I ordered an Roadster jeans but i recieved jeans of here and now with tag of roadster jeans.both tag and product were of differant brand jeans is of here and now and tag on it is of here and now. Then i go for exchanged but my exchange got cancelled 2 times and when i talk to customer care they are saying that its not their fault they packed correct product and deliver correct product. If its not their fault then who put fake sticker on differant product?? Even the tag on it was not remove and it was totally unwashed. Thats ridiculous that myntra give me a wrong product still they refuse to exchange or return in thats so shamefull. It break my trust toward myntra. Frome now i never shop from this site. I suggest my family and freind to do not buy product from this site

          With reference to the Vero Moda women white solid top I bought.
          The order I received was on July 9. But the order I unpacked was on July 22 because of some personal issues, I was out of Delhi for a quite a few days.
          The issue is, the moment I unpacked this top with others too ..I checked it and had received a light stain on it. And that very moment I request for return on platform, telling them the particular top had a stain issue with 2 others ( one for return and other for size replacement) but now Myntra is not accepting the damaged product, rather specifying that the order issued was up to the mark which was truly not. Kindly help.

Ab blue jeans se blue jeans actions kyon karungi mein yadi mere pass bluejeans hoti to.
            Ismein UN logon ne mujhe thaga hai aur mujhe bahut pick up boy ne bahut galat tareh se vyahar kiya hai...
            Mujhe Cheater ya chor samjha gaya hai...
            Pichale 1 mahine se me unke samparka me hu... Wo mera paisa refund karene ko teyar hai or na hi wo ye exchange karne ko teyar hai... Abhi tak UN logon ne mujhe invoice bhi generate karke nahin Di hai.

              I ordered a shoe and got a different product and it has been approximately 20 days now, I am daily calling them and they are just saying that your complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs, but their 48hrs never comes
              The delivery boy never calls me and cancel the pick on his own everyday, The first pick up I ordered, the delivery boy told to take the approval and then I took the approval from the myntra executives and then the delivery boy told on call that nothing can be done with an approval we can’t pick up your order.

              Each and every time I am calling the executives and they are just keep on delaying the process they just say I have addressed your complaint and then they never update, Now I am feeling pathetic and mentally harassed

              I want my compensation and the pick to be done asap without any questions asked.

And order was delivered at my address.. packet was teared off and invoice pasted on the side of the polythene from where it was opened by the delivery agent. I opened my packet..produce was missing and box was broken.. ..I called on the given number. And person told me some other guy has delivered your order. I don't know.. please look into this matter and refund my money and take necessary action against the delivery agent boy.. who has done this wrong with customer service.

As I was getting the order at much cheaper price hence I order for pickup from the same loaction. Then suddenly the policy changed and Iwas said that I need to self ship th product. As I am a working person, I dont have time other than Sunday and also isometimes I have different engagement. hence, pressurising customer for self ship of product is a harassment and need to take action against this.

                      I had ordered online on myntra for HRX by Hrithik Roshan (Women Jet Black Solid Full Coverage Rapid-Dry Training Sports Bra had delivered on my address on 28.07.2021 and on the 30.07.2021 I tried to processed for return the item online due to the size issues.
                      They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed.
                      Which I can do, but if any mis-happening happens then my refund amount will never be realised and also the product.
                      So, this is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

                      My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

                              As I placed order of T shirts pack of 2, it was delivered on 27.07.21, I feel the quality of t shirt is not good so I placed exchange and order for higher quality t-shirt with additional payment of rs 496.40, after payment it didn't reflect in the exchange, this happened twice is. 496.4x2 = 992.8 paid still it didn't reflect in the orders, it shows only, exchange not confirmed and not visible the new paid order.

                                My money not credited in my account. Myntra has provided me the reference number which bank is not taking as the transaction was done through Gpay not credit/debit card.
                                I have contacted the Google pay and they told me no refund was initiated in your account. As google pay is not a wallet or bank who can store money.
                                I don’t know why Myntra gives you such reference number which is of no use.
                                They don’t really give you amount back

                                    I have ordered a levis 511 jeans of 34 inches size but was delivered 36 inches of jeans. I have put a return request just (30 minutes) after noticing the mistake the warehouse people from myntra made.

