I have mistakely added money to myntra credit.
So i want to that money to be refunded to my bank account. For some emergency reasons i badly want all the myntra credit in my account that i have wrongly added. So please do something so that i could get my money back.
So i would like you to help me in this matter because i need my money which is wrongly stored in myntra credit.

    I have purchased 3products very costly...
    When i ordered that products, the return date is 30days... Now its 7days so customer service os deneiying to return that products
    As they also blocked my account

    Please helpi already had a talk with your executives they denied from giving any information about my account.. They mentioned that it has been blacklisted and it's permanently locked.. And will have to wait for next 24hours for the mail, also they didn't gave any assurance that account will be opened again.. I also asked them about the return that is to be placed., that they can atleast raise a return request. But they denied.. I want my refund and also want to place the return request asap as i'll be out of station for more then 3 weeks from 6th june 2019..

      My myntra account has been locked yesterday without any prior information or any notice and without any specific reason.. I have many refunds for the products that has been returned. And also there are return request that are to be placed. Please look into the matter and take action asap..
      My mail id - sarda. [protected]@gmail. Comi already had a talk with your executives they denied from giving any information about my account..       Mynthra customer service is telling that no return will be taken once accnt is blocked..
      But i have a return of rs.3500on that account
      I want that immediately
      Myntra has blocked my account. And the customer care is doing nothing. They just raise the complaint and mark it resolve themselves without even giving a resolution. They are cheating with the customers. They have my 40000 Rs. I am student and that much amount of money is quite big for me. I have to create returns also. They have nit refunded my money also.
      My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They’ve mentioned in the email that I breached their fair use policy and carefully read through every clause there. Despite being a law student, their email is very vague and does not point to anything that I did which led to my account being blocked. Moreover when i called the customer care, they said there is no alternative and even they dont know the reasons. A customer’s account can be blocked without being told which clause/policy condition was breached. And there is no mechanism to even take this up to the higher authorities. A myntra account not just has your number but your addresses card details and your personal data attached to it. There should be some recourse.

        Ordered a woodland wallet on myntra.com. received the package on[protected]. When I opened the myntra shopping bag the wallet box was empty. I called the customer care center they told me to wait for 3 days. Then I received a mail saying that my claim is declined. Now my trust has been broken. I want my money back. These stupid people does not respond to our complain. They delivered an empty box. How dare they put it into the shopping bag. Never going to shop on myntra. Not trust worthy.

          Hello,
          I am a regular user of Myntra and order from two different accounts for myntra. One is the [protected]@gmail.com and the other is [protected]@gmail.com. In the last few months, I have ordered a lot of things from Myntra however, there are times that once you order a product from Myntra in a few hours they lower the prices of the product so, naturally I am forced to create a return request and order from my alternate account. Now, because of these frequent returns they have blocked my account without any intimation. I even contacted customer care but no valid response from them. Please suggest what to do.
          I have a dress that was delivered today, it doesn't fit me and I have to return it, and now I can't. I need urgent help. Thanks.

            I had ordered a shoes pair from Myntra website which is not fit on the person.
            For last six days we have been following up with the customer care to get it collected but every time they reeponse that it would get collected within 24 hours with the mail confirmation.
            Till now we are only getting the rescheduling email and message from Myntra and no one is actually bothered of the customer pain.
            These people have blocked money and not returning the same.

            Would request to help us on getting the refund of our money.

              I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.. I have ordered 10 products and finally i got 4 products and after that they have locked my account without any reason.. If a call to customer care, they are not giving any solutions! All products are worth rs 13500 approx.
              My money is not a joke, i am helpless i am unable to access my account, please help me for unlocking my account..!!

                Myntra provides such a disgusting and time consuming services. I have placed a order of dressberry on 18 may, 2019. I received a defective product then i registered a complaint. They said to wait me till 27 may then i ll get notifications or emails but i didn't get anything then i called them again and again they asked me to wait till 30. This time i got email that they will schedule a visit of executive so that i ll get perfect purse. No one had come till that day to today but yes i got some messages like your delivery has been delay we will attempt tomorrow.

                I ordered that purse for eid but now it's just become a showpiece. Seriously disgusting services. I ll never buy anything from them. Nor theychecked product quality. Sometime i received used product... Very disappointed

                  I have been an icon customer of myntra.com, a regular buyer on myntra since it has been launched. And now they have blocked my account without any prior notice, i am not understanding why they have to do it and keep customer's money. I have almost 14000 rs/- in myntra credit. I have called on their customer care but they people are not able to tell any reason at all.

