I purchased 3 shirts of my size from Myntra, but out of 3, 2 were of small sizes, then I requested for return of those 2 product, out of which 1 product got accepted but they put other on hold, as they claimed the shirt was of a different shade .( Not my fault that they delivered to me a shirt of different shade).The delivery personnel asked me to contact Myntra customer care. So I did. Myntra customer care executive connected me to another number. The person on call asked me to give the last 4 digits of my account number .Then he created 3 UPI ID saying that it belongs to me as he used my account number to create it.Then he asked me to download an app called ANYDESK.After that he asked me to do multiple transaction to those three UPI IDs . Different transactions were of different amount. The total amount was around 99, 000 got deducted from my account.Then I noticed that money was only getting debited from my account and no it getting credited to any UPI that he created. Then I started suspecting some foulplay.After which he claimed that he would refund it to my account. And continued to give me instructions which were very vague and then he asked me to delete the ANYDESK app. To which i refused . Eventually we got into an argument because of I understood it was a fraud call and that I had been cheated. I have filed a complaint in cybercell.

    I self shipped my return it was unused and tags are also intacted ..received at 28 june but I haven't received my refund yet.. Now it's showing return on hold quality check failed... I wants my refund please help me

      Dear team I have already raised a complain regarding my undelivered item in Myntra.There is no certain persons who will resolve problem. So may know is there any provision to put a right to act regarding that How your delivery boy deliver the 2 item cost approx Rs 1600 with out OTP and what about the status of my item.myntra people are closed my cal with out resolving it. Your Brand is one of the biggest Brands in India and this type of mistake is happened so please let me know how to put a complain in your MD mail id please provide the same.please contact Bibhu [protected]/[protected]

        I got a totaly different item from which i ordered i want an exchange but they won't take it as they themselves can't take it back which they delivered to me and I'm wasting my time to get my rightful thing i called customer service but they called back and hanged up within 2 sec

          I have order item product from myntra..There is some size issue in item so I request for return but it is mot than 4 days but still product has been not picked up.
          Previous I was happy with myntra quickly process but..now day by day myntra.com services has been very low & non professional.
          Very disappointed.

          Even order which I have order its still in confirm its yet not dispatch nor shipped.

              I had placed 10 products in this recent sale from myntra. 6 products got delivered and 3 got cancelled automatically and also the refund amount initiated is less around 400Rs. I want my products as ive been waiting for them since a long time

                  Courier boy removed packing take back the shirt only without packing. product return was refused on quality ground but retuned it instantly in quality as it was. Till this date i didn't receive refund or the product after denial. Finally I need refunds pls.

                    Amount of rupees 4372 got debited but payment failed.

                    Paid again, then payment got processed.

                    I was charged twice of rupees 4372.

                    When I will get mine money back credit in mine account.

                    Pls find attached screenshot of two payments as well .

                    Want mine 4372 rupees.

                          I have ordered a Pepe jeans worth 1530rs and what I received was a
                          200rs jeans with no price tag ie a different product i initiated a return request they said there is no price tag talk to the customer care so what they have done is sent the wrong product with no price tag so that I can't even return the product and then they say they do 7step quality assurance

                            Cost to us : Rs.2904/-

                            Defect : Sleeve of the blazer is defective. It seems to have been 'Ruff-ed'

                            Delivered on : 23rd June 2021
                            Return placed on : 28th June 2021 (within return window of 7 days)

                            Incident description :

                            Pick up boy came to pick the return on 30th June and he denied to accept the defective product saying that I am third party employee and asked to get approval from Myntra customer care as it is a defective product. We listened to him and did the same. We raised the complaint four times and the escalation desk team ( Sagar, Bandana and Anusha) of Myntra rejected it every time saying "We provided the product from fresh lot and quality assurance checked the defective product".

                            After a lot of assurance from their side in each call, they came back with the same reply. It has wasted our 10 days chasing them . We asked them to provide documents and process of QA, but they denied.

                            Does a fresh lot means that it can't have a defective product

                            or

                            QA checked means no defective pass through them.

                            They have no answer.

                            The fact is that they have delivered us a defective product from a seller and now refusing to take it back and giving absurd justification. And instead indirectly finger pointing us for the defect.

                            This process has caused us a lot of mental pressure and tension and therefore we have raised this to consumer court.

                            Kindly request you look into this matter because its our hard earned money which can't be gifted to fraudulent Myntra for their team inefficiency and falsehood.

                                Yesterday I got the parcel from myntra and within same days I returned request due to color issues...today delivery boy has told me didn't match the serial no. How's it possible I am not using the product...product is proper tag and cover...plz solve my problem myntra.am very disappointed

                                  I tried to delete my Myntra account by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't Myntra have an option to delete while every other site does.
                                  This is very annoying so please help me out.
                                  I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                                    Return id [protected] of 8th July 2021 Rs.639 not picked up yet. Ecom express has closed the return window twice without even contacting me, saying that i was unavailable. Myntra does this nonsense everytime regarding return and exchange. Their customer service is the worst in this scenario. I had Stopped ordering from Myntra for a while after i had, had a similar experience before. Thought they might have changed a bit, but no use at all. Pathetic service. Now my return window will close soon and i will be stuck with yet another product from Myntra which i can't use.

                                      I had ordered 2 boAt rockers 235 V2 M black wireless earphones. My order arriving on 11 July 2021 but on 9 July 2021, I received massage that my order are arriving today. I did not received any order but they showing delivered. Please help me to solve my issue.

                                        I recently wanted to order clothing from myntra.com. I usually place my order by prepaid method. Today i placed an order for 1, 714 from my mobikwik wallet. The money was debited from my wallet but the order was not placed. I contacted the myntra customer care and they said they did not receive any payment from me. They told me to wait for 48 hours. I need my money back. I have also attached the transaction details and number (Proof). Please help me out.

                                        It is already mire than 7-10 days now.
                                        My order issue was since 23/06/2021
                                        Mynta is not even calling me back no one is responding please help me to get my money back
