For Diwali I ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my husband sport shoes black size 8

But I received girls school black shoes.

I immediately raised a return request on 22nd October the same day I got the parcel. Myntra has ever since been cancelling my return and have not refunded my money or given me credits either.

I spent 3697 on the product and feel fully cheated. They are saying the barcode on the box is correct so they cannot help me. I am absolutely helpless and do not know how to get back my money.

Their customer support is not at all helpful. They claim to me be doing some investigation but I have no idea how they are investigating because clearly my issue is not resolved. They keep closing my tickets.

Their bag and box were in bad condition when I received it and I even shared images but they are refusing to help me!!

      I ordered a product -mojri (types of footwear )from myntra by seller NR by nidhi
      Rathi

      The product when I received I opened it very same day and observed it was defective with one design on left pair was different than the right pair
      The footwear had no tags already looked worn out and was dirty
      Now when I filed for a complain for bad quality of product and ask for a return then myntra refuses and denies my reasoning and rejects my return in turn blaming me for removing tags and using and wearing the footwear
      Which makes no sense
      I filed for a return complaint the very same day I got the courier
      The product was already in a bad condition and I am being told by myntra that I have used it worn it and I am returning it
      They have no proper answer and reasoning for my complaint it’s been a day and they are unnecessary asking me to pay for something that I don’t want and I have not used at all
      I have been loyal customer to myntra for sometime now and have no bad record as such and they behave like this with people customers like us

        I received an order no[protected] 3855601 in which Anouk women yellow striped cotton kurta with trousers is EXTREMELY poor quality looks very thin transparent and shabby. When I wanted to register a return request the customer service man is very manipulative. He is insisting that I claim that the product is already used and damaged. But I never said so. He acts as if he is either deaf to my return request or he doesn't seem to understand English...acting too smart in registering a false complaint and says he will request an investigation, which I don't need. I want to register a RETURN And REFUND of that product.

          My product is delivered to me but the app still shows out for delivery status because may be the agent did manual approval. Now i want to return my product but the return option is not being displayed and hence i cannot initiate a return request.

            I shopped several items from myntra ta same time. I was supposed to get 5 items in single package (as per the update mail sent by myntra) Packet ID [protected]. But I only received only 2 items (WROGN bomber jacket & Allen Solly jacket). Rest all the items showing status delivered are missing.

              My complaint reg received wrong / mismatch product on 12th oct 2021.

              from 12th oct till 28 oct 2021 we are complaint against not to picked our return on given time
              first date 18 oct 2021 not picked
              second date: 22 Oct 2021 not picked
              third date given by myntra : 28 oct 2021 but suddenly rejected our product picked up and we continuously called customer care for solution but we didn't get any solution from your side i feel very disappointed by myntra service this is mental harassment for me

              My product is worth rupees 3198.00and you guys not responding me from 15 days

              pls take action on my complaint urgent basis

                I have made payment through swiping my card and amount got debited twice but myntra claimed that they didn't receive it and i had paid cash also as myntra said that i would get the refund of card transactions in 7 days but i haven't received it since January 2021 and also they asked me to contact bank who claimed that the money has been credited to myntra. This disputed transactions is not coming to any resolution . Don't know where's my money has gone to.

                  Hi team, Myntra has done a fraud against me for an order worth Rs.1800. They shipped an item which was of incorrect size so I placed a return request with the item and its price tags in original condition within hours of delivery. The return pickup person also MANUALLY verified the price tags before accepting the pickup and it was successfully done. However after the product reached the warehouse, they somehow removed the price tag themselves and rejected my return request stating "price tags missing". Now they have reshipped the item back without the price tag and rejected the refund. Myntra is executing such frauds by simply tampering the price tag themselves and rejecting returns of the customer with no way for the customer to prove themselves. In short: After I received the order I realised it was not the right size so placed a return request within 24 hours of delivery without touching the price tags. The next day, the return pickup person only accepted the pickup after he verified the price tags on the product. So at this point, the price tags are intact and accepted by the pickup person. After it reached the warehouse, they put my refund on hold for 1 day and the next day they updated the status of the return as "Rejected - Price tags missing", however the price tags were present and verified during pickup, only after which the product was accepted for refund. Now Myntra has simply shipped the product back stating price tags missing, which they themselves tampered with. The product would not have been accepted during pickup if the price tags weren't there, so this is the proof of the fraud executed by Myntra. Please take required action against and help me with justice for the product this company did fraud with. Let me know what other information is required to take action.

