My complaint reg received wrong / mismatch product on 13th oct 2021.

from 13th oct till 27 oct 2021 we are complaint against not to picked our return on given time
first date 18 oct 2021 not picked
second date: 22 Oct 2021 not picked
third date given by myntra : 28 oct 2021 but suddenly rejected our product picked up and we continuously called customer care for solution but we didn't get any solution from your side i feel very disappointed by myntra service this is mental harassment for me

My product is worth rupees 1224 and you guys not responding me from 15 days

pls take action on my complaint urgent basis

    Respected Sir/Ma'am,

    On 11 Oct 2021, I have ordered DressBerry women black and white polka dots printed A-line dress on Myntra app Order ID # 118580997506696381101 worth Rs. 1139.00. On 19 Oct 2021 at 2230 hrs I got call from delivery agent of Myntra stating he is not able to deliver the product today and to deliver product next day he requested me to give my personal mobile number. As I didn't feel comfortable to give my personal mobile number to delivery agent, I refused to give number and asked him to deliver product next day. 5 min after this call I got massage from myntra.com that my product has been delivered where as I didn't get the product.

    On 21 Oct 2021, after being cheated by Myntra.com I call customer care of Myntra.com and registered my following issues

    1) The product has not been delivered to me but app is showing the product is delivered.
    2) How delivery agent can ask for personal mobile number of customer as he is not entitled to get it.

    I got assurance from customer care that my issue is on priority and will be resolved.
    Next day I got massage from Myntra.com that they have checked from their delivery partner and my product has been delivered.

    Myntra.com have cheated me and without delivering the product they are saying that they have delivered the product.
    Also there delivery agent are compromising the safety of customers by attempting late night delivery and asking for personal mobile number.

    I request you to take strict action against fraud company Myntra.com

      @myntra @MyntraSupport team, It is horrendous behaviour of your customer care team that's I've not received the order and still the systen has marked it as delivered.

      highly disappointd n let down by horrendous service rcvd for 'goofed delivery, failed refund' by
      @myntra. pending since 9'oct, earlier escalation mngr mentiond refunding but today Sumaya (emp ID400192) said 'she being d highest authority cant n wont do anything' @MyntraSupport is this how u intend to serve loyal custmrs #disappointedbymyntra #myntramakesmewin ?? this is extortion of customers, I dont have time for numerous followups and curt redundant replies from ur team, closing issues without satisfactory proofs or answers. i demand full refund without further ado

      surprised by lethargic response of @MyntraSupport to complaints raised on social media too. none of the known brands are so apathetic bout their online attentiveness and image. This is getting very frustrating day by day

        I have made new account today with phone number, and it shows that I exceeded cod option. How's that possible? I just opened the account. Myntra!! This was not expected by you. I can't order anything. I didn't even violate your rules. I don't know whether you will see my problem or not but this is your responsibility to make it right as soon as possible

          Pay on delivery is available in my city but not in my area that is 813210. Due to this I'm having problems in ordering. I want to say that please make this area available for shipping.

            Hi, I bought urbanic tights 15 days back from Myntra.The size was medium but after trying it seems to be very tight so I raised a return request.But Myntra declined my return request I need this matter to be investigated. This is absolute harassment from Myntra being a loyal customer.Request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

              Hi team,

              I have returned one order (Order ID #118564351215429081703) Indya Jumpsuit green dress. I have raised the return on 22 Oct by evening and their side widnow has been closed in the morning of 22nd Oct(Ideally window should be closed on tonight of 22nd Oct) and amount of dress 2700. i got the date of picked up 29 th oct but next day there is no option of picked up.

              I need to return the order but myntra team is not helping us on the same. Please help me on the same with connect with me manager of Myntra team so that issue can be resolved asap.

                You greedy business priks why the hell u introduce offers when u literally not giving them. Buy 1 get 3free - where the hell u giving 3for free huh? Just giving name sake discount on other 3 products, isn't it. Instead of that go suck your customers dick and ask for tip know. Maybe it will make customers happy and definitely they will give good tips than your stupid offers. You cheap Myntra.
                I even ordered an airpod set from boat and it's broken. You guys didn't give any resolution. If it's not refundable or exchangable item then why it's broke when I recieved, I even posted pics of it in my complaints. No one bothered to resolve the issue.

                      I had ordered a gift card and the gift card was never delivered to the customer.
                      In spite of writing seven mails and calling them 15 times no one has reverted back. The simple plan of Myntra is to mint money and extortion through this site.
                      I would like to take this to the court and I do not mind wasting my time and money on this because the justice has to be served. Their customer care is was and they cut the call on the face.
                      Pls help how to go about this.

