I have puchased "Zaveri Pearls
Set of 4 Rose Gold-Toned Bobby Pins" item from myntra.com (online shopping in covid scenario) but as per the myntra policy if product is not satisfactory then return can be possible Therefore, I schedule return for the same and ask for the money /refund in my myntra wallet. Myntra Guy came and collected the item but still i am waiting for the refund which is very upsetting.

I am regular customer of myntra and this experience is very disappointing to me as I had paid for the product which is already returned.

Kindly look into this matter which has already raised so many time with myntra.

    Order amount deducted but order not received
    I order a allen solly shirt of ₹ 759
    Payment was maid through google pay and amount was deducted but the order did not show in the order section.

    On contacting to the customer service center they said the payment is not received on there end because of some gateway issues and they will respond in 2 days what to do?

    I don't know how long i have to wait to get my refund.

      I have bought a Tommy Hilfiger T shirt worth Rs. 2999 from Myntra which was delivered on June 26th 2021. The order I'd being - Order ID # 117635166986389797803. On the very same day since the size was small I raised a request for XXL size within 20 mins. The exchange person came on 27th June 2021 and refused to take the product stating that it smells of perfume, which was a lie. The t shirt was never worn and is in excellent condition. He started arguing saying that he had to pay Rs. 4500 in the past for an exchange request and thus cannot take risk with this tshirt as it is expensive. Since then everyday I am trying to connect with Myntra they just close my issue stating that it is resolved without actually helping. Now since past 4 days they have not even accepted my call back request. This is horrible service from their end and such a ride delivery partner.

      Please help me get my tshirt exchanged or returned. Please.

        Dear team,

        I had bought a Tommy Hilfiger T shirt worth ₹2999 from Myntra and the same was delivered on 26th June 2021. Order ID # 1176351 [protected]. It was one size small. I created an exchange request within half hour on the same day for an XXL size. It was not used, not worn, and in excellent condition. The delivery partner came to collect the product on 27th June 2021 and refused to take the product stating that it smells of perfume, which actually was the new cloth smell already as received after delivery. When I asked him how is this justified he started arguing in high voice and said since he has had to pay ₹4500 in the past due to an exchange request he doesn't want to take risk as the t shirt is expensive. After that I have raised several requests on the help centre and they always close the issue as resolved without actually helping. I have still not received my exchanged product and there is absolutely no help from Myntra team.

        Please help me as it is an expensive product and still in excellent condition.

          I have received Lakme Lipstick today having manufacturing defect. It has excess product and is not properly shaped. As soon as I opened it, it broke off as if it wasn't even properly placed. Kindly exchange it with a good quality one.

              My order status says this above product has been delivered on 7th July. But I did not get it… and I have paid in advance. Please correct this asap by sending the product or refunding the money.

                Myntra cancelled my Red Tape order of Rs 629 on May 25th and I returned a Wrogn Tshirt of Rs 909 May 23rd . Both the refunds have not been received .
                They gave this bank reference id[protected] for Rs909 and Rs[protected] for Rs629.

                I paid through Phone Pe attached to SBi - my bank has denied this transaction and Myntra says they have paid .

                Myntra says these payment has already been transferred and sbi should have credited these payment to my account which is currently not reflecting.

                I reached out to my sbi branch and they confirmed that myntra hasn’t credited the refund to my account. I reached out to myntra cs team again and they refuse to research where is the payment gone. Can you please help me.
                On the same day I returned a product worth Rs179, they have refunded my money back to the same source whereas the bigger amount is not reflected in my refunds (Rupees 179 credited to my phonepay wallet and remaining below payments should have been credited to my sbi account)

                  I purchase a pair of Puma shoes from Myntra at the amount of Rs 1934 but didn't get fit in size so I returned the order on the dated 5 july2021. I haven't got refund yet I checked on myntra there is showing refund already processed.
                  Please check my status and provide me my refund.

                    They are not refunding my money. today I cancelled a product but, again my money has not been credited. Just refund my money. Three times I faced this problem, among two times they successfully stole my money. Again I m facing today the same problem. 1396 and 959 rupees I was supposed to get credited into my bank account.

                      Two products failed quality checks. This is for the third time, I am getting delivered with the wrong product.
                      One Kurtia failed the check because the price tag was missing. There is nothing that we have lost. All the tags that were given to us are intact.
                      The second kurta, had the wrong size, brand, and everything.

                        I had purchased one item from myntra then i retured back it to myntra on 5th july under Order ID # 1176550 [protected] for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 1349 respectively but till date 07/04/2021 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. I also have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
                        Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                          I ordered one adidas men’s shoe but the size was not correct so i placed a return request, product got picked up by the delivery guy and i even got the message for the same.but myntra did not change the status of the product from delivered to refund initiation, till now i have spoken to 5 different people from cx support and they have been asking me to wait for 48 hours always without helping me get my money back .also there conpany policy doesn’t allow their cx executive to cut the call without consumer’s permission but one of the cx executive named neelam did that too

                              The product which i ordered was a ethnic dress from the brand Anouk through myntra, first of all the product came out to be not as same as what was shown in the pictures on the myntra site and nor was it the same a the description as it was completely transparent. And hence, i filed for the return of the product yesterday (5/07/2021). Today morning the myntra agent arrived to pick up the return order and said that the refund will arrive by evening, he checked the product thoroughly and all the tags and documents were intact the way they were when the order arrived. The product was in the same position it was the day it arrived. It has been past evening and the refund hasn't been arrived, the site is showing that the order is on hold as it couldn't pass the quality check however the order was in the exact same position the day it arrived, still it shows that the quality check is declined, i don't know now what should i do, i need my refund as soon as possible and also i must say that don't believe what you see on the site, as the product which i received was alot different and now this site myntra is not letting me know or get my refund.

                                I returned all the the products but myntra claimed I didn't return two products. I shared AWB IDs everything, still they haven't initiated the refund. I returned the product on 29th June. Today a customer executive and told me they are closing the case, then I shared the AWB Id but still they said they dont guarantee that they will return the money. Please help

                                  I had ordered a dressberry bag worth 1500/- from Myntra which was delivered to me on 3rd July, 2021 with a broken zip. I raised a complaint within few minutes on Myntra site with the images and raised a return request. I very well remember that I have not removed any tags and returned the product as it was received. However Myntra rejected my return request saying that the tags were removed and are sending back the defective purse back to me and declined my request for refund. I have again raised a request to investigate the matter and waiting for response from Myntra. Request you to please help me here.

                                    I ordered 3 tshirts 1 sandals from myntra during the sale in july 3 to 8, 2021. All of my above order was cancelled by them automatically saying that there is some internal issue. The product has been already shipped and was in transit, still they got cancelled.Still not got any refund from them.
