It's already been two days after raising pickup request but no delivery agent is coming to pickup my product and they are just updating the status as return pickup failed. why you guys are so irresponsible towards your service? take strict action against it.

    I ordered 3 items from myntra on 30th September which I eventually had to cancel due to duplicate orders. When I asked for refund, myntra said it takes 7 days for the refund to reflect on your account and asked me to wait. Now its been more than 7 days and here I am still waiting for my refund. When I called their customer service regarding refund related issues on 9yh and 10th Oct, their employees named Zaheer and Saanchvi told me myntra has already initiate day refund and that they can't do anything about it. They were very rude to me and literally repeated th same thing for 5 long minutes and at the end hung up the phone without even registering my complaint. This is insane. I can't expect such low service from a brand like myntra. Worst service ever. Gonna register complaint on every forum to spread the awareness.

          Myntra without any notice deleted my account where i had credits in my account. They cancelled all my orders without prior notice. I am a myntra inside and loyal buyer since 5 yrs, By doing a lot of shipping, did i become a myntra insider, and then suddenly I don't have a account on myntra. They are not responding to any queries, closing the complaint without any answer, their customer care is not able to find an account in their system. This is utter abuse of power. This is how they pay me for my loyalty for so long!

            They steal 10000 from each of their targets in two installments of 5000 each.

            When you click on that site, a form will open in front of you. And when you fill that form it will send you another message in your text and whatsaap.
            He will send the following text in your message box -

            Dear Applicant You Had Registered For A Delivery Boy Job In Myntra, We Are Happy To Tell You That Your Registration Has Been Successfully, Please Visit Our Website And Download Your Job Confirmation Letter. www.myntradelivery.in
            When you click on that site, a form will open in front of you. And when you fill that form it will send you another message in your text and whatsaap.
            He will send the following text in your message box -

            In that WhatsApp text, they will ask you to courier your documents like an aadhar card, pan card, voter Id card, your photo, your address proof, and your bank details etc.

            If You Have Any Problem Or Want To Ask Something You Can Contact Your HR

            Now, when you go to pay PVC charges the same problem may occur that occurred earlier in paying security deposit, that site payumoney will not accept your payment again.

            Now you contact again your HR for this, and he will again give you terms and conditions letter.

            In that letter you will be asked to deposit 5000 as a security deposit again because company is not accepting upi or any small payments and they will promise you to refund your 4880 back after deducting 120 PVC charges in 1 hour.

            And finally when you pay 5000 more and think that money will come back in 1 hrs then now it is never going to come back.

            I want the company to take some action on this. Because this man can do fraud with many peoples by putting the name of myntra company and amazon company and please guys beware of such scams
            .

            I have complaint against him in cyber crime portal.
            He is a fraud scammer.
            Beware of him and do spread this information on your facebook twitter instagram youtube.

                  I ordered a Red tape boot on Myntra but after 13 days they delivered a laddie Ballerinas, I have raised multiple requests to return it but I don’t know why they haven’t verified yet.

                  Amount for ordered product was 2249/-
                  Received wrong product for Rs600/-

                  Wrong product is not useful for me at all.

                  3rd image is the original product I ordered.

                  It is really painful and frustrating, please help to either get the original product delivered or get my money refunded plz🙏

                  I feel helpless because we don’t have any escalation matrix for this and I am not sure if I will get my product or money back.

                    The same thing happened with me i had ordered 1 product in a sale and after few days when it is supposed to diliver i am getting "Cancelled:Due to an internal issue, we had to cancel your Item"
                    This is highly unethical of the myntra team. If you dnt want customer to buy stuff when it is a sale or at low price then stop giving adds saying "its a sale".
                    I am very disappointed in the app

                        Order description: House of Pataudi heel

                        I had ordered heels for my wedding due to covid situation from myntra. It arrived early. I tried out but due to fitting issues and heel height i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed and I checked the status of refund saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                        I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product strain dirty". But I checked it by the delivery boy he said it is in good condition. Now why the hell would i do that? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                              I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and received it yesterday, i didn't even wear the those shoes as i didn't like the colour and immediately asked applied for a exchange, and today when i was about to get the exchange the delivery boy refused to take as he thought it was damaged, but here i didnt even use to product then how can it be damaged from my end, now he has put the entire process on hold. It is so inconvenient that this is the 2nd time I am facing such issues with myntra. My concern is I cannot wait till 12th Oct 2021, as i have to attend a party tomorrow so i want the product exchanged by today or tomorrow itself, because the mistake is not from my side, for no reason this inconvenience is created. Please look into it ASAP as I want to by today or tomorrow.

