Hi I'm Siddhayasree Mukherjee from Chandannagar.. today I received a message from Myntra that my orders were out for delivery but when the delivery boy came to me he didn't find my 2nd order, so I received the one order...now what should I do???

    I ordered a Red tape boot on Myntra but after 13 days they delivered a laddie Ballerinas, I have raised multiple requests to return it but I don’t know why they haven’t verified yet.

    Amount for ordered product was 2249/-
    Received wrong product for Rs600/-

    Wrong product is not useful for me at all.

    3rd image is the original product I ordered.

    It is really painful and frustrating, please help to either get the original product delivered or get my money refunded plz🙏

    I feel helpless because we don’t have any escalation matrix for this and I am not sure if I will get my product or money back.

      The same thing happened with me i had ordered 1 product in a sale and after few days when it is supposed to diliver i am getting "Cancelled:Due to an internal issue, we had to cancel your Item"
      This is highly unethical of the myntra team. If you dnt want customer to buy stuff when it is a sale or at low price then stop giving adds saying "its a sale".
      I am very disappointed in the app

          Order description: House of Pataudi heel

          I had ordered heels for my wedding due to covid situation from myntra. It arrived early. I tried out but due to fitting issues and heel height i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed and I checked the status of refund saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
          I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "product strain dirty". But I checked it by the delivery boy he said it is in good condition. Now why the hell would i do that? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

            I ordered braided block heels. It didn't fit me so I want too return it. I kept return request bt my request kept on hold. I want to return it. I didn't fit me.. It is totally wastage of money. When I received this packet. Packet was unsealed. What should I do.. It is totally wastage of my money.. I want to return it and want to refund. Plz solve

                I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and received it yesterday, i didn't even wear the those shoes as i didn't like the colour and immediately asked applied for a exchange, and today when i was about to get the exchange the delivery boy refused to take as he thought it was damaged, but here i didnt even use to product then how can it be damaged from my end, now he has put the entire process on hold. It is so inconvenient that this is the 2nd time I am facing such issues with myntra. My concern is I cannot wait till 12th Oct 2021, as i have to attend a party tomorrow so i want the product exchanged by today or tomorrow itself, because the mistake is not from my side, for no reason this inconvenience is created. Please look into it ASAP as I want to by today or tomorrow.

                  On the scheduled day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery guy that he is coming to deliver. I asked him to drop my parcel at my college gate. Later on, when I went to collect it, my parcel was not there. I searched everywhere and all possible locations but in vain. All the parcels of all the other students come there how come only my parcel is missing? I tried to contact the delivery guy but my pin expired and thus could not reach out to him. Hence I contacted Myntra customer care and raised the issue. They took 2 days and closed my complaint saying that the delivery was done from their end. I asked for proof - the delivery guy's name and his contact number, at what time it was delivered, etc. Myntra did not provide me anything and said as proof they have my voice recording when the delivery guy called. I mean what kind of proof is that? The guy called me saying he is going to arrive at my location and does not prove the fact that he actually delivered the parcel!! I repeatedly contacted Myntra for the same issue but in vain. I came to know about a few other e-commerce sites that refund the money on the loss of a parcel but Myntra even did not bother to process my complaint further.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought Apple airpods from Myntra on 3 oct 2021 .
                    Product has been delivered and when i rechecked it from apple support they confiremd that product warrntty has already been expired one year ago .also the serial number in product and box is different .
                    i compared it with other apple airpods and in this product, it has been written has assembled in japan whereas in orginial apple airpods it has been written as " assembled in vitenam " this has been also confirmed by apple support .
                    i have been delivered a old/used product which has apple support one year warnnty already expired .

                    It occurred on: 3/10/2021

                    i want myntra to take this fake/used proudct and retun my money to solve this .
                    i am very much frustrtaed now by chasing them every day and no one is supporting there .

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      I ordered a Lime green solid A line dress, size M from this brand called Dressberry (order Id: #1185077 [protected]). upon arrival, I quite didn't like the quality and immediately requested for a return. I received the product on 4th October. The delivery boy arrived on 5th morning and thoroughly checked if the tags were intact and if there were any damages. Once checked (PROPERLY), he collected the item. ON 5th October, I received a message from Myntra saying that the return request has been rejected due to quality Issues.Like seriously? To my good luck, I had taken pictures before handing over the product to the delivery boy. The tag was intact and luckily, I had not even tried the outfit. So how on Earth was their a "quality issue?" Either I was sent a product that was already used or stained and I quite didn't realise. But the quality of the cloth truly sucked. Raised a complaint with the customer care but of no use. They are reshipping the product back to me. Is there a way I can go about claiming my refund?

