On 26th March 21at 8.15 am in Myntra app i purchased goods worth 1213.00 and through their payment gateway effected the payment and the option i took was phonepe app and the Myntra app redirected to phonepe app and effected the payment which was successful and UTR Number is[protected].Myntra is refusing to refund by saying money didn't reach their account.
Pl help to getback account.

On 26.3.21 and subsequently everyday for seven days contionously i spoke and wrote to Myntra customer care and they in turn spoke to me and the final conclusion is money isn't received by them and hence they will not refund nor execute order. The payment was executed through phonpe app and a similar compliant was lodged by phonepe also.After one month the phonepe customer executive suggested to complain and gave your address and also utr number. Myntra is having money in its bank account and is cheating customer as the utr referred paper shows that transaction is sucessful. When money is not in my account, nor with lakshmi vilas bank nor with myntra then where it is. Definitely with myntra bank n myntra. This is the update I can give.

I haven't received update to my compliant on 5.5.21.aftet effecting the payment they didnt update my order and instead informing me that they haven't received payment due to gateway failure and this was Myntra app payment gateway. Pl help in getting back my money.

I had been informed that UTR Number it's easy for npci to track the payments and if you are unable to solve the only remedy is to file a case against myntra making phone pe and npci as parties as you are not helping me to get back money

After giving compliant and subsequent update i didnt receive any update from your end nor from Myntra which has cheated me. Many bankers have updated me that with UTR number it can be tracked by NPCI and i will get back my money.
But it seems to be fault and you are repeatedly asking for update and whatever information i had submitted to you, and not solving the issue. There is no seriousness in the issue.
Finally i would like to put before you that if no update is received by me by 25th may 21 i have no option to proceed legally making you also as one of the party along with Myntra app.

    I had ordered highlander men grey jean at Myntra app, I have ordered bulk product 15 items costed me around 8k, in 15 products in all i have noticed minor damages but in one i have noticed major damage and request exchange of damage product, I haven't removed tags also, but my exchange was rejected due to used product it's not fair how can wear the product without removing the tags, my request rejected 3times so am complaining about it, . There are 2 damages in that jean.

      I had ordered a DIESEL watch. I didn't liked the watch So I marked the return request. But the pickup was refused by the pickup agent, he told that warranty card is missing, product can't he returned, but I didn't received any kind of warranty card, and he marked the rejection reason - Price tag is missing. It's been more than 12 days my return os on hold and Myntra support is of no use, they just say that your issue will get resolved in 24 hours.

        Hi team,

        We have purchased a fossil watch in myntra for 7497, received a product on 28th around 11:30am and immediately we placed return request because quality of the product is good and guy came and picked within 1hr time he picked up around 12:30 pm in same day, now myntra updated watch quality is not good so we can't provide the refund, that's why we returned the product quality is not good, and we returned within one hr time,

        When we returned product within 1hr time how can we use that, and how can we expect me to take that product when it is failed in quality check.
        Myntra provided the cheap quality product and refund not provided

          I ordered puma shoes for 1799, it was an used product as the price tag was also not intact.
          I placed return request and the pickup guy denied to take the item and kept the return on hold and asked me to talk to customer care.
          I raised a query in customer care and after some hours costumer care resolved my query saying their item was not used and passed all quality check.
          This item is myshoesize+1 in size.I can't even use this.
          I want my money back.

            I ordered footwear (heels of brand mango) from myntra for size 38 around price of 3k
            The product arrived and I found it to be loose for me so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but only size 39 is available

            So I immediately placed for a return on the day of the delivery and next day a person came to pick-up checked all the tags and state of the product and took it with him in the state the product arrived.

            After 3 days I got message from myntra that my return request has been rejected due to the reason that the product has been used.
            I clearly didn’t use the product because it’s of larger size than my feet and if I were to use it I wouldn’t have returned it

              I bought 2 items from myntra on 7th feb 2021 out of which i cancelled one and returned another . I got the refund of the returned item but its been 3 months now, and i did not get the refund for the cancelled product . The total amount was 3928rs out of which i still dont have 2728rs . Myntra has only provided me a reference number but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times over phone but there is no response from them.
              Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                I received the product before time but due to size issue I applied for exchange 1 size big (6) but I did not recognize the damage at the time of trial when your people came for exchange he find that.. And now exchange is on hold. Kindly solve the issue asap

                  Hi,
                  I'm Nikhil
                  I have ordered Nike basketball shoes from myntra on 20th of April. When I received the product I noticed that the shoes doesn't fit ant the box is also completely tampered. When I tried to return the product the seller is declining it. Hence I contacted customer care and thy said that the return cannot be initiated without proper price tag. The seller is Indiaflashmart. I spent 4k on these shoes but they seemed useless. I hope this issue ill be resolved and I will be refunded as soon as possible.

