I ordered a Highlander blue jeans which cost of 480rs i got the damaged product in app i can't even placed a return and refund i not even used the product when the product us arrived with one hour i placed return now i can't even placed return and return please help me

I ordered mast and harbour's brand shirt but fourline brand shirt has been delivered item, . I am trying to return the product but it's can't be successful. I have the video proof of your fraud and scam. Why you delivered wrong product and why this not returning.

I had ordered a jack and jones shirt where I received a tshirt of the same brand. I had immediately called to the delivery boy and told that i had received a wrong product but he told that we cannot do anything. Its upto myntra that they willl provide approval after that we can take your product back. As myntra is a huge brand still they are doing fraud like this.

I was ordering some stuff over MYNTRA and chose FLIPKART PAY LATER as a method of payment. The order didn't get placed still amount billed. I was told to wait for 48hrs as the amount will be returned in a Maximum of 48 hrs but it didn't. Kindly reverse the amount of Rs1041 for the same.

While I confirmed this order the product amont is rs 901.43 /- only. But at the time of delivery I have to pay rs 990/- because you have wrongly printed the amount on the top of the product. So I returned the product but now you have refunded only rs 901.43/- but I have paid 88.57/-rs extra. I want that amount back. I paid 990/- rs as my cash not as any myntra cash . But now they are claiming to refund it as myntra cash.

I had shopped on Myntra during the ongoing 03-08 July 2021 Sale. The order amount was ₹2449 paid using Payzapp wallet. I had to return one of the items worth ₹845 i.e. Quechua by Decathlon. The return was approved for Refund after clearing the Quality Check by Myntra.

On the Myntra app the refund status is shown as "Added to wallet", "Credited instantly". Also it says contact bank with reference number.
There is no reference number, neither any transaction ID related to the Refund. Only thing I have is Myntra's words.

I have attached my Payzapp wallet complete transaction history (also shows balance of ₹1 in my wallet).

I had not received the refund. I tried contacting Myntra call support. I was told due to technical issues, they would not be able to help me with the Refund issue and I should try calling again. As I tried calling again, Myntra support said another call request could not be lodged as the previous one was pending.

I went on to chat support and provided all the information regarding a possible fraud as the same had already happened with one of my friends. The chat support closed my query after 48 hours without even replying a single word and I received a text message saying my query has been resolved.

I tried calling Myntra again today and successfully registered another complaint as the previous query was closed from their side. Now the deadline set by Myntra to resolve the issue is 19th July.

I have attached all the screenshots to my claims.

I feel now the avenues left are reaching out to everyone in the reddit/quora/consumercomplaints.in community. So much of my time and energy has been wasted in the process.

I also feel like suing and starting legal proceedings against Myntra to get to the core of of the "Refund Fraud".

Order id: 1176134 [protected] ordered Mini club shirt and blazer for kid pack, got only blazer shirt is missing when raised return/exchange request for the same company denied telling products are missing.

I have orderd a puma jogger it arrived on time but it was oversized so i requested for return and i am damn sure that I've not misplaced any tags including tags. When the delivery guy picked it up without giving any receipt and then he called me and told me that my return request has got failed. During this I've got the message that my return request has been put on hold and then message came that request has cancelled due to missing tags....

Sir, We booked a shoes on 25/6/2021 my payment was debited 2 times and as per your policy its more than 10 days my amount is not refunded.

Rs.2998/- (1499 1 time & 1499 2nd time )

Kindly address the issue Asap.

An amount of Rs 2737 was paid towards the order placed on 6th July 2021 at 14.55 hrs. (Axis debit card). But the order bag is not displaying the placed order. Uncordial response from toll free number at 11.25 am of 07/07/21 when contacted

I made a payment of the amount Rs 9197 to Myntra on the 2nd of July using google pay. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. My money is stuck due to the failed transaction but the amount has not been credited back to my account.

I have contacted myntra customer care but they are not helping.

I have puchased "Zaveri Pearls
Set of 4 Rose Gold-Toned Bobby Pins" item from myntra.com (online shopping in covid scenario) but as per the myntra policy if product is not satisfactory then return can be possible Therefore, I schedule return for the same and ask for the money /refund in my myntra wallet. Myntra Guy came and collected the item but still i am waiting for the refund which is very upsetting.

I am regular customer of myntra and this experience is very disappointing to me as I had paid for the product which is already returned.

Order amount deducted but order not received

Payment was maid through google pay and amount was deducted but the order did not show in the order section.

On contacting to the customer service center they said the payment is not received on there end because of some gateway issues and they will respond in 2 days what to do?

I don't know how long i have to wait to get my refund.

I have bought a Tommy Hilfiger T shirt worth Rs. 2999 from Myntra which was delivered on June 26th 2021. The order I'd being - Order ID # 117635166986389797803. On the very same day since the size was small I raised a request for XXL size within 20 mins. The exchange person came on 27th June 2021 and refused to take the product stating that it smells of perfume, which was a lie. The t shirt was never worn and is in excellent condition. He started arguing saying that he had to pay Rs. 4500 in the past for an exchange request and thus cannot take risk with this tshirt as it is expensive. Since then everyday I am trying to connect with Myntra they just close my issue stating that it is resolved without actually helping. Now since past 4 days they have not even accepted my call back request. This is horrible service from their end and such a ride delivery partner.

Please help me get my tshirt exchanged or returned. Please.

Dear team,

I had bought a Tommy Hilfiger T shirt worth ₹2999 from Myntra and the same was delivered on 26th June 2021. Order ID # 1176351 [protected]. It was one size small. I created an exchange request within half hour on the same day for an XXL size. It was not used, not worn, and in excellent condition. The delivery partner came to collect the product on 27th June 2021 and refused to take the product stating that it smells of perfume, which actually was the new cloth smell already as received after delivery. When I asked him how is this justified he started arguing in high voice and said since he has had to pay ₹4500 in the past due to an exchange request he doesn't want to take risk as the t shirt is expensive. After that I have raised several requests on the help centre and they always close the issue as resolved without actually helping. I have still not received my exchanged product and there is absolutely no help from Myntra team.

Please help me as it is an expensive product and still in excellent condition.

I have received Lakme Lipstick today having manufacturing defect. It has excess product and is not properly shaped. As soon as I opened it, it broke off as if it wasn't even properly placed. Kindly exchange it with a good quality one.
