This is regarding the *non-delivery of the product* for order number[protected]-1313801 placed on 3rd June, 2019.
Myntra people are saying that it has been delivered, however, it has been not.
There is a discrepancy in the SMS that I have received. One says "could not deliver", the other one says "delivered". The app says that it has been delivered. Neither me nor any of my neighbours have received it.
I was not given any call by the delivery agent. The Proof of signatures that they have shared is not recognisable from my side.
I have been ordering from Myntra since long and have never faced such issue before. This is strange, this careless behaviour of your delivery agent is awful.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