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased three sarees for my mother and out of which two have come defective (Order ID[protected]-6407801) and had raised return request multiple times for that which get declined with a response of that MYNTRA has stringent quality check without discussing the issue. Even though the package is in same condition as it was received.
                    This is consecutive second time this happened to me. They deliberately sending defective products and on complaining they refuse to take back defective product.
                    Please find below the attached images of the defective products and product came with paper tape on the package to seal it which can be clearly seen on the package.

                      Very poor service u provided to ur customer myntra. Very disappointed with ur service & refund process. My two refunds are still pending from feb. Products was returned but not rcvd amt till yet. Refund I'd are [protected] & another one is [protected]. Due to wrong guidance of customer exicutive I have multiple accounts of the same nmbr. So unable to see my older orders details so where I put my bank details to get my refund back. Multiple complaint has been registered but not get any resolution from ur side. Not get any response from customer care as well as written complaint. Even till the date not get any supervisor call from ur side not get any mail reply from support wali id. Very bad service provided by myntra. Hope u resolve my problem.

                        Really I am totally disappointed by Myntra's service .I got this product on 13 Feb but due to size issue, I want to return it, so I make my first return request on 17 Feb but my return declined by courier boy and he mentioned that I refused to return the product, so after that I call to Myntra customer care and explain them so they told me that they will take action against him and after that I made another return request but again and again same thing happened so I talked with supervisor and he also told me same thing .and I was totally sad about this after making 13-15return request I came to delhi and return product 15 April and after they making excuse that this product is used product so you will not get refund back .but I return product with all price tags without cutting them .
                        And also they delete all tickets that raised by me, that is totally disappointed . Please help me with this .I am also attaching proof(screenshot) that how many time I request them for return but they refuse and delete almost all tickets that raised by me .

                          I received the product but there was a size issue it's not justifying the tag putted on it so I requested for return the very day after trying it but when the delivery person came he said it has a light mark on it so he can't pickup I told him that I got the product the day before and out the return request on the same day in the evening and talked to customer care after that but they cancelled the claim without properly checking the product in front of them. It's a total fraud thing to do with customers. So I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                  I ordered hangup suit set from mantra and it was delivered one day earlier than promised. As soon as I received the product, I tried and didn't like the product because of the overall quality and the pant size issue. I requested for a return and refund then and there, and the guy came for pick up in the next hour. I had the product for about an hour.

                                  So now the weird thing is I received a quality check failed status and the product was gonna ship it back to me. I contacted the customer service and they suggested that I receive the product again and file for return request and also call the customer service back about the issue.

                                  Which I did, I received the product in about 3 days and I called the customer service and they said they will investigate. Also, as they said me to request for return again, which I did and the guy took the product this morning. Again I received the same quality check failed stats.

                                  I don't know how long this loop is gonna play out but I'm extremely tired calling back and forth and trying to get my refund.

                                  This is also my first myntra purchase and the experience was disastrous.

                                  Please help me with this one.

                                    I ordered 3 products on Myntra order ID #1169959 [protected] . Two of them already delivered but one product was about to deliver today. Yesterday the delivery agent called me I told him I'm unable to pick up my order as I'm in hospital and told him to deliver it next day. Today morning I called him, if he could deliver it at around 2-3PM . Suddenly he verbally abused me and threatened me that he could easily cancel my order on his first delivery attempt without my concern. Bcz According to him "Kuch chiz customer se fadak nhi padta h " as if, he is giving me any favour. Please take action and sue that delivery agent as soon as possible.
                                    2ndly, He clicked my delivery msg picture from my phone to rate himself when he delivered my other two products before. He even sent me his whatsapp number and told me that whenever delivery message comes, I should send him my delivery msg. He goes to that link and rate himself. How disgusting and unethical is this ?
                                    I'm sure, he does this kinda behaviour with everyone. Myntra should fire this man from delivery. Take action as soon as possible.

                                        I had ordered nije basketball shoes, I received a used shoes with dirt and no tag and the shoe box of ordinary and of some other product...I requested many times but they are postponing the request. They want tag on the shoes, , , , I recieved used shoes without tag, is it my mistake.
                                        Do take back my product and pay back.