                      Neither did they e-mail or call addressing my concerns. The only message and mail I received was claiming that return was rejected as it failed the quality check on 6th morning. I had called them up on 6th morning itself on their cc number +918061561999 which got connected after the 4th attempt, but due to network hassle, I then received a call back from +918068643616. The executive was polite to talk to, but he couldn't answer why on earth despite not wearing the outfit or even the delivery boy conducting the thorough check, the product got rejected? I was put on hold several times only to hear the product will be reshipped. So disappointed.

                      And this is how they have reshipped it back. So disappointed with Myntra man. I have been a loyal customer for so many years, and this is just bad. All I want is my refund.The area covered in red, is my address.

                        Myntra have sent me a fake product which does not contains any tags or bill when they delivered it.

                        When I am trying to exchange or return they are refusing.

                          Social Media is your ultimate weapon. Having said that, the screenshots would not help you at all. Myntra policy states that, the offers and discounts on the app change from time to time based on the Brand's decision.

                          It is equivalent to a scenario where in I purchase a pair of shoes for Rs. 5999/- from a mall and the next day the same outlet offers a free t-shirt on purchase above Rs. 5000/-. Now I cannot blame the outlet thinking they're cheaters right? They did not do it just because I purchased yesterday. It is purely my bad luck that I purchased from there a day before. Worst case, I never return products bought from a mall (unless defective). After all, they are more reliable.

                          But hey, the best thing about online shopping is the 30 day return policy or cancellation policy. You may just return or cancel the product if you get to know that the price has gone down post purchasing.

                          You can even refuse the order at the time of delivery if the same has been shipped.

                          If the order with the higher value is on COD mode, place a pre-paid order and save money. Chuck the COD order.

                          On the other hand, place a COD order if you have already paid for the order with the higher value. You will get the amount in cashback account anyways. Transfer it to your source account later or use it wisely. :)

                                I recieved a defective pair of shoes and for the last 10 days I have been trying to return them but for no reason at all they keep rejecting my return request on the very last date of expected pickup.
                                The shoes I recieved were of the same leg and of different size one of 9 and the other of 10. There was dirt on both of them indicting that they were used.
                                I have created 5 return request until now but no has come for the pickup. Every time I recieve a message that my pickup is scheduled today, but no one contacted me and no one came for the pickup. The same thing has happened 5 times. Yesterday again I have created a return request and the new issue number is IN[protected]
                                Kindly help me please!

                                  Suddenly I am not able to login to my account and getting an update as account does not exists. When I raised a complaint they are saying account has been terminated. But without any reason or evidence how they can update that account is terminated. This is simply a fraud to cover up some big issues happening with our account. I have been a regular customer to Myntra and had gathered certain points and was an elite customer. Its not acceptable that they simply terminate our account without any reason.

                                      I placed an order on myntra on 13th of Sep for which the amount was debited but the order was not placed, when i enquired about the issue they denied to receive the payment. They asked me to seek help from bank which i have already done and the amount is being transferred so why is Myntra not refunding my money.

                                        Myntra has come up with discount offers on "Big Fashion Festival" 03-10 Oct 2021, stating 10% instant discount on payments done through ICICI Bank Credit Card.
                                        Looking at the offer, I selected multiple products and made purchases through ICICI Bank Credit Card on the Myntra mobile application on 05 Oct 2021.

                                        However, On completion of the payment I was not offered the 10% instant discount that the site has claimed through its advertisement.
                                        On inquiring about the same from Myntra's customer Care service, I was told that the card which i used to make payment is not eligible for the discount.

                                        It is pertinent to mention that the Myntra app has not shown any disclaimer about any specific type of ICICI Bank Credit Cards which are not eligible for the said discount. It simply shows that discount available for ICICI Credit and Debit Card payment
                                        The Customer Care executive failed to address my query on why the site has not mentioned the details of the cards not eligible on the company's mobile app.

                                        This kind of activity clearly states the fraudulent marketing gimmicks that the online fashion apps like Myntra are employing and are thus fooling the customers.

                                        I feel cheated as I was tricked to buy more from Myntra app. It is a mental trauma to find out why such discrepancy has happened and to resolve the issue.

                                        It request that strict and severe actions should be taken against the company as they are fooling the customers by showing fraudulent offers and they should be heavily penalised for such crookery.
                                        I also appeal the company to compensate for the offer they have published and an apology for putting me through all this suffering.