                  I just received an email that they are deactivating the account and all myntra credit is forfeited, No explanations. Customer care representative just say one thing ... we will resolve the issue in next 24 hours repeatedly everyday as they don't know anything. there is no other way to contact any person in myntra who can tell anything reasonable. what i am supposed to do.. let them eat up my money???

                    My account has been locked by myntra and they are not giving any valid reason for the same. I called the customer care on 3rd june and they asked me 24 hours to resolve the problem after 48 hours when i called them again they are asking for 24 hours more i dont know what is happening how do i place return request from the locked account

                      I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.in last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items. Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..in sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product. Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And today only i received products worth 35000 in which some products are not as per my expectation and i have to return them. Bt i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked. Plz help me in unlocking my account.

                        I have requested for exchange of puma men blue croatia idp sandal. I was in my office & my mother was there. He denied the exchange first, then told my mother to clear off the slight dirt which is on sole of the sandals. Then he asked my mother to wash it off. As soon as i came to know about this, i called him asking about his unprofessional & highly unacceptable behavior. He talked rudely & i am sorry to say myntra is using pathetic courier service. I will surely raise this issue. These people disrespect their customers & i want some stringent action so that it didn't happen to others. I would not like to continue my love for shopping on myntra after seeing how unproffesionally they deal with the customer request.

                          I am writing this for your quick attention to my issue which ongoing for a really long time. I have been following up with Myntra and ICICI bank on my issue for more than two months now, with no positive outcome.
                          Just to brief about the issue again, I have tried placing an order with Myntra on 31st of March 2019, which got failed but the amount of 2555 has been debited from my account. After following up with Myntra I was informed that since Myntra has not received the said amount of 2555 I was told to connect with my bank and get an email confirmation that amount 2555 has been credited to Myntra merchandise. As directed by Myntra, I reached out to my bank and got the required confirmation on email clearly stating that amount 2555 has been debited from my account and successfully credited to Myntra Merchandise. Now even after providing the necessary confirmation email from my bank, I was again given an reply that Myntra has not received the amount and I need to check with my bank. I m mentally tired to get my own money back . I m really tired calling Myntra
                          I seriously urge to please help me in getting track of my money. I m providing all the necessary-details about the order below, also attaching all the email conversations and my follow ups that will give you some insight of how much I m struggling to get back my own money.

                            Received wrong size when the shirt was redelivered after a quality check fail . Reply back to me at hardik.[protected]@gmail.com as the registered email id is not accessible. There is no price sticker(received in that condition) but the brand and myntra original tags are intact. Please provide a solution asap.

                              I had ordered for 3 t shirts out which one did not have tag at the first place. I wanted to return all 3. 2 got returned however third one gave lot issues. Pick up guy while taking said "no" due to tag missing and suggested to speak to customer care. I called customer care, they took complaint but did nothing. I called again, they took complaint again and arranged for pick up. I received email for return approved and right after that, got cancellation email. I called customer care and return request was taken however same was arranged for sunday for my office address. Return was failed. I called again and return was arranged again and this time pick up guy said, "return not approved". So, he refused to take it. I called customer care, explained my number of calls and issues in returning one tshirt. Guess what, this time they disconnected my call. The only feeling i have at this time is "disappointment". I have decided to not to shop from myntra again. I will miss shopping from myntra as this is the easiest way for me to shop but i will manage.                                 I ordered certain things from myntra and the same were out for delivery today, i. E. 4.06.2019. I received a call from the delivery guy who cpuld not understand any direction i tried to explaon. Then he had the audacity to shout at me and disconnect the call. Thereafter he himself cancelled the delivery and endored that i refuses to take delivery. I tried speaking to the customer care but i guess they are ths least helpful because they realise we have no place to complain about the customer care person. Best part was when i tried to cross check the contact no of the delivery guy with the myntra person the number they had registered was different from the one i received call from. This seems to be a modus operandi to evade any liabilty as all these people call from different numbers rather than from their registered numbers

                                  I have placed order worth rps 6500 first they send me a wrong product and locked my account i haven't recieved my product worth 3900 as i m not been able to login in my account i not been able to track it or create return request for the wrong product i called them many time they don't care i ordered tregging but recieve a wrong product of vero moda pullover the the invoice is clearly stating that the order is of someone else as the name of the person written on the invoice i m attaching the wrong product with the invoice and my mantra account is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I placed my order 22 may 2019 and still not delivered I'm very disappointed o[censored]r service. Please take action as soon as possible. This is worst app i will never order item again.
                                  I had cancelled 2 item worth 1520 rupees but I haven't get the refunded money in my account.order id[protected]-0942503
