Hi Team,

I purchased mitera saree black ready to wear from myntra with order number[protected]-0968803 worth 1478 Rs. It was delivered to me on 16th july 2021. We checked it looked old piece and we raised return request same day. Next day delivert agent pickedup and verified all tags and saree. But now they have rejected our return and telling will reship product to us. This is incorrect as we have return the saree in condition in which we received. Please help to get refund back.

    I am received a defective product of boAt. I need invoice to claim warranty.
    They didn't sent me the link to my Email id while delivered so that i can download the invoice. I called to myntra customer care. They said it wiil be sent to you within 24 hours.i had waited fo 24 hours the didn't sent.
    That Iam waited for 1 week they didn't sent me the invoice 😡😡😡
    I need a solution to resolve this
    Because i had to claim warranty to my product. Please take action against myntra.

      Pathetic Customer Service of Myntra.
      I have ordered a "Recoverz Boat 235 V2" on 9th June from Myntra. After one month, this device is not working properly. Return time period is over, so i have asked them to please suggest the way forward. In first attempt, they have provided me the wrong email id of the Boat support.
      Then after multiple attempts to connect their customer, i am able to get that website. While registering the complaint there, i came to know that without Invoice, i will not be able to register a complaint there.
      From last three days, i am requesting them via call or written complaint to provide me the INvoice details. Yesterday, i had words with Mr. Surinder (Customer care executive) that i will receive my Invoice within 24 Hours on my registered email id. Now the complaint is closed with status of closed but i have not yet received my invoice. How do i get my invoice.

          On july 15th during my parcel delivery the delivery partener arrived my home and asked whether I should pay online or cash. I asked him that I will pay online then he showed me a QR code and then he asked me to scan this and when I scanned it the amount didn’t appeared on the screen so I asked him the amount and added it but when I completed the transaction he said he didn’t received the amount and warned me to not to add amount by myself and then he denied me giving my parcel and asked me to do the payment again so I did the payment but this time it was received by him and I asked him to repay my first amount but he denied he said send these two screenshots to myntra and ask them to refund your first amount so when I came back I emailed myntra both of my transactions with full proof details and transactions ids but myntra replied that they did not receive any extra amount. Means the delivery partener first showed me the wrong QR code or it was his bank in which first amount was transferred. I am attaching both screenshots of payment Rs 1112 and ask consumer forum to refund my Rs 1112 from myntra

            Its been a long time didn't receive any update regarding my return request.
            As I received one suit from ksut brand in which Dupatta was missing in the product and already registered complaints they always ask for more time none o[censored]pdates till now even no support from customer care department they just keep us on hold and disconnect the call...

              I had ordered a pair of Nike slippers from Myntra. Received them on July 12th and since the size was big, return them within 5 mins of receiving the parcel. The product was picked up within 2 hours same day. Next day they rejected my return request saying that the slippers had a stain on them and that they would reship it to me. I received the product again on 16th July, and the product reshipped is completely different with an actual stain on it. This is so absurd since the stain was not on it the first time I received the product. I want my money back. They are pinning a defective used product on me.

                I had ordered a pair of slippers from Myntra and I tried only one of them for size.
                They had sent me the wrong size so I placed a return request immediately.
                Now they’re saying quality check failed
                How is it even possible for the quality check to fail when I even returned with the box and tags?

                  I have not received my product till yet but myntra updated delivered yesterday 9.45pm on 15th july why?
                  I have called delivery person so many time but he had not received calls even i have raised issue on myntra side from there they updated Resolved, how this can be possible if customer not received his product? How myntra can updated this and even if you people give customer care no or else executive no pn website no useful bec both no are unavailable.
                  This is ridiculous!

                    I have purchased a product of biba kurta, it’s was going to delivered yesterday’s but fortunately it’s haven’t delivered. 14th July 2021 a notification arrived that product has been delivered. I haven’t got any product.
                    Can’t contact Myntra customer call it’s all telephonic & peeping machine.

                        Firstly myntra send me used product then i have request for exchange, at the time of exchange agent said that i want pre approval for this item. And he marked that damage/used product.(damaged from side)
                        They send me used product and after they are denied to accept.

                              I recieved my order of Sassafars jeans on 10th of July. I immediately place the order for exchange with the another pair, on 15th July delievery boy came for exchange and put the product on hold as it was not matching with the original image of the product. I tried to call customer casre of myntra but there is no reply from there side what should I do with the product now. Myntra should refund the price or else change the wrong product and give the right one.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have ordered two products form myntra, During Offer END OF REASON SALE July 2nd 2021, However i got message Stating that orders was confirmed from seller and later got SMS saying that Shipped nearest hub, Delivery date was given on 8th july, i have not received my orders on promise date, i have complained via Myntra APP, they said they are working on it, will send you like that, i have waited almost 6days, no update then i call customer care i informed same they said no worries sir we will cancel present orders then we will re-order with the same price wait till 48hrs, the next day i called and asked to re- place they agent was telling we don't have option to do, like that, i am really feeling very sad about this, please check my call recording made on 14 th july, there no point placing orders during offers time, for this offer i have waited 1year again i need to wait another one year, this very bad from my side there is no problem, everything happen from myntra, now they are not helping all giving wrong information during Calls, pls do the needful ASAP.

                                        I have recieved half of my ordered cloths. I had ordered for two men lounge pants and recieved only one in my parcel. I had posted complaint on the app but it is marked as resolved. Amount of total order was deducted by recieved only 1.
