I reported for the return of shoes I have received under the return window of 30 days as mentioned on the website. The pickup boy didn't take the product and marked it for a quality check. I mentioned the complained and shared the images of my product the team agreed to proceed and ask me to wait for 24- 48 hours. After that, they used to misguided me and repeated the same line again...

I had ordered a tshirt, myntra delivered.So i have an size issue then i choose to refund. but when i had checked the ordered list it doesn't shows any delivered products.then how can i replace or refund the product?...

I have kept return request on 30th may and today date is June 6th till now I didn't get pickup update from myntra....

I had ordered a DEYANN PLUS Kurta Set on Myntra and immediately place the return request for return as it was too small for my size and the agent came to pick it up next day and did not even check the product and said tag is missing cannot be returned and it was placed on hold and after that I discovered that tag was there on the product but the lazy agent did not check it and rejected so I called Myntra the very same day that the tag is...

On 15th May I ordered a shirt to my friend place ( it was a gift to him so I didn't tell hI'm anything) on21 may it was supposed to be delivered
My friend got a msg on 21 that shirt has been shipped but he didn't get the shirt ( he didn't tell this to me bcz he was not aware of it )
At night I saw that it is delivered
After that on his birthday I asked him about a gift he disagreed
That Myntra guy didnt delivered...

I ordered shirt on 15th May to my friend as a gift to his place, ( as it was a gift I didn't tell him anything about it) on 21st may it has to be delivered in his place, he got a notification that shirt is gonna be shipped today, but it didnt
After that I saw in Myntra side that it shows product has been delivered
My friend didn't get a product
Till now I am regularly making call to Myntra, They are not responding...

I'm totally annoy by the behavior of your delivery boy, as he placed my delivery by throwing it to my hands from the bottom of my floor and didn't take any response. He was talking in a very mischievous way. So here I wanna just say that I'm very disappointed by the delivery boy of myntra and from now onwards I have to just think about the different online platforms rather than myntra....

Seller ne all ready purana product bheja tha. Box bhi damaged tha. Me re ko delivery mila tab 5-8 hours me return ka req bhi kar diya.

Jab me ne return ka request kiya to delivery boy ne pick karne ke bad reject kiya.

Phir se request diya to hold kar diya 08-june -2021 ko answer milonga.

I ordered a dress from myntra.com. The cloth material did not match my expectation so I ordered a return on the item. I have returned many dresses on myntra.com without any problems till now.

I am very sure that I didn't tamper with the product in any way. The delivery person too checked the dress during return process and took it. There was no issue at that time. But WHY is myntra.com telling me "Return rejected because quality...

Paid through airtel payments bank on myntra.com.

Also got the following message

But order was not placed
I want to get refund...

My Rs. 569 myntra credit expired on Dec 28, 2020, after a year without any notification from myntra, neither on my email nor through any texts.

I have made a payment from Mobikwik to myntra on 27 may 2021 @11.40 am for Rs 1306. The amount got debited but it didnt receive by myntra and hence the order was not complete. I tried to.contact Myntra and they mention that the issue will be resolved in 4 working days but i got response that they didnt recieve any money and cant help. Its a fair transaction from Mobikqik as they have transaction id but somehow myntra is neither taking that...

I ordered one Dress from Myntra of Rs 2897 because of fitting issue I had to return it . I folded it properly and within hours of putting return request, they collected it ( within the same day) . How did the quality check fail? When I wore it for just few seconds? All tags are there. Is this there new way of scamming us?...

I had opened an account in myntra with just my mobile no. After few days due to inactivity as I did not buy anything due to pandemic situation my account got locked. I called up in support for around 15 days but no one called me back and I always received a notification that one of our agent will reach you in 7 mins. Fortunately after 15 days one of their agents called me back and she informed me it is not possible to unlock your account...

Not received refund till date...
