I have ordered shoes from myntra but after delivery when I checked, it did not fit me. And I have not used it for single time. SO I requested for return within 1 days of its delivery and on the app it shows that agent is out for pickup but it is been 2 days no one came for pickup. So, I contacted customer care more than 5 to 6 times for pre approval of my return but they said that my product is on hold. How can it on hold without pickup?? Every time I call they just give the same details that wait for 4 to 5 days. But Now I want my money back. Myntra cheats everyone.

      I got damaged product without tag and when opt to exchange they are not making it. They are just giving me dates.

        I had purchased an Allen solly tan brown Solid Block heels size 37
        ( Order ID[protected] account registered under name Radha Subash my grandmother) around October 2 or 3 during The Great Indian Sale.
        My Contact number for the delivery was by mistake mentioned wrong which I noticed a few days after the item was shipped. I tried to contact myntra customer care several times to request for a change in the contact number, but the product was already shown as delivered. I again contacted the customer care regarding this issue to raise a complaint on what can be done as several times it would be told that we would get an update regarding and a complaint would be raised. Its been two weeks there has been no update from your side no SMS sent onto the registered mobile number which also requested the customer care to change the number and send all the updates to my personal number .The item is shown already delivered but to where we still don't know. Nor are we getting the contact number of the agent delivered nor is there any update from their side despite several complaints .

          I ordered on 3rd of october and the estimated date was 12 & 15 of october(two parcels so both would get delivered on different date)but it's 16 today they haven't delivered yet.. when tracking it shows the same location
          very reckless service...i tried to reach out them but they didn't even pick up my call.

            I Am a regular costumer of myntra for a long time but recently the blocked my account saying i have breached there fair usage policy, which a wrong allegation and i cant sit quite here after hearing about such a wrong doing as this is affecting me mentally. i have tried reaching them quite a few times regarding this but insist of sharing my Pan Card details they are not activating my account without giving me a proper reason. I am an elite member of myntra, kindly look into the matter as this is a wrong doing toward a regular costumer of them.

              My return request was rejected. I had only tried the dress once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. They rejected saying that quality check is failed. I don't know how the quality check can be failed as I have returned them as same as I received.

              Please help.

                I have put my cash in myntra credit then I buoght some products and because of bad quality I returned some of them. then these myntra people charges convenience fee of 145 rupees extra... that I gave . and now I bought one top and shoes . i have taken shoes but top is of bad quality so first I want toexchange but only size can be exchanged so I tried to return and now they are splitting my money like 1/3 in my account and 2/3 in myntra credit .
                what is this?
                i am so angry after taking convenience fee ... they are still doing this its like you are selling your products forcefully ... after this i will never do shopping on myntra its just disgraceful ...
                please resolve this ...asap

                  It is to be noted that I had created Return ID [protected] on 11th October 2021 for 1 People Men Green Puffer Jacket on 11th October 2021. The Order Id was # 1183614 [protected].
                  Tracking ID - [protected]. The Delivery Agent arrived at 4.30 pm 12 th October & gave his name Sumit Thakur and was using Phone Number [protected] at the time which I confirmed by calling, he said his DP ID was13867. He was furious at being asked his details and denied giving any pick up receipt..He then misbehaved with me using cuss words and blantantly told me he would not pick up the product come what may. I have also shot the video for the same which i m going to make Viral. I had to create another return for the same item on 12th October but nobody turned up till 15th October to pick up the product and Myntra has cancelled my return on 15th October.

                  I had earlier created Return ID [protected] for Flying Machine Navy blue sweatshirt on 1st October 2.10 pm .The order Id was # 1183614 [protected] . I have returned the product on 2nd October between 3 & 4 pm . Extra products picked up in the same parcel had Return IDs [protected] & [protected]. Upon asking return pick up agent his name and pick up receipt the agent behaved rudely and misbehaved with me.His details are same as given above. He even threatened me with offensives.He then left in a hurry. I have till now not received any refund or the product itself . Upon raising query with Myntra my query is not being resolved . I m going to file an FIR as soon i receive CCTV footage of him accepting 3 returns in same package The pick up agent has committed robbery in day light and also harassed me by denying returns.
                  Wow! First they steal your hard earned money then when for our safety we ask for pick up receipt they deny it and when we try to get evidence by making a video they harass us.

