery of the item (Order ID[protected] cannot be done. and when I asked for a refund I was asked to select another item since they can't refund the amount to my bank account. After I selected the item ( https://www.myflowerapp.com/white-potted-sanservia-plant ) I was told it will be delivered within 3-4 days, it's been 6 days and there is still no update. Even after sending the mail none of them are responding.

          Dear sir / ma’am
          I paid Rs 499 for a flower bouquet
          Of 10 mix colour Roses for 9th December 2021 but they delivered only 8 Red roses and one day before
          They not only reduce the quantity but also delivered different things
          For complain I called the customer care number at least 10 times from last 3 days but simply after listening they cut the phone

              Totally fraud people...I ordered flowers which were never delivered nor did I got any refund.

                Placed order and it took a month to deliver and over that the product was damaged was waste of money. This company should shut down. They have fooled and robbed lot of people money.

                  They are not initiaitng my refund of 1106INR. At first it was stated that -

                  Cake will be delivered.
                  Then they said no after an hour.
                  Then i cancelled it. Then they quoted - refund will be done in less than a week.

                  It is now more than 2 weeks and so i tried to contact them.
                  I am now told refund is getting error. They are facing payment gateway issue. So the only available option, to reorder or buy gifts.

                  Now to get my amount back, i had to make order and need to order more coz that ordered cake cannot be delivered for 500kg. Original order they agreed and now states - they cant deliver the same cake for 500kg. So order more, pay more.
                  So i have to order 1kg... So instead of refund, i ended up ordering.

                  I am annoyed coz of bad customer service. The alias name or real name - i dont know - Kavya - not good, shared thrice incorrect information, did not provide any resolution and made more sales through me by extra payment.
                  She ignored me multiple times.

                  I want to complaint againt app and its owner specially

                      I ordered the cake and paid the money for same and they didn't delivered it. I paid extra money for fix delivery time(Rs. 195) and total amount is 995Rs . Saw so many and they say they can not refund the money . They not picking the call they are not responding even mail.

                        I have ordered cake and chocolates. They have charged me and later cancelled my order. Never refunded me the amount though I contacted them 100 times. Every time they say refund in process and they reply 1/10 times.

                                I have placed 100 rupees worth of cake and greeting card 1 week ago.
                                No refund and none of the person responded. customer support is not picking call. Its a fake site where i lost my money.

                                  I have ordred item for 2100 and its going to be 1 month. They didnt delibered the gift and i was continuosly following up them for 1 month but still no response from them. No refund till now. Not atending the calls also. Frauds.. cheaters..

They didnot write any message on both cakes which I have particularly requested. They haven’t given Sparkling candles which I’ve ordered .They didnot handled the cake properly…spoiled the mood .

                                      I had ordered a special luxury 1 kg chocolate coffee eggless cake worth Rs 1738 and a pink carnation basket worth Rs 950 on 3rd Oct 2021 to be delivered in Puttur area on 04th Oct 2021.

                                      I got a call from their Gurgaon office that basket is not available in that area hence they will send bouquet and double to flowers

                                      But to my surprise a normal chocolate cake with egg and a rose bouquet with 8 flowers were delivered. Both product was not worth more then Rs 1000 which is also on the higher side in Puttur area .

                                      A big blunder - order was for eggless cake and they sent egg cake which was complete different and a normal cake, low quality bouquet.

                                      This has completely ruined our surprise . when tried to call them they are not answering the calls even if called multiple times.

                                      We need a refund as wrong product was sent which much much lower worth.

                                        I ordered roses and cakes and they changed extra for heat shape cake, eggless and red velvet. None of them were delivered as asked instead received a dark chocolate. Ordered 20 roses however received 10. Pathetic services...