                                    the pickup partner from myntra arrived the next day and picked up the product. I have returned the product in its original protective plastic wrap with all tags intact and an unopened sea. He thoroughly checked the product for all the price tags and only left when he felt the product was intact and had no issue with it.

                                    now I receive a message from myntra saying that the "request" for return was rejected. The reason they cited was that the product was missing the price tags. I called their customer care as soon as I saw this message, and they replied, saying that they have escalated the issue to their senior. It's been a couple of hours, and I haven't received a reply yet.

                                    To add, there are numerous complaints on consumer forums regarding the lack of accountability of the quality assurance team of myntra.

                                    Coming to my case, it is the sheer irresponsibility of the return handling team that has lost the price tag of the return order. Two scenarios come into play in my case:

                                    1) the myntra pickup partner lost the price tag after picking it up from my place.

                                    2) myntra is following fraudulent trade practices to force the consumer to buy goods from their site.

                                    In the end, it is the consumer that has to bear the brunt of an inefficient pickup handling team. If there was an issue with the price tag, the pickup guy should have been notified during the time of the return order pickup itself. But no, that did not happen, and now myntra says that the price tag is missing after a day of my returning the product to them. This is clearly an unacceptable mistake at myntras end, first sending ill-fitting jeans and second rejecting an already picked up order citing the reason of price tag missing after 24 hrs have passed.

                                    The so-called senior customer exec from myntras team is yet to respond. I hope they resolve the issue soon.

                                    The senior customer exec from the Myntras team called me. He did not respond or tried to resolve the issue. The exec said he verified with the Myntras pickup partner, who came on 26th July 2021 to pick up my return. The hilarious part here is that the Customer service team is ready to believe the version of their courier/delivery team, who might say stuff to save themselves from getting fired/grilled by senior management. I still do not understand why the Customer service team believed the oral version of a pickup partner who himself said the product was intact (with brand and price tag) and it was eligible for a refund while picking up the order from my home.

                                    After the whole experience, I feel disgusted about Myntra and their customer relations team management. The senior customer exec who called me yesterday assured me I would get a call back from his senior, which I did not where it is already past the 24 hours promised by him.
                                    First, the order delivered not being the size I ordered. Second, the customer service team saying they couldn't do much about my case and marking my case multiple times as resolved. I understand now why the Indian E-Commerce space cannot expand into other parts of the world and need some American giant to gobble Indian eCommerce to make them better companies.

                                    Hey peeps at Myntra, I haven't heard from you for 2 days. I understand your incompetency in resolving the matter regarding the refund status of my return.                                     I still did not receive any reply from Myntra yet. They neither sent my package nor did they process the refund. Myntra has pathetic customer service. Myntra peeps don't even have a basic protocol in place to follow up on customer grievances. Hey Myntra, improve your grievance redressal system to retain customers.

                                    Issue IN[protected] dated 11 August [Issue Closed]

                                    The case manager from Myntra's Escalation desk has called me after several calls from our side. The case manager named Vishal has assured me that there was a fault at their end, they have found the brand tag of the jeans, and the refund would be processed to my bank account.

                                    Issue IN[protected] dated 17 August [Issue Opened]

                                    The case manager named Savitha has opened another issue related to my return request. Now, she asks me to wait for another 2-3 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, I get a mail which states that the product I returned is on its way back to my home since it has failed quality check.

                                    I am confused about how a company as big as Myntra can have miscommunication within its own department. It's is mind baffling. One day-case manager Vishal says they will fully refund the amount, and on the other day, Savitha, the case manager, asks for some more time and re-opens a closed issue with me getting a mail that says my return will be "re-shipped." It makes 0 sense to me, coz the whole issue has been dragged for over a month with no resolution. The incompetence from the side of Myntra is clearly understandable, and the way they made the whole experience of returning a perfectly fine product is unpleasant.

                                    This would be my last time shopping on Myntra. The whole experience was awful and would always make me attach a bitter taste to the brand name of Myntra.
