I ordered 6 t shirts, 1 pair of flip flops and 3 Raymond trousers . My t shirts delivery date is 13th July and my trousers and flip flop pair delivery date is 14th July but I didn't got call from delivery agent instead I got messages that my orders got canceled due to internal issue. How can you guys say that there is an internal issue after the product is shipped to nearest shipping point . Which I can see clearly in tracking of my product. Is this fair

I have ordered 3 tshirts and 3 Pants on sale day. Order was confirmed but not shipped for almost 5 days. On 6th day they cancelled my order saying that there is some internal issue. Stock is still available but prices are really high now. I dont know what are those interal issues and they didnt even notify me before confirming. Myntra is cheating people with a sale, but it cant deliver

This is to bring to your attention that have placed two orders with Myntra o as mentioned below:
1.Khalom Women Blue Maxi Dress worth Rs-5238/-
2.EthnoVogue Women Navy Blue Sequinned Maxi Dress worth Rs-4461/-

Have placed return requests for both the products reason being size issues.
Both orders have been already picked up by their executives on 7th July but still have not received the refund yet wherein they are showing on the app that they have successfully initiated the payment.

When I called customer support and explained the scenario every executive is explaining the different story, some said that they have initiated the refund but it got failed and they will re-initiate and some were saying that it has been successfully initiated and will credit to the bank.

But my question is if they really initiated the payment where is the money. I have not received any SMS or emails regarding the payment which I used to receive before. Have checked with my bank several times no money was credited from their end.

I have to literally beg for my own hard-earned money ( Rs-10, 000)

Have never expected such kind of fraud from a brand like Myntra.
Is this the new way to harass customers and loot their money in this pandemic?

Despite several emails and calls to customer support for help and refund n number of times but none were helpful.

I have been using Myntra and other eCommerce sites for the last 7 years but these seem to be the worst experience I have ever had.

I am really in need of my funds and am not able to get back my own money.

Please help.

Dear sir I have ordered Boat Rockerz 255M headphones order id-[protected] wich i received fake product i raised complaint about concern after few days they said they will raise my return request but they not pick fake product or not shipped my original product

Such Indiscreet way of handling customer's grievances, must say..

Since a week I am just making fool of myself. Firstly the fault is from your side
I have placed an exchange of size and in return I'm getting a totally different product.
Now since I again placed an exchange, your service prtner denied to take the order back citing it's not the same order.
Lol, ofc it isn't ... And thts height o[censored]nprofessionalism ..

And again the way this customer care redressal is... I shouldn't even mention
I'm trying since morning but in vain
Got no call from your side .

I ordered saree from myntra and they delivered wrong saree to us which also don't have any tag when I placed exchange order n man came to take that exchange order he Didn't exchange it, fault from myntra side that they delivered wrong product which also don't have any tag

I have booked kalini saree in bottle green clour with red printed border but wrong product was delvered to me in place of bottlegreen kalini saree i was delvered another yellow colour full. Printed saree so i want to return this saree .pl refund my money or give me kalini saree which i have booked

My friend had ordered for me a t shirt at my address with order ID # 1177493 [protected] from Myntra. The delivery associates refused to deliver the order at mentioned address, tried to negotiate with threatening attitude and maintained a toxic and unprofessional approach. Later, the status of my order was marked as delivered. This is customer harrassment that can not be ignored.The issue with ID IN[protected] was created at Myntra but there was no addressing of the issue, not even a single call.

I ordered some clothing for my daughter from myntra. The return time was 30 days. But after my purchase myntra reduced the return n exchange tym to 7 days. Further no formal communication of this change was made neither on rwgistered mobile number nor on email. Now they are not entertaining my issue of return of that clothing. Please do the needful. I have ordered 5products and as the products quality was low i had to return the products all the products were returned and taken by myntra agent and on the same day i received a message "Cancelled: Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled. For any related queries, please click here, http://mntr.se/ydc883168gi/. - Team Myntra." But all the products were taken by the agent. When i tried to contact the customer service they are not giving proper response. Got only 500 inr from 3500 inr.

I didn't order from myntra but someone's order was delivered in my address and I even paid because the name on the package was similar to my Father's name and I thought my it was my father's order so I paid for it but when I saw the name on the package clearly it was totally not my Father's name. Unfortunately the adress was of nearby. The delivery man might have been confused and delivered the order on my address. I hope this issue can be helped. I haven't opened the package yet.

Dear Sir / Madam

I had ordered a large size of this dress & it was tight. I raised a return request & the agent who came to my house asked me to handover the dress to him.
He took the white dress in his hand, please note that the guy had come from outside & his hands were not totally clean. He then took the dress towards the stairs, kept crumpling the dress & came back to me saying that the dress cannot be exchanged...

I sent 4895 rupees to you.yours is a fake account. Resend the money back.you said it's reward to us. But you took it from my account resend the money.

I order a roadster jeans pant on myntra. Order ID # 1177452 [protected]..But they give me wrong pant...I don't receive the product which I have ordered..I already complaint in myntra customer care but they did not give me proper solution..I am totally hopeless..please help me to get my correct product.or return the item and give my money... very disappointed service from them.please help me.

I have bought a training bra hrx from myntra and requested return on 7 th July and it got picked up next day by a xpressbees executive i will share details below and he checked everything before pick up and i asked him that is everything upto the mark he saisd yeah it is up to the mark...

Its been 6 days i didnt get any refund from myntra and now they say there is quality issue with the product .. how can it be possible when you didnt use the product because the size was small.

Either there is issue with that pick up guy or myntra... i dont know iam not want to be part of this scam or fraud what is the better word...i want my money back.

My order is worth of rs. 848 and i paid this amount through gpay. While paying gpay took 3 to 4 min for payment and then showed me error . My order didn't placed but after few minutes i got message for my bank about debited amount. I tried to contact myntra customer support but i still don't received any response.

I had purchased a dress to gift someone on 13th June 2021 on MYNTRA online shopping App. On the delivery date, delivery called me to know my address. After conversation, he returned the dress to Myntra. Then I complained about it to Myntra Customer Care. They apologised and told that this was some sort of misunderstanding & suggested me to purchase another time. Then again I purchased the same item on 1st July 2021. But a different product was delivered on my doorstep on10 th July. Then I requested for a return. Next day the delivery boy came and said I could not receive this one as it's different from the product shown on the App and suggested me to talk to customer care. I did what he said not less than 5/6 times. They apologised and told to request me for return. Till now I requested 4 times and everytime my request is getting cancelled. They are cheating with me. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my ₹989/-
