I had ordered a pair of Nike slippers from Myntra. Received them on July 12th and since the size was big, return them within 5 mins of receiving the parcel. The product was picked up within 2 hours same day. Next day they rejected my return request saying that the slippers had a stain on them and that they would reship it to me. I received the product again on 16th July, and the product reshipped is completely different with an actual stain on it. This is so absurd since the stain was not on it the first time I received the product. I want my money back. They are pinning a defective used product on me.

    I had ordered a pair of slippers from Myntra and I tried only one of them for size.
    They had sent me the wrong size so I placed a return request immediately.
    Now they’re saying quality check failed
    How is it even possible for the quality check to fail when I even returned with the box and tags?

      I have not received my product till yet but myntra updated delivered yesterday 9.45pm on 15th july why?
      I have called delivery person so many time but he had not received calls even i have raised issue on myntra side from there they updated Resolved, how this can be possible if customer not received his product? How myntra can updated this and even if you people give customer care no or else executive no pn website no useful bec both no are unavailable.
      This is ridiculous!

        I have purchased a product of biba kurta, it’s was going to delivered yesterday’s but fortunately it’s haven’t delivered. 14th July 2021 a notification arrived that product has been delivered. I haven’t got any product.
        Can’t contact Myntra customer call it’s all telephonic & peeping machine.

            Firstly myntra send me used product then i have request for exchange, at the time of exchange agent said that i want pre approval for this item. And he marked that damage/used product.(damaged from side)
            They send me used product and after they are denied to accept.

              I have created myntra account and ordered something for my friend. And after 10 mins I tried logging in but it shows Account locked . Now i dont know how to check for my order status and rest things. Please help.

                No one come to take my return items and put on myntra app that it is no hold due to quality check
                I am not getting that without seeing the product how you can put the product on hold

                  I recieved my order of Sassafars jeans on 10th of July. I immediately place the order for exchange with the another pair, on 15th July delievery boy came for exchange and put the product on hold as it was not matching with the original image of the product. I tried to call customer casre of myntra but there is no reply from there side what should I do with the product now. Myntra should refund the price or else change the wrong product and give the right one.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have ordered two products form myntra, During Offer END OF REASON SALE July 2nd 2021, However i got message Stating that orders was confirmed from seller and later got SMS saying that Shipped nearest hub, Delivery date was given on 8th july, i have not received my orders on promise date, i have complained via Myntra APP, they said they are working on it, will send you like that, i have waited almost 6days, no update then i call customer care i informed same they said no worries sir we will cancel present orders then we will re-order with the same price wait till 48hrs, the next day i called and asked to re- place they agent was telling we don't have option to do, like that, i am really feeling very sad about this, please check my call recording made on 14 th july, there no point placing orders during offers time, for this offer i have waited 1year again i need to wait another one year, this very bad from my side there is no problem, everything happen from myntra, now they are not helping all giving wrong information during Calls, pls do the needful ASAP.

                            I have recieved half of my ordered cloths. I had ordered for two men lounge pants and recieved only one in my parcel. I had posted complaint on the app but it is marked as resolved. Amount of total order was deducted by recieved only 1.

                              I ordered 6 t shirts, 1 pair of flip flops and 3 Raymond trousers . My t shirts delivery date is 13th July and my trousers and flip flop pair delivery date is 14th July but I didn't got call from delivery agent instead I got messages that my orders got canceled due to internal issue. How can you guys say that there is an internal issue after the product is shipped to nearest shipping point . Which I can see clearly in tracking of my product. Is this fair

                                I have ordered 3 tshirts and 3 Pants on sale day. Order was confirmed but not shipped for almost 5 days. On 6th day they cancelled my order saying that there is some internal issue. Stock is still available but prices are really high now. I dont know what are those interal issues and they didnt even notify me before confirming. Myntra is cheating people with a sale, but it cant deliver

                                  This is to bring to your attention that have placed two orders with Myntra o as mentioned below:
                                  1.Khalom Women Blue Maxi Dress worth Rs-5238/-
                                  2.EthnoVogue Women Navy Blue Sequinned Maxi Dress worth Rs-4461/-

                                  Have placed return requests for both the products reason being size issues.
                                  Both orders have been already picked up by their executives on 7th July but still have not received the refund yet wherein they are showing on the app that they have successfully initiated the payment.

                                  When I called customer support and explained the scenario every executive is explaining the different story, some said that they have initiated the refund but it got failed and they will re-initiate and some were saying that it has been successfully initiated and will credit to the bank.

                                  But my question is if they really initiated the payment where is the money. I have not received any SMS or emails regarding the payment which I used to receive before. Have checked with my bank several times no money was credited from their end.

                                  I have to literally beg for my own hard-earned money ( Rs-10, 000)

                                  Have never expected such kind of fraud from a brand like Myntra.
                                  Is this the new way to harass customers and loot their money in this pandemic?

                                  Despite several emails and calls to customer support for help and refund n number of times but none were helpful.

                                  I have been using Myntra and other eCommerce sites for the last 7 years but these seem to be the worst experience I have ever had.

                                  I am really in need of my funds and am not able to get back my own money.

                                  Please help.

                                      Such Indiscreet way of handling customer's grievances, must say..

                                      Since a week I am just making fool of myself. Firstly the fault is from your side
                                      I have placed an exchange of size and in return I'm getting a totally different product.
                                      Now since I again placed an exchange, your service prtner denied to take the order back citing it's not the same order.
                                      Lol, ofc it isn't ... And thts height o[censored]nprofessionalism ..

                                      And again the way this customer care redressal is... I shouldn't even mention
                                      I'm trying since morning but in vain
                                      Got no call from your side .

                                      I hope this time I might get a response or else I would be forced to look for another resolute

                                        I ordered saree from myntra and they delivered wrong saree to us which also don't have any tag when I placed exchange order n man came to take that exchange order he Didn't exchange it, fault from myntra side that they delivered wrong product which also don't have any tag
