I had ordered a safari suitcase having Order ID # 1185755 [protected].
but the item was not delivered to me.

I called the delivery boy having mobile no. [protected] for three consecutive days (17 Oct, 18 Oct, 19 Oct) But every time I was told that he will deliver Suitcase next day. He was asking for OTP without delivering my goods. At last delivery boy refused to come to my given address and cancelled my order on 19 Oct 2021.

      I ordered several items from myntra and not able to return any of them. My myntra account was logged in to my phone and suddenly logged out as i have reset the password. upon several tries and several complaints, i am unable to access my account. the customer care says that my account is active and not blocked. I am recieveing OTP but none of them are getting validated neither my e-mail and password are working.

        I ordered 8 products from myntra out of which i received only 5, and after complaining my issue got closed and i got no refund. I have paid for products and haven't received 3 of them, the delivery agent didn't deliver these products.

          I ordered wrogn jeans on Myntra sale.it is still available in stock and can be delivered to my place, Myntra just gave me a mail telling we are unable to deliver your order, why did they put up some offers and cancel later as it was their wish they can do anything with thier customer order without their concern

            I had ordered a Kurta and a plazo from Myntra order ID : #118567113551411937001 from my contact number [protected] .

            I wanted to return to them and get the refund since the quality wasn't good. Initially they took the product but said it didn't pass the quality check, in fact I have taken pictures of the packet and gave the product as it was delivered to me. Still they rejected and later re-shipped it to me back. I called them and they said they have granted my complaint and this time they guarantee that the product will be picked up and the credit of 1069/- will be made to me in my Myntra wallet.

            It's been a week I'm calling them for this issue and every time I call them for this, they only tell me it will take few days to process. But on their app it is still showing return rejected, neither they come to pick up the product nor they are refunding my money.

                I order 2 item 1 is sunscream and another 1 is body lotion but I received only sunscream and not received body lotion and I paid the amount of both of that.. So in this situation what should I don't and how will I get my body lotion as soon as possible.. Kindly help me out please

                  I have ordered 2 items but received only one item in the package.
                  I have been following up with the Myntra but they are very irresponsible and closing the 3-4 tickets raised on this issue. Even i called the customer care more than 10 times but they always ask to wait for 24hrs n close the ticket

                    My name is rikky Negi. I ordered 7 items from Myntra on September which we’re supposed to deliver by 15 October. There is continuous in delay in the items, I sent mail to the Myntra team regarding the issue to cancel all my orders and refund my money because I won’t be staying at this location for a long time. I stated my issue to them 3 times but they didn’t I ddnt get the satisfactory response. I again sent them the mail regarding the same issue but they did not respond. Nor I am able to connect their customer care team via call. Over the first two mails they are replied me with the same to cancel my order from my end but I am able to do that, there is no such option at this moment which I already stated in the mail. I need my amount back as soon as possible so that I can place those items from other websites. And same thing happened with my husband he was suppose to get his item by 9 October which he did not get yet and the Myntra team didn’t intimate regarding the issue.

                      I had raised a return request on myntra on two of the dresses that I had purchased from them . On Oct 18th at around 12.40pm, I received a call from the delivery guy asking me to return 2 products. I went ahead, I confirmed yet again if he is the one picking both the products and gave the product to the delivery guy. In the evening I received an SMS and mail from Myntra saying that the return request has been cancelled since I was unavailable, whereas I have actually returned the products. A status for one of the product shows that return has been cancelled, return and exchange options are available again. For the other product the status says out for pickup. I enquired with Myntra, they ask me the return acknowledgement, which generally the delivery guys doesn't give. I have been cheated and my money has been lost. These people prove yet again that the trusting people is a crime now a days.

                          I have ordered Tommy Hilfiger watch &allen solly bag from Myntra . I received the parcel on 5 october 2021. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got 1 product inside the package and tommy hilfiger watch was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive and I was assured for proper redressal in 3 days. 3 days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have taken photo as a proof of the parcel and also have an eye witness delivery agent.

                          I want either missing item to be delivered or refund for the Product amount..

                          If i don not get my product or refund I will sue Myntra till consumer court

                            We have booked a product by mobile number ([protected]). after that we received wrong product. I think you seller is blind and he pickup a product and send me. When we placed it for exchange then your delivery person are came and said we can not pickup this product. First you take approval from customer care then we return it. I don't kwon why he is came if he not take return. Now you are joking with your customers. you are doing very cheep behaviour with customer. I think my decision was wrong, we booked product with you.

                              Details –

                              During Myntra Sale period I ordered Safari Grey 56 cm Trolley Suitcase along with some other articles.
                              It is showing delivered to me on 10th October but in reality it was never delivered.
                              I raised a dispute with Myntra and raised a complain with Myntra IN[protected] which was forced closed saying the order is delivered according to them.
                              I insisted for details of person who has accepted on my behalf which was denied.
                              Apparently, an OTP is required to be authenticated, which was never received on my mobile.
                              This customer care professional named Robert was so dumb kept me on hold multiple times and finally refused to be of any help.

                                I ordered a piece of clothing from Myntra. When I opened package, I got only 2 torn plastics inside, nothing else was there. When I raised a complaint about this, they took 6 days and then declined my claim stating that as per Myntra, they have sent the product. Now, I’m frustrated, as I’m getting no resolution to this. When I call myntra and ask them to transfer call to their supervisor, all they do is arrange a call back and I get no callback. This is extremely frustrating and poor customer service. I need resolution on a priority.

                                  I have ordered 5 clothes and instead of thar I received one foot wear and when contacted to customer care they are not refunded me amount and not giving proper service and same thing happened second time I ordered 4 items and I received only 3. Such worst experience with Myntra.

                                      I placed my order on 7th October 2021 and paid through Paytm. Rs 1019 was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get placed and Myntra is denying the fact that transaction was successful. What kind if loot is going on Myntra?

                                        I had placed and return request for 2 items which came from same seller. since the seller for both the items are same so it was packed back in the same way.
                                        Seller is Ferocraft E-Retail.
                                        I had ordered Ferosh Hair bin and necklace. Both came in same box. So since it was not good I returned back and picked up by ECart logistics. Both the items were returned in the same box only. But Myntra told one item is not received back or lost in the transmission. They did not refund me 399 of Ferosh hair pin. For Myntra it’s a small amount but customer like me got cheated. If they earn 399 from many customers they earn lacks easily.
                                        Please take action on them. They made me wait so long and later didn’t reply at all.
                                        Attaching the pick up details and also my email I sent to Myntra after many follow ups.
