Defect : Sleeve of the blazer is defective. It seems to have been 'Ruff-ed'

Incident description :
Pick up boy came to pick the return on 30th June and he denied to accept the defective product saying that I am third party employee and asked to get approval from Myntra customer care as it is a defective product. We listened to him and did the same. We raised the complaint four times and the escalation desk team ( Sagar, Bandana and Anusha) of Myntra rejected it every time saying "We provided the product from fresh lot and quality assurance checked the defective product".
After a lot of assurance from their side in each call, they came back with the same reply. It has wasted our 10 days chasing them . We asked them to provide documents and process of QA, but they denied.
Does a fresh lot means that it can't have a defective product
or
QA checked means no defective pass through them.
They have no answer.
The fact is that they have delivered us a defective product from a seller and now refusing to take it back and giving absurd justification. And instead indirectly finger pointing us for the defect.
This process has caused us a lot of mental pressure and tension and therefore we have raised this to consumer court.
Kindly request you look into this matter because its our hard earned money which can't be gifted to fraudulent Myntra for their team inefficiency and falsehood.

Tranfer it to the bank or again in myntra credit so i can buy something with that money
