This is regarding my below order :

Viari men black torino leather backpack
Placed on: 12 may 2019
Order no:[protected]-9021001 (Paid using credit card)
Incident: in[protected]

Note:

As per myntra the order has been delivered successfully. But i haven't received any package. I was at home all day long waiting for the delivery boy since the time i had got the sms (9:51 am 17 may) saying my package will arrive today. But after waiting this long at around 4:16 pm 17may i get a sms saying my package has been delivered after which in panic i called myntra customer support and spoke to 3 representatives.

A representative named muskan helped me out by sending the pdf of the signature which was done by the receiver.

This was a fraudulent signature. I am not sure who is the culprit here. It might be the delivery boy himself (Whose phone is still switched off) or could be the person who received it in spite of seeing the name & address on it. Whoever it is please track him down & fix the situation.

I have never been in this situation before with myntra.
All the other products of this order were delivered smoothly.
What happened to this one? Kindly assist me with this because this is not a small amount. We are talking about rs.7, 356 here. It's my hard earned money.

I was told that a complaint has been raised for the same and they will get back to me with a solution on 20th may 2019 but there is no major update since then. They are repeating the same thing again & again. Asking for 24 hrs more, 48 hrs more on every call without giving me any solution to this.

Possible solutions to this :

- find the person/address you guys have delivered the package to.
- find the courier guy who has delivered the package & question him
Or
- give me the refund of rs.7, 356
Or
- give me the same new backpack

Please fix this situation as soon as possible & provide a solution for it

Update :
Finally secured the package today. The delivery guy tracked it down ( He had kept it with some security guard inside the society) & delivered it to my door stop. All this was a result of lack of communication from the delivery boy. Unfortunately the backpack is different than what i had ordered :/ . So placed a return request now. Atleast I will get my money back.

Thanks to consumer complaints for the support & thanks to Myntra for answering all my queries & fixing this issue.
The order number[protected]-5135201 shows that it is shipped. And delivery date is 19May but the product is not yet delivered.Tried reaching the myntra customer care but not able to connect.

    I had purchased 2 earrings (Mia by tanishq) from myntra. One pair was inr 25490 and the other earring cost was inr 28, 930/-respectively. There was a return policy given by myntra. As soon i received the products, i raised a return request since i didn't like the both the products. Its been almost a month now and have been continuously calling up myntra to pick up the products and return my amount paid to them. I have been continuously calling and writing emails on the same. But myntra has been making some kind of excuses and till now haven't picked up the products. It has almost been a month and the amount of approx. Inr 54, 420/- is lying with myntra. It is a deficiency on their part that they have failed to pick up the products and not even returning my money. I have been through lots of mental harassment for the last one month as this is a huge amount and i doubt that they will be returning my money. I have been continuously chasing them through emails and phone calls but of no use. They are just fooling me and asking me to wait for 48 hours every time i chase them. This has been ongoing for a month. I am really harassed and now concerned on the money i spent on these products. Myntra has been very unprofessional and has been fooling customers on the return and refund. I also firmly believe both myntra and tanishq are hands in glove and both are playing fraudulently. I sincerely request you take this on urgent basis and help me in getting my refund as i have waited for the long and since its a huge amount and request you to penalize myntra for the harassment, if it is within your power.

      I had ordered a black leather shoe from myntra (Lc2159 black) on 6th may, 2019 (Order no:[protected]-6171403). The shoe that was delivered to me was a wrong product and instead of lc2159 black they sent me something else lc 2335 tan. I had immediately launched a return request on 13th and it got approved and was scheduled for a pick up on 14th. But on 14th when the pick up boy came he denied to pick it up saying the product is different, strange, i said him that the product will be different as you have delivered me a wrong product. If you deliver me a wrong product you can't expect to take back what originally i had ordered, so he replied there is no mention of that by myntra executive or customer care. I immediately talked to the customer support, they assured me they will pick it up within a few days. After 1 day on 15th of may, 2019 i got a sms and a e-mail saying it will be picked up within 5 days, but since then almost 7 days has passed and no one from myntra has come for a pick up. On contacting their customer care they made me to wait for almost 10 to 15 mins and then give a new date for pick up again, they said now it will be picked up within 7 days. I asked why the ick up date being postponed again and again? Why the product was not picked up as scheduled? Why it was denied twice even after approval? Why i am waiting for almost 15 days for a return? I got no reply. And their customer care kept on repeating the same thing again and again. My question is why did you sent me a wrong product? And i[censored] hv sent so then why are u not taking it back and refunding my money as approved by you? And why are you postponing the pick up by putting dates after dates? I had requested a call back by myntra on this too, they show that they will call back within 2 to 3 mins but it has been 2 to 3 hours but no one has called back till now. So are you people playing some prank on your customer? By sending the wrong product, getting it approved for pick up, then by not picking it up, and giving dates after dates again. The screenshots attached here explains everything. Myntra promises easy return if requested by the customer, but now everyone should know how they harass their customer for a pick up. They talk so big on tv commercials and now see this is the reality.

