On 24th oct i got a package of worth 1410/- from myntra. It was a cod payment, i tried paying through google pay but it didn’t work at that time so the delivery guy told me to pay to delivery service account and it didn’t work there too! So i paid from another account. But afterwards the two failed payments also got paid. I want those two payment back. Please refund my money back.

    Late Delivery of 3 weeks and no Refund

    I am very disappointed by Service of Myntra in last few months and their call center team members.

    I have placed an order dated: and for which I was supposed to receive the Order on 24th October, 2021. Now the fresh Arrival time is 06.11.2021.

    My 1st Question to Myntra is which Shopping App delivers the product in 18-20 days when the actual delivery time is just 4-5 days. I am a legal advocate and as per your...

    I am writing this mail to you with the deepest dissatisfaction with a purchase of a smartwatch on Myntra app.

    I had ordered a French Connection smartwatch on your app and I received the watch without a charger. On raising a request to your call centre, they said they'll take 72 hours to resolve me query. After 72 hours also there was no call back or message intimation. I called the customer care again and they said they need 24 hours more and I'll be updated automatically through the app. Unfortunately that didn't happen as well. Same thing went on for 5-6 times with your customer care team and finally at the end what came was a disastrous shock to me. They now say that the order was "fully delivered from our end". What does this mean ? I had bought this watch for my wife as she was going for a vacation, and now she's also back from the vacation and the watch is just sitting idle in the box as we cannot use it since day 1. All we've asked is to get the charger cable to us, or replace the same one with another piece. It is seriously disappointing to get this service from Myntra as we have been shopping with you since years and we have never received such a pathetic service.

    If you're trying to tell me that I'm lying to you about a mere charging cable then it is not going to be good on your end. The cable could be missed out from the company itself, could be many more reasons, but not resolving the problem is way too bad. If this was with Amazon, I would've got the same watch cable in 2 days. It is really disappointing to receive this feedback and force me to reach out to you. Your team says they have 'investigated' and come to a conclusion that my claim is rejected.

    Request your intervention and resolve this for me as paying 4500 for a watch and not being able to use it for almost a month is not acceptable. I have mentioned my account details below -

            Hi, I am writing this after conversing with Myntra customer support and wasn't able to get my issue resolved since they didn't even care to resolve it.

            I ordered an item (Men's apparel) from Myntra and received a used product. The product was not inside any plastic sack and it had lot of dirt when it was received. So I initiated a return on Myntra and the return was rejected due to quality check i.e., rejected because of the dirt on the product. When I checked with customer support they told it's not their fault, but when I asked how do you resolve the issue where the product is damaged during the shipping then the representative who I was speaking to didn't answer that question and kept saying it's not their fault. I even requested to transfer my call to a supervisor/manager but customer support representative denied my request. This whole experience is so annoying to me and very dissatisfying.

            I would greatly appreciate if Myntra can look into this issue.

              Both items were picked up on 5oct. Delivery boy made a mistake that day he
              didn't updated to parcel picked up after picking up both products...I
              didn't got any message like pickup successful or refund intiated, he is also
              not answering any call...I think because of him Myntra didn't issued my
              refund.

              Pickup date and time - 5oct, 2pm
              This(see pic) is message I received when I scheduled my pickup but after
              pick up I didn't received the message of pickup successful.

              Also I want to ask two things first as uh can see in the photo I got only
              pickup message of h&m tshirt...why I didn't got pickup message for
              joggers...and second thing I want to ask is why delivery boy took both
              the parcels away.
              Lastly I want to say that this is unacceptable I want my refund as soon as
              possible, thank you.

