The product which i ordered was a ethnic dress from the brand Anouk through myntra, first of all the product came out to be not as same as what was shown in the pictures on the myntra site and nor was it the same a the description as it was completely transparent. And hence, i filed for the return of the product yesterday (5/07/2021). Today morning the myntra agent arrived to pick up the return order and said that the refund will arrive by evening, he checked the product thoroughly and all the tags and documents were intact the way they were when the order arrived. The product was in the same position it was the day it arrived. It has been past evening and the refund hasn't been arrived, the site is showing that the order is on hold as it couldn't pass the quality check however the order was in the exact same position the day it arrived, still it shows that the quality check is declined, i don't know now what should i do, i need my refund as soon as possible and also i must say that don't believe what you see on the site, as the product which i received was alot different and now this site myntra is not letting me know or get my refund.