                    I had purchased a pair of heels in the beginning of month of October . But by mistake the number which I had given for delivery went wrong as a digit in the number was wrong . I had tried to get in contact with the customer Care but already the product was already shown as delivered . I tried to get the delivery agents contact number which wasn’t successful as it wasn’t shown in the app. The delivery address was mentioned correct but still I didn’t receive the product.I even tried to get in contact with the contact number which was mentioned in the delivery section by mistake but it is temporarily out of service I tried to get in contact with the customer care several times but they would always keep saying that I would get an update and a complaint would be raised and I would know what can be done . It’s been two weeks still there has been no update from myntras side.I don’t know will I receive a refund or can the same product be sent over to my address again. The last time I called the customer care i was told I would get an update before 14th October still haven’t received any information .

                      Dear Sir/ ma'am

                      I would like you let you know that i have ordered one jewellery set ( shining diva) from Myntra app online on 25 September 2021. That product for defected and broken. I immediately put a return request for that item on myntra app online. But its been almost 20-25 days that no one has picked up that item from me. I have called 2-3 times to Myntra customer care and they says it will be picked up in few days. But i have received SMS from myntra yesterday that the window for return for the item has been closed. Please look into this matter and help me in this.. i cannot waste my money for a defective and broken item.

                        This is Dr Shubhi,
                        And i am an elite customer at myntra.
                        There is an issue regarding the return i made but i have got a very poor response from the customer care.
                        Actually there were two pickups scheduled on the same day, from different apps ajio and myntra.
                        When the delivery guy arrived to deliver ajio orders to me, he asked for the pickup (clearly not mentioning from which brand), i happened to hand him the ajio order instead of the myntra one. For which he even passed the quality check without confirming.
                        Now the update on myntra reads : refund will be initiated soon.
                        Even if the refund is made, it would be a loss for me( for the ajio order) and ofcourse the seller.
                        I tried contacting the team to inform them firsthandedly and seek help but that went in vain with the myntra team telling me, they have got no links with the courier service and the seller.
                        Who on earth shall believe this ? How then Myntra operates?
                        Though they promised me the refund, but i believe they would actually help me out with the issue i am facing for i am a regular shopper at their site and such problems have never arised earlier.

                            Sir its been 20 days my 3 products which i returned are not being picked up...and today on 14 oct they automatically cancelled my return request without my consent...my 3 orders are return orders worth more than rupee 1000... and no one is picking them up from my place...it almost been a month... i dont get it...i am a regular customer of myntra and ordered alot of things from here in last few month for wedding purpose...and now i dont know what they are doing...1 of the product was delivered to me defected, second one had a cheap quality and third one had a bigger size...!! PLEASE PICK IT UP AND REFUND MY DAMN MONEY...this is more than pathetic myntra...what is wrong with u people...i dont get it...!! not expected from such a good site...distroying your Goodwill

                              Red tape shoe return failed quality check

                              Recently I just ordered as pair of Red tape sports shoes from Myntra. After I received the parcel I opened it and tried the fitting of the shoe and it was smaller than my size so I requested the return immediately within half an hour with all the tags and invoice inside the parcel and without any kind of damage or wear or tear. After one day I checked the status of the return and it showed your order is on hold. I don't know what to do so...

                              Which was sceduled to be delivered on 8th October. The delivery boy called on that day around 8:00 pm and stated that he will deliver the product on the next day i. e on 9th oct. Later I received another product from myntra on 11 oct, but not the product in question. Today on 14th oct delivery boy called around 4:00pm and stated he will deliver it on next day.
                              Myntra customer care is also not responding.
                              This is serious unprofessional behavior from your end.
                              Another thing the delivery boys are reluctant to deliver at my home they rather insist to collect the parcel from a place convenient to themselves which is very far from my home.

                                I had ordered a Athena top from Myntra, I raised a return request as I wasn't satisfied with its size . The return request was accepted and I got a message saying your order will be picked today. Then around 6:02 or 6:03 PM a guy came at my door asking, if I was Muskan and said "Myntra se pickup h aapka"....

                                  I had ordered 3 products from Myntra where just 1/3 products where delivered but I paid for all the three products. I immediately raised a complaint about it and it took two weeks and later the myntra team came up telling that the claims are declined and no refund can be provided about it.

                                    Not a complaint but just a suggestion that on your live website, there is a homepage banner which has space from the top, as a front end developer, I feel it's a wrong placement or margin from the top which disturbs the view.
