I make an order of one pair of shoes and i make payment too and myntra confirmed my order through sms and email but now this fraud showing that your order is cancelled due to out of stock,
This is proper thagi
And when i ask for my money back then they told ki within 11 june, i'll get my money. This shows that how they treat their costomer
Disgusting, disappointment and this is not myntra this is fraud ka mantra!!

Delivery is too bad. I got a bad experience from myntra. I have ordered two items but I received only one. The corrier boy gave me only one. Afterwards when I checked the app for the second item and it is showing delivered. I called the customer care also they also said they can't help. I'm very dissapointed and same time cheated...
Dear sir,
I have booked 1000 rupees item on myntra online shopping on 21 may 2019 after that i didn't get any information regarding that product . I didn't received that product but it shows received on 25 may 2019..im complaint to customer care but they are not given proper information and tell sorry we couldn't dont do any thing.

    A regular customer and if you will behave like this i will never ever use myntra jusylt because of its bad service. Kindly do something about it as soon as possible. I need the product at the earliest.

      I ordered a navy blue jeans on 27th may 2019. On 30th may i got a message saying that the item was delivered, but the item was not yet delivered to the given address. I called mantra customer care and he says he raised a complaint and i only get notified in 8th june and i wanted the product before 5th june. I want refund because i ordered the item for a function and it is over now. So i want refund. Please help me with this.

        I've been purshasing by the option cash on delivery but all of a sudden i can't choose cod as my payment method to the pin code 673014. Fix the problem asap. As i've to purchase a product real soon. The thing is i've purchased from myntra last week with the same pin code and i've got the cod option but now it's unavailable as my bank account has some issues you've to make the cod option for this pincode soon.

          I had purchased so many apparels from myntra with pincode 145001 but now they are telling cod is not serviceable. Pls see to it fast... I want immediate solution for this problem as im a frequent user of this shopping destination... Kindly see to it as soon as possible.. This service has been stopped since 3 days... I don't know why... Customer care numbers are also mot working...

            I noticed that someone has used my myntra account and placed an order (ORDER NO:[protected]-8928903) using Rs.2402/- myntra credits in my account.
            Basically someone logged into my account, changed my mobile number & address in profile (for which myntra has no OTP security) then placed order using Myntra Credits, while placing order using credits Myntra sent OTP to new number.

            When I asked Myntra Customer Care about the same they gave very lame response and told me to change the password. I asked them to provide me the details of how my account was logged into, when they said they are unable to give such information. When asked to take my complaint customer care person said that they are not going to take complaint.

              I have ordered 5 jeans on 22nd may 2019. Till now i didnt get my order.in this 5 jeans 1 is returned back to origin by asking to myntra executive i know it is refused by me but this is not true. Then they said ur address is incorrect but truth is every time i ordered on same address. Then for other 4 jeans i m getting the message out for when i call on mention no of delivery boy i found they are not delivering myntra parcel earlier they supposed to. Again 2nd time delivery boy said he is not working for myntra anymore. I already registered complaint 4 times to customer care executive but no response after completion of 72 hrs also. No update & i already made the payment online. Even they are not calling once for status. This is the short description.
              It is a waste of my money my time the situation i faced the fraud they are doing. It is their work to deliver.

                From 18th may 2019 i am trying to return the kotty women black jeans which i recieved on 18th may only. But the ekart logistic came after 7 days for pickup and said the bar code no. Is not matching and that the product is mismatch. I tried 20 times for return of the same product complained thrice on myntra customer care, even provided them with the bar code no. But still my pick up is not done.
                I am a regualar customer at myntra but after this poor customer care support and pickup experience i will never buy at it again.

                  I have ordered a pinafore dress, but came a top which looks completely different which has a white floral print on it when i tried to return it, (Return number is [protected]) ekart agency is not trying to picking it up, they are saying that the product they need to return is the pinafore dress, they can only return that product, becoz for them it's showing the pinafore dress to return, they are saying that they should have to see only as 'a product' rather than pinafore dress so that they can accept it.. I have been a regular customer to myntra.. But i have lost my complete faith on it. For what intention they have sent me a different product? Really shame on myntra for not resolving the problem. Try to maintain a good relationship with the customers.. Otherwise u will lose them.

                    Namaste.
                    I ordered 3 pairs of catwalk footwear for myself prices of them being rs 628, rs. 848, rs. 943. On 12/may/2019 bearing order number[protected]-1593901
                    On 16/may/2019 i received the products.

                    None of them came with price tags.
                    Because the fitting is not comfortable i decided to return and immediately raised return request on the same day with in an hours time. I packed all the 3 products exactly the way i received with all the papers inside.
                    All the rubber bands that are used wen i received it.
                    On 16/may/2019, pick up person has come to pick the products up and said as there are no price tags he cannot pick up. I was surprised and he asked me to talk to customer care agent. I called them up after a couple of days to talk about this issue. A lady spoke to me and said she did all that is necessary and asked me to wait for 4 or 5 days.
                    I waited till the month end for them to pick the products, that is today, 31/may/2019, and called customer care to find out about this. A lady took the call and said 1 if the 3 got approval and other 2 did not because of no price tags.
                    It's not possible to give a product back with a price tag when one has not received the product with it.

                    I spoke to customer care agent, she said after investigation they found out that the price tags were there when they sent 2 products which is not true. To me it proves that their investigation process is not reliable. As i have witnessed that they have not come with the price tags.
                    Customer care supervisor spoke to me but so rudely hung up the call on face while i was being patient and polite. I lost hope there and requesting here.
                    I really want someone to help me in this regard.

                      Hi,

                      I recently placed an order for one adidas running shoe order no:[protected]-8952303 on the 13th of may 2019, which was shown shipped the very next day via indiapost: normally it takes about 5 to 7 days for orders to get delivered to my place.

