I ordered a Lime green solid A line dress, size M from this brand called Dressberry (order Id: #1185077 [protected]). upon arrival, I quite didn't like the quality and immediately requested for a return. I received the product on 4th October. The delivery boy arrived on 5th morning and thoroughly checked if the tags were intact and if there were any damages. Once checked (PROPERLY), he collected the item. ON 5th October, I received a message from Myntra saying that the return request has been rejected due to quality Issues.Like seriously? To my good luck, I had taken pictures before handing over the product to the delivery boy. The tag was intact and luckily, I had not even tried the outfit. So how on Earth was their a "quality issue?" Either I was sent a product that was already used or stained and I quite didn't realise. But the quality of the cloth truly sucked. Raised a complaint with the customer care but of no use. They are reshipping the product back to me. Is there a way I can go about claiming my refund?

Complaint marked as Resolved Neither did they e-mail or call addressing my concerns. The only message and mail I received was claiming that return was rejected as it failed the quality check on 6th morning.
I had called them up on 6th morning itself on their cc number +918061561999 which got connected after the 4th attempt, but due to network hassle, I then received a call back from +918068643616. The executive was polite to talk to, but he couldn't answer why on earth despite not wearing the outfit or even the delivery boy conducting the thorough check, the product got rejected? I was put on hold several times only to hear the product will be reshipped. So disappointed.