                                On the scheduled day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery guy that he is coming to deliver. I asked him to drop my parcel at my college gate. Later on, when I went to collect it, my parcel was not there. I searched everywhere and all possible locations but in vain. All the parcels of all the other students come there how come only my parcel is missing? I tried to contact the delivery guy but my pin expired and thus could not reach out to him. Hence I contacted Myntra customer care and raised the issue. They took 2 days and closed my complaint saying that the delivery was done from their end. I asked for proof - the delivery guy's name and his contact number, at what time it was delivered, etc. Myntra did not provide me anything and said as proof they have my voice recording when the delivery guy called. I mean what kind of proof is that? The guy called me saying he is going to arrive at my location and does not prove the fact that he actually delivered the parcel!! I repeatedly contacted Myntra for the same issue but in vain. I came to know about a few other e-commerce sites that refund the money on the loss of a parcel but Myntra even did not bother to process my complaint further.

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought Apple airpods from Myntra on 3 oct 2021 .
                                  Product has been delivered and when i rechecked it from apple support they confiremd that product warrntty has already been expired one year ago .also the serial number in product and box is different .
                                  i compared it with other apple airpods and in this product, it has been written has assembled in japan whereas in orginial apple airpods it has been written as " assembled in vitenam " this has been also confirmed by apple support .
                                  i have been delivered a old/used product which has apple support one year warnnty already expired .

                                  It occurred on: 3/10/2021

                                  i want myntra to take this fake/used proudct and retun my money to solve this .
                                  i am very much frustrtaed now by chasing them every day and no one is supporting there .

                                    I ordered a Lime green solid A line dress, size M from this brand called Dressberry (order Id: #1185077 [protected]). upon arrival, I quite didn't like the quality and immediately requested for a return. I received the product on 4th October. The delivery boy arrived on 5th morning and thoroughly checked if the tags were intact and if there were any damages. Once checked (PROPERLY), he collected the item. ON 5th October, I received a message from Myntra saying that the return request has been rejected due to quality Issues.Like seriously? To my good luck, I had taken pictures before handing over the product to the delivery boy. The tag was intact and luckily, I had not even tried the outfit. So how on Earth was their a "quality issue?" Either I was sent a product that was already used or stained and I quite didn't realise. But the quality of the cloth truly sucked. Raised a complaint with the customer care but of no use. They are reshipping the product back to me. Is there a way I can go about claiming my refund?

                                    Neither did they e-mail or call addressing my concerns. The only message and mail I received was claiming that return was rejected as it failed the quality check on 6th morning. I had called them up on 6th morning itself on their cc number +918061561999 which got connected after the 4th attempt, but due to network hassle, I then received a call back from +918068643616. The executive was polite to talk to, but he couldn't answer why on earth despite not wearing the outfit or even the delivery boy conducting the thorough check, the product got rejected? I was put on hold several times only to hear the product will be reshipped. So disappointed.

                                    And this is how they have reshipped it back. So disappointed with Myntra man. I have been a loyal customer for so many years, and this is just bad. All I want is my refund.The area covered in red, is my address.

                                      Myntra have sent me a fake product which does not contains any tags or bill when they delivered it.

                                      When I am trying to exchange or return they are refusing.

                                        Social Media is your ultimate weapon. Having said that, the screenshots would not help you at all. Myntra policy states that, the offers and discounts on the app change from time to time based on the Brand's decision.

                                        It is equivalent to a scenario where in I purchase a pair of shoes for Rs. 5999/- from a mall and the next day the same outlet offers a free t-shirt on purchase above Rs. 5000/-. Now I cannot blame the outlet thinking they're cheaters right? They did not do it just because I purchased yesterday. It is purely my bad luck that I purchased from there a day before. Worst case, I never return products bought from a mall (unless defective). After all, they are more reliable.

                                        But hey, the best thing about online shopping is the 30 day return policy or cancellation policy. You may just return or cancel the product if you get to know that the price has gone down post purchasing.

                                        You can even refuse the order at the time of delivery if the same has been shipped.

                                        If the order with the higher value is on COD mode, place a pre-paid order and save money. Chuck the COD order.

                                        On the other hand, place a COD order if you have already paid for the order with the higher value. You will get the amount in cashback account anyways. Transfer it to your source account later or use it wisely. :)