                      Now, the tracking id that they provided was not active for many days, so naturally, out of concern, i reached out to them on many occasions at their number +[protected]Which by the way is not toll-free) and through facebook. On every occasion, i was assured that i have to wait until the estimated delivery date i. E. 28th may 2019 and that my order will be delivered on time. The day came 28th may 2019, my order was still untraceable on raising concern my complaint was lodged only on the 28th of may 2019, they extended the delivery date by another 3 days (One of their customer service executive had the audacity to teach me the meaning of 72 hours). Demand for cancellation and refund of my order was meated with a response saying that since the order was shipped it cannot be canceled.

                      My complaint is if myntra.com was incompetent in delivering orders on the estimated day of delivery, they should have on principle of trust issue immediate refunds to customers, yet they keep on extending delivery dates by 3 days and another 3 days, so on. This is highly unacceptable, unprofessional, not to mention unethical, management of myntra.com should be aware of this.

                        I am a working women, i have a team to manage, with all these responsibilities myntra is also expecting me to go to a service centre and sit there for hours for a new product bought from them???!!

                        I ordered a jbl bluetooth headset, and it din connect and the volume button has noice whenever pressed. I immediately raised within a hour of delivery to return the same, but the customer service ppl were so pathetic in their service that they asked me to wait for 24 hours to raise return request. So waited n raised the return request. And now today after three days they are asking me to go to a customer service of jbl!!!, which means i buy from you guys and then take to jbl service??

                        I jus need my refund! I want someone to pick the product and refund it, am not giving up until you guys pick it up and process my refund. I spoke for hours today morning, first a female spoke to me and she transferred to a guy stating he is a higher official and he rattled the same thing and just hung up!! Without intimation. Check the call recording in [protected] around 10.25 am. This guy should be fired!! How can he hang up on a customer, are we beggers??? Are we not paying our money to buy?? Or is it because am a female customer his male ego din allow him to answer me? Is this how he respond?? Just process my refund rs1739!! I don need the product

                          I had an order with order no:[protected]-0221101 from myntra.com and the product was not of good quality so i decided to return it and when delivery boy came he said that the serial code is not matching.
                          As this is not my fault why should i suffer, and the product is unused, unwashed and with all the tags intact then also i am not able to return the product.
                          Myntra you should provide the correct serial number so that product can be returned.

                            If myntra can not provide enough card machines to theirs delivery employees then they should not add this option of cash/card on delivery. This simply means that regarding delivery person is having card machine with him and so we customers can pay by card on delivery. This above option doesn't mean tha "if that regarding delivery person has card machine then and only then you can pay by card on delivery." this idiotic explanation has given by mr. Suraj when i called myntra customer care to ask why the delivery person doesn't have card machine with him? Well that myntra delivery department itself are having and facing these idiotic issue with myntra so myntra's staff itself is not happy with myntra regarding same issue which i am raising now. This is all pathetic dervice a d explanation with arguments by myntra. I am complaining against this.

                              Being a pregnant i have to be calm and healthy but myntra gives me mental harassment. I ordered a product to gift someone at the starting of the month but the delivery delayed 20days. I used to keep following up everyday. And finally i received a not good product so i placed a return request. The request was accepted on the same day. But no action taken against it from 9 days. Everyday i keep receiving message like pickup is gonna happen on that day and evening i receive a message like it didn't happen because i rescheduled it. But no delivery person called me regarding pickup. So how can i reschedule? I am calling myntra from a week regarding this issue. They raised a complaint and maximum with in 72 hrs they sort out the issue. But i waited for 80 hrs and called for update (As they don't have concern to update me after the mentioned time). They are asking me to wait for 24hrs more. I am loosing my health and my baby's health because of this issue. I am badly want to take action on this.

                                I have ordered a t-shirt on 12th of may2019. It was supposed to be delivered on 17th of may 2019 and i also received a message for the same. I was not at home for few days. However when i came back and i cross checked with my family members, they didn’t receive the same. I also called customer service center but they failed to give information regarding this as 12days has already been passed. They also could not tell the receiver’s name.                                   Recieved a wrong product, raised the complaint immediately, at starting they asked for a 72 hrs deadline, then again for 24hrs, then again for 24hrs, and when the solution arrives, we regret to inform you that your request has been declined as the product was shipped from our end post stringent quality check. Hence, we will not be able to accept return exchange and the decision stands final.
                                  Totally worst i requested evidences from their end, but their internal policies do not permit them to do so.
                                  If you shipped a right product, then you should not hesitate in providing proper evidence to customer as he too is providing.
                                  Totalllly worst
                                  a case should be registered against these fraudsters.

                                    I ordered a black formal shoes from myntra around 3 weeks back and the product got damaged within 3 days o[censored]sing. When i called customer care regarding this, they told me that i will get some solution in 72 hrs. I waited and called them back and since then they are telling they need 24 more hours every day. I have been calling myntra since 2 weeks now on daily basis and they are telling same thing agian n again that they need 24 more hours. This is really irritating and ridiculous from a company like myntra. They do not care about their customers and just make a fool out of them. Really fed up with the worst customer service in the world.

                                      I have order one maybeline product which is come in a completely damage way.. I try to return the product however it is showing non refundable..                                         It's almost 2 weeks and still I haven't got my refund back I ordered 2 bags and key chain and paid online but afterwards I cancelled 2 items but ordered only 1 item (bagpack) yes my money got deducted .. I asked customers care services they told my money will be refunded by 22 may 19.. still didn't got my refund I emailed them 5-9 times but as usual silence no reply and after that my contact us was showing an internal error... don't know what game they are playing ... I warned them I will file a legal complaint against them But no refund and reply highly disappointed 😠😠
