Hi,
I had ordered an outfit from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange/refund for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. I called up the Myntra customer care and they told me that Myntra return policy is of 7 days. But when i had ordered it ws of 30 days. I want a refund of the same.

    I ordered 3 products from Myntra. On the day of delivery, I only received 2 products in package. I raised complaint to Myntra customer care, but they closed the ticket without resolution, and told they cannot do anything about it.

      27 Feb 2021 - I ordered a women's shoe from Myntra.com for my
      mother.

      6 March 2021- Shoe was delivered. Tried on the shoe but was too
      small, so put an exchange request. Myntra promises
      exchange by 13 March.

      13 March - Myntra says exchange delayed to 17 March

      17 March - No delivery

      21 March - I raised a complaint for the delay in exchange

      27 March - Myntra cancels my exchange due to "internal issue"

      28 March - I put a second exchange request for the shoe. Myntra
      promises exchange by 3 April.

      3 April - Exchange rejected. Reason - shoe had dust on it's sole
      because customer tried it on to check size. I was asked to
      contact customer care to resolve issue and my return
      window closes on 5 April.

      The Delivery agent and his manager told me the shoes were not acceptable because the sole was dirty, meaning I used it. Now check the pictures below and tell me how those two spots make the shoe unacceptable for exchange.

      Myntra says you can try on the shoe and if not satisfied can exchange or return the product.
      But when the customer actually tries it on and got two grains of dust on the shoe's sole as clearly every shoe they deliver is in perfect condition, no dust, no scuff marks and only the customer can do all that by taking the shoe out for 5 mins to check if it fits.

      FINAL WORD- This is no freak accident. This is what these big online retailers screw over their customers.
      --- Tell the customer, they try on their products to check size.
      --- Customer tries on the product and when they aren't satisfied and
      request an exchange.
      --- Delay deliveries till return window closes so options are limited
      --- Then on exchange attempt. Give customer some nonsense
      reason to refuse exchange and blame the customer.
      --- Mislead the customer by telling to call Myntra customer care to
      resolve issue on same day.
      --- Customer calls the company and gets told to wait for a week for
      an update
      --- Return window expires and now customer can't exchange product
      again

      This is the actual internal policy of these big retailers to screw over powerless customers and this must be stopped.
      I want the shoe returned and a full refund.

        I bought the sojanya kurta and jacktet but I didnt like the product as I thought soo I returned it with proper tags to courier man. After *-* days they are saying that tags are missing but I returned with proper tags. What is my fault. If you guys won't refund me my money I will surly go to consumer case with proofs. You cant cheat with customers trust. #shameonyoumyntra# fullly disappointed from you

          I had ordered a cloth of Rs 4483 from myntra out of which I received my order from delivery boy amounting to Rs 1856 but I did not get the order for Rs 2627 when I contacted Myntra Customer Care Officer for this, they said that all The amount has been delivered, out of which only 1856 rupees have been delivered and the delivery boy himself said that I have received the same packet and have delivered the same but in that packet I had a bill of clothes but the clothes were the same. And the packet seal was also broken.

            Hi My mother has ordered product from myntra but myntra has delivered only 1 product & two product is missing . Rest product in same order id has been not been delivered. Helpdesk is not helping to solve my concern & not giving refund for missing item. They are misguiding customer by giving false information that the product is not returnable but i checked in website order has 30 days return policy. I also raised my complaint for same IN[protected]. I have not received my 2 item .There support team not helping & no proper resolution till now. This is fraud by myntra & i request consumer complaints forum to take strict action against myntra for harasshing customer . Their customer care closing complaint without resolution. Kindly help with my refund of missing item.

                I bought nike sandel and it was small in size, i requested return same day and next day delivery boy picked up and after one week it showing quality check failed. I didnt use it for 1 minute and how can quality check failed even i put receipt in that box and tag was intact too, I want my refund amount

                  I had ordered puma black color shoes and i got puma rs white shoes delivered.And i had called customer care regarding this the one is like we can’t help you regarding this and you will also not get refund for the same.Again i had called the other person is like you will get refund for it but it will take sometime.Now customer care are asking me to keep the product forcefully.They are not ready to listen to me like what i want and the customer care don’t even providing any proof how can i keep it when i dont want it.They are like quality check is failed.And they product which i want return for that also I haven’t got the solution.i want the shoes which i like I request you to solve my problem asap.Because its really long i have been trying to talk to customer care and haven’t got any soultion.please look in to the problem i have and solve it

                    I had placed Kittens brand shoe order from Myntra. I recieved the order on 17th March 2021 and i was really excited to check it. But to my dismayal, it was completed different from the picture and also the brand. So that very day i placed a return request and was supposed to be picked up on or before 24th March but it was not done. I talked a customer care executive and again raised a new return request. But again it got cancelled today ie 30th March. This is the first time i am recieving a completely wrong product and i am so irated

                        I ordered a Caprese bag from myntra. It was to be delivered today but it hasnt reached me yet. Also the order status is stuck on shipped and is not updating at all. I called customer care but the response was disappointing. I dont even know where is my order or when will it be shipped.

                          Hi.. I bought a an allen solly bag and I accidentally claimed the insider points.. as per the return policy I should be able to return the product.. I contacted the customer care and they refused to return since insider points were collected, I tried to explain to the customer care that it was not done deliberately.. please accept the return and refund my money

                                I had given my white anouk kurti worth 439 to pick up boy who took kurti with him but i have not got exchange on return. On asking pick up boy he said he has delivered my kurti to myntra of which i have call recording. Please look in to the matter as my dress is missing and on asking for exchange myntra is asking me for the old product which they already took. I have filed multiple complaints on the website but inhuman replies recieved.
                                This is a matter of trust in this esteemed company.

                                  Wrong product was delivered to me and when complained, people tell that right product was shipped. I have the packaging of the wrong product.

                                  The right product was a jacket, which can not fit in a hand sized sealed bag. When the delivery agent was told the same, he told to take it up with Myntra only. His work was only to deliver. When I opened the envelop, in which jacket should have been there, there was a tagless, dirty white shirt. When complained to Myntra, they said that they will approve it to pickup. And they did. The delivery guy came and said that it was not approved on their end to pickup the wrong product. How am I supposed to give jacket when I received a shirt?
                                  The delivery guy even took it for 20 days and when asked where the refund is, he redelivered it.

                                  Why should the customer face problem when the problem is clearly within the delivery process?