                      I have purchased a jacket but the size is smaller for me. Hence we requested to exchange this product but my request was cancelled by Myntra due to the price tag missing from the MYNTRA SIDE, not my side. It is not my fault, only MYNTRA's fault. Now I am very disappointed and unhappy with shopping with Myntra. Now I will never again shop with Myntra and also will never suggest to anyone shopping with Myntra and have a very bad experience with this company.

                      I had trusted you but I was wrong. IN sales customer like as God, doesn't matter from where customers are belonging there are rich or poor.If someone wanna buy branded things with another brand with all trust, and you are doing like this with customer .you can't image how people arranging money for buying branded things.Now I got it myntra is fake and also charging too much extra from another brand with very poor services. Thank you very much team

                      I faced the exact same issue. They rejected the return mentioning price tag missing. The pickup guy accepted it and manually checked the tags before taking it back. After he took back, my return was simply rejected stating price tag missing. They themselves removed the tag and didn't even send back the product. They haven't provided a refund either. They literally stole my money. Took my money and the product too.

                        I ordered a product named sweet dreams women charcoal grey solid pants with order ID number 118342287324160743401 and it is showing delivered on[protected] but it was not delivered. On calling myntra on[protected], the customer care executive told me that I should have called within 5 days of the product delivery and they can not help it. On asking where this policy is mentioned, they failed to respond.

                        I ordered another product named marks and spencer women burgundy ribbed winter top with order ID 118522427808295509603, showing delivered on[protected] but was not delivered. I registered my complaint within 5 days to which they told me to wait. I called 3-4 times and they kept telling me to wait. i called on[protected] and they said they have enquired and the product has been delivered and they can not do anything about it.

                        in addition to this, I placed an order, adidas originals women black woven design sneakers on[protected], order id 118556100092461403503, i received the product on time but i placed a return request on[protected]. when the delivery boy came to pickup the product, he told that there is no tag so he can not pick up the product and told me to get it pre-approved from myntra helpline, to which I called myntra customer care executive and placed my request and then they told me to wait. i called again and they again told me to wait. ton[protected], i called myntra regarding the same to which they said since there was no tag they can not proceed with the return request. i told them that there was no tag when i recieved the product. then they again told me to wait. and then i told them to connect me their senior official which they didnot do.

                            On 7th October l received a black top and l had ordered 3 items 1 Athena Black top, 1 Athena pink top and trouser set and a pair of H&M heels, on 7th October l received only the black top but in the Myntra app the status of tha pink top and trouser set was also showing as delivered so l called the delivery agent again to confirm if he has missed the pink trouser and top set by mistake, but he confirmed that there was only 1 package in my name and obviously the pink set was not there in the package, and then started the tiring process of contacting the customer care no. asking about the status of my missing order, today is 28th October l have been constantly taking follow ups but to my uter dismay, everytime l am asked to wait for 24-48 hours, l have been patient this whole time but now this has become quite annoying and frustrating as l have other things to do as well.This kind of behaviour is not expected from a reputed company like Myntra l have been an Elite member of Myntra and had trusted Myntra blindly but the kind of response l am getting is quite disheartening.Please take immediate action on my issue.

                              I trued to order a Kurata set from myntra fashion store as order ID FtLobsmlNfwXOlmutEjl. I paid the money through google pay ID[protected]. The transaction ID is CICAgOmopr8WA.
                              The amount deducted from my account but the product not placed in the Mynthra account and I didn't get the product also.
                              I tried to contact the customer care . But the phone was not ringing and not even connecting the call.
                              I request your good self to return the money or deliver the product to me as soon as possible.

                                  I had ordered. Different pattern cream kurta set but the product delivered was completely delivered from what was ordered. Additionally it was without tags. For absolutely no fault of mine. Myntra refused to pick up returns and refund my money since October 15. There was only one person who came and since it was completely different and not the product ordered we didn't even open it. Request immediate action and refund please

                                        An item have been picked up on request from my side. Though it was picked up successfully by their delivery executive it wasn't updated in their website or initiated the refund of amount Rs 509.
                                        I am sharing the proof about out for Pickup msg and picked up sms.