        I placed an order on myntra app of samsung unisex pink active wireless earphone on 17 may 2019 and for which i made the payment of 3126 by my credit card. The package got delivered next day on 18th may 2019, but when i opened it i was shocked to see that the product was missing inside, i received an empty box of earphones. I directly made a call to myntra support and informed them about the incident within 10 minutes, i got their revert on 22 may 2019, declining my claim. This is my worst experience with myntra, i'm a regular user of myntra since last 3 years still i got no proper response from their end. The details of the order is given below, please help me in this case as support is not ready to respond.

          I ordered a pair of Puma man navy stance sport sandals for ₹1946 on dated 24 april 2019. Order no. is[protected]-3558303. Bar code no.[protected].
          But I got the cheaper product of some other company. I tried to return the product the delivery man considered it as product mismatch. Further I tried to send Bar code on myntra's mail-id but it couldn't be delivered due to recipients mail inbox full.
          Kindly return my money.

            Since yesterday we were trying to login in our account but it failed. We made complaint. They told us to update app and try forgot password. By that time my cart was showing with my myntra insider elite member account. But thereafter suddenly we got email of my account suspended. We immediately contacted customers care, maahima was speaking, she told she don't have any information. I asked her to talk to senior management. First she told me to hold, then she told to wait for 24 hours. Then they ask for proof of add money. We gave that also. Now they say wait for another 72 hours. What we have to do.

              This is with reference to my order #[protected]-3925103. I had ordered a three-piece suit (Waist coat, blazer and trousers) from myntra.com worth rs. 8064 on 10th april, 2019. The suit was not a good fit, so i opted for exchange and replacement for a larger size. The delivery man took the order and gave the exchange at the same time. However, when we checked the replacement, we found out that it was incomplete. It only had the blazer (Waist coat and trouser were missing). I applied for return and replacement of this incomplete order right at the moment. The delivery guy who came for the pick up next day denied to take the item saying that it was incomplete and asked us to contact myntra customer care. On speaking with the customer care, they acknowledged our request and reopened our pickup request. The delivery guy came to our house and picked up the incomplete order. However, for several days, the myntra app showed “pickup failed” status. We then got a call from the delivery agency saying that the incomplete order which they had picked up has not been accepted by myntra and it will be returned back to us. However, we refused to accept this incomplete order.in the meantime, myntra also deactivated my account without any prior warning as a result of which i was unable to track the order or take any further action. After some days, i got a call from myntra saying that that the incomplete order had “failed to meet quality standards” which myntra cannot accept and we must accept this incomplete and faulty order or they will close the case as "resolved”. We said that this is not acceptable to us, but myntra said that this is their final resolution and they will neither be able to refund us the amount nor give us the complete order which i paid for. As of now, we have not heard from myntra and not even received the incomplete order. I sense there is some kind of foul play by the myntra operations team and want this case to be duly investigated.

                I have returned the 3 products (2 t shirts and 1 jeans) that i have bought in myntra.com but i have got only refund for one t shirt. I was in need of money but they didn't gave my refund money for which i have to suffer mental tension. I have bought nearly 10, 000/-rs dresses from myntra.com online shopping yet they troubled me a lot. I kindly request you to take action on the company for the suffer i faced because of them.

                  I ordered a dress brand name is westclo, it was a dress with belt.. But yesterday 20/5/19 i received this product without belt, so then after i immediately wrote a return request... And the reason was... (Product received but not attached belt), myntra delivery boy came & told me that this product is not acceptable because... His return option wasn't mentioned in his mobile... When i called customer service they hold my call kept me waiting for a long time & ask lot of questions... I said, that the product is unused, and everything is fine only belt was not received... But he continuously asked me same question... Tremendous customer executive... At last i told him that... I don't want any money return, please return the product... Because they were making harrassed me for returning the money very worst customer service... This is my last shopping with myntra... I liked myntra but not now after this worst experience...

                    Ordered 2 footwear on 14may 2019. Was to be delivered by 19th may. Customer support says they do not have escalation matrix to escalate. I will have to wait for another 3 days from today to get the product. Cannot refund my money until products are delivered, i must cancel it in app, return the product and wait for 7 working days after return. So basically almost ₹2300 is gone.

                    1680 myntra credits were used by someone else who is not known to me. The phone number is someone else's, while email id is mine. But someone has hacked my account and used credits.