                I had created Return ID [protected] for Flying Machine Navy blue sweatshirt on 1st October 2.10 pm .The order Id was # 1183614 [protected] . The Delivery Agent arrived at 3.30 pm 2nd October & gave his name Sumit Thakur and was using Phone Number [protected], he said his DP ID was13867.
                Extra products picked up in the same parcel had Return IDs [protected] & [protected]. Upon asking pick up receipt the agent behaved rudely and misbehaved with me. He even threatened me with offensives.He then left in a hurry. I have till now not received any refund or the product itself . Upon raising query with Myntra my query is not being resolved.
                I further complained about the same to Return Pick Office Ecomex Manali and on October 19 I received call from their Supervisor Praveen Kumar with Mobile Number [protected] that they have found my product in their office which has been lying their because of Sumit Thakur. I have recorded all conversations with him where he has admitted and acknowledged that his boss sent a mail to Myntra about the same but they have denied return because date period has elapsed.
                What is my fault in it if Myntra Pick Agent willingly tried o steal my product and got caught?..I returned the product within return period and I have neither received my product nor refund to date.The Product is with Myntra and it is harassing me for their own mistake and blantantly lying that the product is not with them.

                  I had placed an order on 21st October, 2021 with Myntra. An amount of Rs 2447 has been debited from my account to Myntra Desings Pvt LTd. However, order status is not shown with all the items still remaining in the cart. Tried contacting them several times, automated messages alone wouldn't help resolve the issue since these problems should be addressed directly with the customer care executive.

                    I ordered a jacket from myntra.com on 20th October.

                    Which initially was going to be delivered on 28th of October.
                    On 23rd October I received message from myntra that my product is delivered. But it was not delivered. There was no one in the house to collect it. I want refund. The jacket was H&M of Rs. 799/- . This is my worst experience of myntra.com.

                      Hello Myntra
                      I am not able to access my myntra account.
                      Whenever I am trying to open it is says as account does not exist.
                      I have called the support team many time and so many emails but until so far I have not received any help.
                      My account has been suspended without any information.
                      Please help.

                        Suddenly Stopped delivering on my pincode.

                        Myntra suddenly stopped delivering on my pincode 193221 from two days. I have received around 7 orders from myntra on this pincode in last two months
                        When I called the myntra customer service they told to me change my location. But when I asked for the reason for suddenly stopping your services in my location they don't told me any reason about that and cut the call....

                        Kindly look into the matter carefully and help me in getting my money back.its already being so long nearly 25 days have already gone..Its your duty to build trust of customers..I ordered u.s polo olive green shirt from Myntra and cancelled it due to price issues but the refund is not received till now...the amount of product ordered was Rs.919 . All this chaos make me feel so dissappointed that I have to think twice in future before shopping from myntra if I won't get my refund back.

                          Pincode - Delivery not available

                          I ordered shoes from Myntra. I recieved yesterday, But it's not exact fit. So I am trying to exchange shoes. I tried more than 10 different company's shoes.
                          But every time it is showing "Item is not deliverable at selected pincode"

                          I am not able to login to my recent account.. despite calling Myntra costomer care around 8-9 times.. my problem is not resolved. Everytime they just tell me to wait for 24-48 hrs and after that also I don't get any revert. It's been 1 month and they can't resolve my issue

                            I need to complain against delivery agent. I recieved a wrong parcel from myntra, so made a return. For that matter I got approval from myntra customer care, if they approved my return, how dare delivery agent to reject my return. He took return with him, and then rejected my return continuously 3 days, and when i call delivery agent, he is not picking my calls. Need to complain such disturbing behaviour again delivery agent.

                              I have ordered puma shoes on 3 oct 21 at ₹2099 and the date of delivery was 13 oct 21
                              But they delayed the product and when I asked for the package they cancelled without asking me and initiated the refund on 19 oct 21 and now they are not giving the shoes at previous rate and asking me to buy at higher rate

                                I have placed order for 5 clovia night suits of Order ID # 1184907 [protected].
                                But I received 1 clovia inner wear instead of 5 clovia night suits, contacted customer care on 6th oct. So Myntra customer care suggested to return the wrong product so that I will get refund for 1 clovia night suit and they will get back to me with an update for remaining 4 undelivered products.
                                But till now there is no update and there is no proper response from customer service.

                                  Myntra has suspended my account stating no reason, upon multiple calls they say that I have raised this request with no proofs at their end. I have around 3.5 k credits in my Myntra wallet. They are running a scam of duping people money. I need to raise this and take legal action as required

                                  The customer team are passing numbers to fraudsters, I recieved a call from a person from the following number [protected] names Rahul Kumar Gupta, claimed to be Myntra case manager, he asked me to download anydesk app etc.
