I have ordered a Pepe jeans worth 1530rs and what I received was a
200rs jeans with no price tag ie a different product i initiated a return request they said there is no price tag talk to the customer care so what they have done is sent the wrong product with no price tag so that I can't even return the product and then they say they do 7step quality assurance

    Product : Women Navy Blue Solid Regular Fit Blazer (Mango)
    Cost to us : Rs.2904/-
    Company : Myntra
    Defect : Sleeve of the blazer is defective. It seems to have been 'Ruff-ed'
    Incident : INC[protected]
    Delivered on : 23rd June 2021
    Return placed on : 28th June 2021 (within return window of 7 days)

    Incident description :

    Pick up boy came to pick the return on 30th June and he denied to accept the defective product saying that I am third party employee and asked to get approval from Myntra customer care as it is a defective product. We listened to him and did the same. We raised the complaint four times and the escalation desk team ( Sagar, Bandana and Anusha) of Myntra rejected it every time saying "We provided the product from fresh lot and quality assurance checked the defective product".

    After a lot of assurance from their side in each call, they came back with the same reply. It has wasted our 10 days chasing them . We asked them to provide documents and process of QA, but they denied.

    Does a fresh lot means that it can't have a defective product

    or

    QA checked means no defective pass through them.

    They have no answer.

    The fact is that they have delivered us a defective product from a seller and now refusing to take it back and giving absurd justification. And instead indirectly finger pointing us for the defect.

    This process has caused us a lot of mental pressure and tension and therefore we have raised this to consumer court.

    Kindly request you look into this matter because its our hard earned money which can't be gifted to fraudulent Myntra for their team inefficiency and falsehood.

        Yesterday I got the parcel from myntra and within same days I returned request due to color issues...today delivery boy has told me didn't match the serial no. How's it possible I am not using the product...product is proper tag and cover...plz solve my problem myntra.am very disappointed

          Hello,

          I tried to delete my Myntra account by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't Myntra have an option to delete while every other site does.
          This is very annoying so please help me out.
          I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

            Return id [protected] of 8th July 2021 Rs.639 not picked up yet. Ecom express has closed the return window twice without even contacting me, saying that i was unavailable. Myntra does this nonsense everytime regarding return and exchange. Their customer service is the worst in this scenario. I had Stopped ordering from Myntra for a while after i had, had a similar experience before. Thought they might have changed a bit, but no use at all. Pathetic service. Now my return window will close soon and i will be stuck with yet another product from Myntra which i can't use.

              I had ordered 2 boAt rockers 235 V2 M black wireless earphones. My order arriving on 11 July 2021 but on 9 July 2021, I received massage that my order are arriving today. I did not received any order but they showing delivered. Please help me to solve my issue.

                I recently wanted to order clothing from myntra.com. I usually place my order by prepaid method. Today i placed an order for 1, 714 from my mobikwik wallet. The money was debited from my wallet but the order was not placed. I contacted the myntra customer care and they said they did not receive any payment from me. They told me to wait for 48 hours. I need my money back. I have also attached the transaction details and number (Proof). Please help me out.

                It is already mire than 7-10 days now.
                My order issue was since 23/06/2021
                Mynta is not even calling me back no one is responding please help me to get my money back

                  I ordered a product (order number 117700676619236427801)from myntra and it was returned and picked up on 1st of July and the status was updated as return in system on july 3rd Saturday 2021 which is two days later. today is friday 9th of july and I tried contacting customer care around 4, 5 time to know the status where my product is and when I will get refund. they all act like robots saying same thing again and again without any other word as 'it will take around 7-8 days to reach warehouse and get the refund after product quality check'. I asked a question as 'what if the product is damaged in the transits way back to their warehouse and it was damaged then Is it like I will never my refund?' . unfortunately they don't have an answer for that they stay calm and explain above sentence again and again cutting the call and closing the ticket with routine message response.

                  All I wanted to know was the update of my product whether it reached warehouse or not or the present status .

                  basically now their refund process is now around 2-3 weeks time .
                  my products total is around 1200.

                  kindly help me to get this refund

                  My friend also faced a scenerio where myntra mentioned the money have received to bank and to contact bank for more info. when she reached out to bank it was not good response which she received but registered a complaint. not all apps have this issue only myntra is forcing peole to get in touch with bank and drag them like this always. atleast they could have good coustomer care team and train them properly which in this case its not.
                  My friend's refund amount is 2000 approx.

                            I had ordered a jack and jones shirt where I received a tshirt of the same brand. I had immediately called to the delivery boy and told that i had received a wrong product but he told that we cannot do anything. Its upto myntra that they willl provide approval after that we can take your product back. As myntra is a huge brand still they are doing fraud like this.

                                  I was ordering some stuff over MYNTRA and chose FLIPKART PAY LATER as a method of payment. The order didn't get placed still amount billed. I was told to wait for 48hrs as the amount will be returned in a Maximum of 48 hrs but it didn't. Kindly reverse the amount of Rs1041 for the same.

                                    While I confirmed this order the product amont is rs 901.43 /- only. But at the time of delivery I have to pay rs 990/- because you have wrongly printed the amount on the top of the product. So I returned the product but now you have refunded only rs 901.43/- but I have paid 88.57/-rs extra. I want that amount back. I paid 990/- rs as my cash not as any myntra cash . But now they are claiming to refund it as myntra cash.

                                      I had shopped on Myntra during the ongoing 03-08 July 2021 Sale. The order amount was ₹2449 paid using Payzapp wallet. I had to return one of the items worth ₹845 i.e. Quechua by Decathlon. The return was approved for Refund after clearing the Quality Check by Myntra.

                                      On the Myntra app the refund status is shown as "Added to wallet", "Credited instantly". Also it says contact bank with reference number.
                                      There is no reference number, neither any transaction ID related to the Refund. Only thing I have is Myntra's words.

                                      I have attached my Payzapp wallet complete transaction history (also shows balance of ₹1 in my wallet).

                                      I had not received the refund. I tried contacting Myntra call support. I was told due to technical issues, they would not be able to help me with the Refund issue and I should try calling again. As I tried calling again, Myntra support said another call request could not be lodged as the previous one was pending.

                                      I went on to chat support and provided all the information regarding a possible fraud as the same had already happened with one of my friends. The chat support closed my query after 48 hours without even replying a single word and I received a text message saying my query has been resolved.

                                      I tried calling Myntra again today and successfully registered another complaint as the previous query was closed from their side. Now the deadline set by Myntra to resolve the issue is 19th July.

                                      I have attached all the screenshots to my claims.

                                      I feel now the avenues left are reaching out to everyone in the reddit/quora/consumercomplaints.in community. So much of my time and energy has been wasted in the process.

                                      I also feel like suing and starting legal proceedings against Myntra to get to the core of of the "Refund Fraud".