                        On 24th oct i got a package of worth 1410/- from myntra. It was a cod payment, i tried paying through google pay but it didn’t work at that time so the delivery guy told me to pay to delivery service account and it didn’t work there too! So i paid from another account. But afterwards the two failed payments also got paid. I want those two payment back. Please refund my money back.

                          Late Delivery of 3 weeks and no Refund

                          I am writing this mail to you with the deepest dissatisfaction with a purchase of a smartwatch on Myntra app.

                          I had ordered a French Connection smartwatch on your app and I received the watch without a charger. On raising a request to your call centre, they said they'll take 72 hours to resolve me query. After 72 hours also there was no call back or message intimation. I called the customer care again and they said they need 24 hours more and I'll be updated automatically through the app. Unfortunately that didn't happen as well. Same thing went on for 5-6 times with your customer care team and finally at the end what came was a disastrous shock to me. They now say that the order was "fully delivered from our end". What does this mean ? I had bought this watch for my wife as she was going for a vacation, and now she's also back from the vacation and the watch is just sitting idle in the box as we cannot use it since day 1. All we've asked is to get the charger cable to us, or replace the same one with another piece. It is seriously disappointing to get this service from Myntra as we have been shopping with you since years and we have never received such a pathetic service.

                          If you're trying to tell me that I'm lying to you about a mere charging cable then it is not going to be good on your end. The cable could be missed out from the company itself, could be many more reasons, but not resolving the problem is way too bad. If this was with Amazon, I would've got the same watch cable in 2 days. It is really disappointing to receive this feedback and force me to reach out to you. Your team says they have 'investigated' and come to a conclusion that my claim is rejected.

                          Request your intervention and resolve this for me as paying 4500 for a watch and not being able to use it for almost a month is not acceptable. I have mentioned my account details below -

                                  Hi, I am writing this after conversing with Myntra customer support and wasn't able to get my issue resolved since they didn't even care to resolve it.

                                  I ordered an item (Men's apparel) from Myntra and received a used product. The product was not inside any plastic sack and it had lot of dirt when it was received. So I initiated a return on Myntra and the return was rejected due to quality check i.e., rejected because of the dirt on the product. When I checked with customer support they told it's not their fault, but when I asked how do you resolve the issue where the product is damaged during the shipping then the representative who I was speaking to didn't answer that question and kept saying it's not their fault. I even requested to transfer my call to a supervisor/manager but customer support representative denied my request. This whole experience is so annoying to me and very dissatisfying.

                                  I would greatly appreciate if Myntra can look into this issue.

                                    Both items were picked up on 5oct. Delivery boy made a mistake that day he
                                    didn't updated to parcel picked up after picking up both products...I
                                    didn't got any message like pickup successful or refund intiated, he is also
                                    not answering any call...I think because of him Myntra didn't issued my
                                    refund.

                                    This(see pic) is message I received when I scheduled my pickup but after
                                    pick up I didn't received the message of pickup successful.

                                    Also I want to ask two things first as uh can see in the photo I got only
                                    pickup message of h&m tshirt...why I didn't got pickup message for
                                    joggers...and second thing I want to ask is why delivery boy took both
                                    the parcels away.
                                    Lastly I want to say that this is unacceptable I want my refund as soon as
                                    possible, thank you.

                                      I had created Return ID [protected] for Flying Machine Navy blue sweatshirt on 1st October 2.10 pm .The order Id was # 1183614 [protected] . The Delivery Agent arrived at 3.30 pm 2nd October & gave his name Sumit Thakur and was using Phone Number [protected], he said his DP ID was13867.
                                      Extra products picked up in the same parcel had Return IDs [protected] & [protected]. Upon asking pick up receipt the agent behaved rudely and misbehaved with me. He even threatened me with offensives.He then left in a hurry. I have till now not received any refund or the product itself . Upon raising query with Myntra my query is not being resolved.
                                      I further complained about the same to Return Pick Office Ecomex Manali and on October 19 I received call from their Supervisor Praveen Kumar with Mobile Number [protected] that they have found my product in their office which has been lying their because of Sumit Thakur. I have recorded all conversations with him where he has admitted and acknowledged that his boss sent a mail to Myntra about the same but they have denied return because date period has elapsed.
                                      What is my fault in it if Myntra Pick Agent willingly tried o steal my product and got caught?..I returned the product within return period and I have neither received my product nor refund to date.The Product is with Myntra and it is harassing me for their own mistake and blantantly lying that the product is not with them.