                    Kindly help me investigate this and get my myntra credits back.
                    Someone used my Myntra credit and made a purchase . I called customer care at Myntra . They did nothing to address my issue instead suggested me to go to police for cyber crime . This is ridiculous as people don't shop online to get into such matters. I want refund . I am attaching the order which was not made by me . Plz HELP!
                    I order 3 products from Myntra but not received as they have updated that customer refused to take..but the truth is that I don't get any message or call regarding my order and my money not refunded by Myntra

                      The courier boy came to pickup my product and he took the product away with him but in the evening i got the update that ur pickup has not been done .. so i called the courier boy then he told me that we have not updated the pickup because the pickup location is different from delivery location which is totally absurd.. few minutes later i was not able to login and a error message was being displayed on the screen that ur id has been locked ...
                      Now my 20000 rupees is pending with myntra and i want my refund as soon as possible
                      I haven't done anything wrong returned the same original product still they locked the id.. all i wnat is my refund as soon as possible

                        I had been a regular customer of myntra since 5 years almost. Recently i had ordered a t-shirt on cod. The price was as shown 849- “total”
                        The package betrays 998/-.
                        As i received the package, i called the customer care, the first woman dropped the call on my face, subtly a bizzare behaviour, if am not wrong. Then again i requested a call back, that lady told me about the shipping charges, she was polite though.
                        But why isn’t it showing on the app.
                        Why did i have to pay more than what i was asked for if the app is showing just 849/-.

                          Since i will be out of town from 22nd may, kindly deliver the items on 21st may if possible

                          I ordered an trouseres in myntra worth of 996rs and I returned it because of quality issue.they said refund will credit to my account with in 10 day.those days are also over but till now refund is not credited
                          I ordered from Myntra and made payment using Mobikwik wallet worth ₹2349. The amount was debited from the account but no order was made.
                          My order was canceled, sending me mail that my safari bag which was ordered at rs 2910 was not in stock, but the same item is available in store at rs 5483, and they are telling me to make a fresh order and not ready to listen any and for proof I placed a fresh order at rs 5483

                            It’s been more than 10 days but my refund payment is not reflecting in my bank account and i have contacted to my bank account too. But my refund payment is not there.

                            Its too late my order has been delaying, I want you to reply me about my order updates, otherwise dont let me cancel my order and jump over myntra, are you [censored]ing kidding me, why the hell are you are delivering my orders, as I need it very urgently, your service is very poor.
                            I returned a baggit wallet and it got picked but didn't get the cash back on myntra credit. I got a mail sayind it failed the quality test but I didn't used it.no further action is taken nor i got any mail. Return number is [protected].
                            Please do something about it the wallet costed 1050 rupees . Now i lost both the wallet the money

                              I had placed an order magenta alba capri but instead i received the same in red colour against order id[protected]-2385301. Upon receipt of the same i had placed a return request on the grounds that wrong product has been delivered.

                              The return order was picked up by the courier guy after checking of the product and bar code and the same was informed to him also that i have ordered red magenta colour but the same was delivered in red that's why i am returning this order. He duly picked up the same on 29th april, 2019.
                              After few days i got an email that my return order has been put on hold for some reasons. Upon calling the customer care team it was informed to me that the order was put on hold on the grounds that the customer has not returned the actual product i. E. The capri in magenta colour.

                              This is logical application of mind that the product which i have not received, how can i return that particular product. How can they expect me to return the capri in magenta colour which was never delivered to me.

                              At that time, the customer care team assured me that the complaint has been lodged against refund and the same will be resolved in 03 days. Post that i had not received even a single e-mail, call from customer care on my issue.

                              I had called several time on 9th may, 15th may, 17th may & 20th may and everytime it is being told that within 24 hours the issue will be resolved. Not even a single customer care official has bothered to call me on my issue. Today also i called and the same response was given that issue is under escalation and the same will be resolved within next 03 days.

                              Myntra is literally harassing its customers for illogical reasons. Along with the refund on my order i want a compensation on mental harassment. The customer care team is highly irresponsible and they don’t bother at all to keep the customer posted on the issues.

                                I am moving to canada and having my flight on 24th of may 2019
                                But i have ordered the product and it's showing something around 26 may 2019.
                                If possible can you please courier the parcel asap, any extra charges will be paid by us. If done it will be damn awesome taking out the products with us one last time.

                                  Hi, i placed a return request and the product was picked up on 17th may. Return item for mytri women red embroidered straight kurta (Return no. : [protected]).
                                  It's beyond 3 days now and i have not yet received the refund. According to your refund policy the money takes just a day to get credited in the myntra account, however the same is yet not reflecting. I also raised this concern to your myntra executive who promised me quick actions and a return mail on the same. But i am yet to receive the email as well as the refund amount. I'm a regular myntra user, however this incident has left me very disappointed.

I raised a complaint on 16 may against this problem they give timeline 18 th may but still I didn’t receive it. Still they are asking for next 24 hours.                                       This is not true I have placed return request to make sure that this product needs to be picked today without even contacting me how can myntra send me this message.

                                      To very the same I called myntra executive and his behavior was rude. Worst experience with myntra

                                        I've ordered a kurta on myntra (Order no.[protected]-4923001) and it was delivered on time, but i have found a tear at the back side bottom as you can see in the picture attached. The product is unused and unwashed and i have the tags intact, but l have thrown the package in which it got delivered. So, after placing an exchange request (Order no.[protected]-2761203), the product was not exchanged. I have called their consumer support and hope you will consider this problem and exchange the damaged product or refund the money as soon as possible.
