I had purchased 3 products on myntra on 1st Nov 2021.
My amount was deducted but order was not placed as there was some network issue at payment gateway.
I called Myntra they said amount would be reached within 2-3 business working days.
I waited and then again called back to Myntra they said again same thing pls connect with the bank and check plus Myntra team is saying they have received the amount aswell but check with bank for refund
.

Now it’s been a week and still I am struggling with Myntra and pathetic service they are providing to customers.
No assistance no help.
Logical thing
If amount has been received by Myntra then give me my order or refund on my Myntra cash. Why will bank give me amount if bank knows amount is received by Myntra.

Bank would have given me the amount only if it was not received by Myntra
Pls help me I am not getting Any help

    Received box without watch, after raising complain they simply denied to accept close the complain. Loose almost 13000 bucks. Very pathetic customer support and resolution

      I purchased a readymade shirt fro Myntra, I am supposed to get the item delivered on 02 Nov 2021 but till date I didn't get the delivery. I recently came to know that they were saying that the item was already delivered, whereas I didn't receive till date. And more over the customer service is also not giving positive response, they were saying that the item is delivered and we don't have more information.

      I really never expect such type of reply from customer service.

        I have ordered a women's jacket in Myntra and the product got delivered on[protected], thursday and I placed the return of the product on the next day i.e.,[protected], as the quality of the product delivered is very cheap for Rs 1934 that I paid on it.
        The agent has picked up the product the very next day i.e., on[protected]. But I got the message from Myntra that they declined the return as it didn't pass the quality check.
        I am beyond shocked that I have requested return because the product delivered is of cheap quality and they have replied to me saying that the product didn't pass quality check. I have not even wear the jacket by seeing the cloth itself I placed return request with all the tags and also along with the package cover. I don't understand the reason they stated for declination of return stating it failed in quality check when I myself wanted to return the product because of quality issues.
        Never expected this from Myntra.
        And I have ordered 4 more products from Myntra without knowing their cheap tricks of looting people in these 3 days which costed me around Rs5000 and I donno in which condition those products will reach me and whether they are going to loot me more.
        I request you to consider my request and resolve my return and refund process of product in Myntra.

          I unable to login... Becoz due to some security reasons myntra has restricted my account... My some return refund are pending becoz of incompleted bank details... Account not exist showing

              Myntra nowadays are cheating their customers by charging more than MRP. When i asked them to refund me the extra money they charged, they said they won't. Rather asked me to go the through hassle self-ship the product.
              I told them that i don't want to return the product because there's no issue with it, i just want them to refund the extra money back. But they denied to.

                I have around 750rs credit in my Myntra account. But due to OTP issue which I am not receiving I am not able to place any order. I have been contacting and trying to resolve this issue for more than a month now but all I get is automated replies, with no one actually resolving the problem.

                I logged into the app today. And the open issue where the chats and my repeated requests and automated replies were there has all been removed. And the issue has not yet been resolved and no one contacted me or attempted to resolve the issue from Myntra. Please help!

                It's been a while since I posted a complain here now. Yet no attempt from Myntra to resolve the issue. Where or what legal action can I take to get this so-called e-commerce giant to be more responsible?

                  I ordered mascara which is not good quality I get itching on my eye lashes so I return product to change or refund my money they didn't refund money nor mascaras too it's a fraud application I m very disappointed 😠 please pay back my money

                    I have ordered shirts from myntra & same has been delivered to my home and then I have cancelled some shirts which is not picked by courier partner due to reason that location is not serviceable but one shirt has been picked by other courier partner from my home. I have requested myntra to change my courier partner but no action has been taken by myntra.

                      I brought this product couple of days ago, it wasn't showing into my order section of myntra app so I emailed and get one product ID and it was COD and get delivered but they delivered the wrong shoe size and now I want to exchange/ refund it how should i do ????

                        I purchased a mast and harbour shirt and order was out for delivery on 4 November 2021 . I tried to contact delivery agent many times but no picked the call then late evening I received a call from delivery agent stating he can't deliver product today he will deliver the product tomorrow. On 6 November the same thing happened again I didn't received any call from delivery agent and tried many times contacting the agent but no one received the call then a received a missed call in late evening from Myntra delivery agent. Pathetic service. Suffering a lot from Myntra

                          You guys are not geeting my issue. You closing my ticket again and again without finding the actual root cause. This issue is not releated to this Order ID # 118620641918135766203. On Sun, 17 Oct your delivery guy came to me to deliver my order whose number is "118620641918135766203" and the total of this order is Rs. 920. When that guy came to me initial he show me different user's order gpay scan code which had amount of Rs. 329 and I paid to him. When I cross verfiy that was not my order. After that he told me "Sorry sir mne kisi aur user ka app se pay krwa diya. Don't worry 24hrs me refund ho jyega". Again I have paid actual amout of my order which was Rs. 920. This is totally ridiculous you guys are not supporting to me. Please I request help me out in this.

