I ordered a Bahama Couture top from Myntra. The size was small, so I requested a return. However when the delivery boy came to take the top he pointed out to some strings in the hands of the top and said that it can't be taken as its damaged. I was awestruck cause I had received the top exactly as it is and those strings were the finished ends of the stitches. Everything was as it is but still he did not take it back saying its damaged as if it was our fault. This is so dissapointing as we always make sure that the product we order is exactly intact and today we are told that those strands of strings have been caused by us. I want my refund immediately. I am so disappointed with the delivery associates of Myntra. I have never faced such a thing from Myntra before but this time it really dissapointed me for the return has been put on hold while everything is absolutely perfect and as it is with the product delivered to us. I want my refund immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved Myntra has been really fast with replying to my queries with regards to the refund of my product which was on hold. The product was picked up the very next day and the money has been initiated already. Thank you.