                              I have ordered AHIKA women blue and pink floral printed A-line kurta and got delivered on 11th Oct along with I have ordered few more but due to size issue I had to return the product and I remember on or before 14th the product has been picked up also I don't have those messages either of delivery or the returns due to the multiple orders I have been deleting those but It didn't get updated on the app that my return has been picked up and I was out of station for few days hoping this would get updated and will be refunded but when I returned back I still would see the same thing and many messages for the pickup. Later I have raised a complaint and even called the customer care many times they would ask me the details and end up closing the ticket stating that product hasn't been received at their desk, I wanted to escalate that and no one was helping me out always they would mention the same thing and close the ticket. Everytime I call I will have to explain from the beginning they would open a ticket and close it. Its been a month now and no resolution has been provided they are not even providing the escalation number. I don't know where my product is now already I have returned it but it hasn't reached and it's not even with me.

                              As the customer care executives are not helping me in this regard and so I am writing this to you in a hope that I would get some resolution on this, earlier it was not about the refund but now yes I do worry about it thinking that what if I order the product of big amounts and it would also end up in same way if there is a issue. The customer care executives neither they are helping nor taking it forward when it is not in their hand but they would close the ticket when they know the product hasn't even reached their desk when I have returned it. This is so rediculious I have been wasting my time on this repeatedly doing the same things there is no proper channel for escalation. More of if I had to cheat I would have done it for all the products that I purchased and I would have had a repeated history of doing it since the time I started using Myntra and this is the first time I am facing this kind of issue.

                              Everytime I call customer care I have repeatedly mentioned that I don't have any messages on this and the executive will open a ticket and within 7-8 hours my ticket will get closed with the same update saying that there is no proof. If the resolution is that simple why do we need customer support even automation will also do the same job if there is proof issue will get resolved or else ticket will be closed. I was even said that supervisor will call I haven't received any call except one. There is no hope left out expecting the resolution. If I don't get any update on this I would like to hight it to consumers court.

                              Hoping I would get a reply on this!

                              Kindly provide solutions rather than closing the ticket this is not the ethics as when there is fault from your end need to investigate on that you have to provide the receipt for the return pickup not just the message atleast OTP should be provided how can a pickup agent cannot cheat, when his verbal statment are considered why not mine

                                Myntra is closing the return pickup with incorrect status as wrong address.

                                I have raised the complaint twice over past 2 weeks and no action has been made, twice i have been told that their supervisor will call back. the customer care just apologizes and says they cant do anything

                                  This is regarding Myntra Packet Number - [protected].

                                  I had ordered Raymond Men Beige Solid Single-Breasted Formal Suit (Rs 6145) but the seller scammed me and he sent me a Colorplus Tshirt worth Rs 1500.

                                  I then placed a return request in the Myntra app after which the return was approved (Return ID Number - [protected]).

                                  The return order was to be picked up on 4th November. The pickup guy came but he denied picking up the order since his manager didn't allow him to pick up the wrong product because, in their app, it was showing to pickup Raymond Suit and not Colorplus Tshirt.

                                  The pickup guy's attitude was so rude. I asked him to give the number of his manager but he said that he cannot share his number. He just threw away the package and said "Jaake Myntra Support mein baat karo na" in a very rude manner.

                                  He again came on 5th November but he again denied to pick up the wrong product.

                                  He asked me to contact Myntra Customer Support and ask Customer Support to send an email to Kota Myntra Office asking them to pick up the order.

                                  I don't expect this kind of experience from Myntra. This was my first Myntra order and the experience turned into a nightmare.

                                  If I don't receive my refund with the next 7 days, I shall file a legal complaint in the Consumer Court.

                                    I have raised concerns in Myntra..but without resolving issue the are closing..pickup agent has picked up the product but Myntra is saying we have not received the product when I raise the concern they are asking for delivery agent mobile number, name receipt which is given on puckep..I have been shopping on Myntra from past 5 years I never got delivery agent name and never received a receipt when I returned the products..they should have tracking for every who delivered and who picked up items..they are asking customers to share those details which is not possible..even mobile number also not possible as I got call as company call which I couldn't call back ..this isuue is closed without any investigation IN[protected]

                                      Dear Concern
                                      order was booked as prepaid Order ID # 1185592 [protected] & Myntra sent as COD and 1233/- charged by delivery boy by the receiver.
                                      Had co-ordinating from last 9 days and now they are denying for refund.
                                      Please look into and resolve ASAP....

                                      Of Late, Myntra is delivering items to Customers without price tags. Myntra doesn't have quality checks with Sellers, they are accepting items with out items tags and delivering the sub-standard products to customers.
                                      For examples: Return IDs [protected], [protected], [protected]. Exchange ID:[protected]-2497801
                                      All these items when delivered, there was no price tag. Also, the quality is bad in few. It seems the sellers are getting rid of the old stocks.

                                      The problem arises when these are put for exchange or return, the return pickup person denies the pick up because there is no price tag, even though all other things are present, the brand name, brand box etc.

                                      This is not making sense. Myntra is delivering items without price tags, customers are accepting them. While Myntra is not picking up the same for exchange, returns.

                                      Moreover, the genuineness of products by Myntra is in doubt when they are delivering products without price tags. This is unacceptable.
                                      While accepting the delivery, shall customers check and take the delivery only when there is a price tag? Then introduce such measures to help customers.
