I have placed an order of NIKE shoes as on 19th Oct;2012 vide your order no.4179121.

Please note that payment of the same was also made through debit card. Against the same I have get Doc.No.[protected] of Bluedart courier.Parcel of the same is received at Bluedart Jamnagar on 23.10.2012.

But very sorry to inform to you that till today i.e. 25.10.2012, I have not received above item at my residence.Today morning Bluedart inform me that they are deliverying the parcel.

However in eve they informs me that they will deliver the same whenever they will get time by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

    Hi, I am kind of internet shopaholic person. I have tried many e-comm sites like yebhi, flipkart, jabong, used their payment services like internet payment, COD services from time to time.

    Yesterday I have going through shoes section on MYNTRA.COM, liked one shoes there, but I was not sure about size, that's why I have ordered 2 consecutive numbers.

    I have received both the consignment on the very next day, asked their executive, can I try before buy, He REFUSED THAT IF YOU TRY IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCT**(also confirmed from their customer care)**. IN CASE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM & POST IT TO THEIR COMPANY. AFTER CHECKING THE EVERYTHING (USED/UNUSED) THEY WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY IN TERMS OF MYNTRA COUPON OR THEY WILL SEND YOUR MONEY IN YOUR A/C ,FOR THAT YOU HAVE TO MAIL THEM. AND ALL THIS PROCESS WILL GONNA TAKE 1 MONTH TIME.

    Somedays ago I have ordered 2 watches from jabong.com of worth 8K/watch, I was not sure about their actual look on my hand that why I have ordered them both, & received the consignment on next day, their executive opened the pack of both watch & I tried the both & purchased the favorite one.

    I'm having the same experience with yebhi as well.


    Now after hearing all this long slow process, I was feeling very exhausted & returned product without purchasing. I think, this was my worst user experience with MYNTRA.COM.

    **So all my online friend if you want flexibility, I will suggest you, do not go for this site.**

    If you are sure about the product & Interest Only then you can go for it, otherwise not.

      I had ordered a product from the online shopping website, www.myntra.com on 31st of august 2012. (Order no. 3756471)
      But my ordered product have been delivered to some person unknown to me. I have complained repeatedly to myntra customer care about this problem and they have been telling me that my problem will be solved and they will investigate about the misplaced product. But its been more than 40 days now and the response from them is highly unsatisfactory. Kindly help me in this matter.

        I Purchased U.S. POLO ASSN. MEN BROWN SANDALS at INR.1699 in myntra on July 20th (order no.3364460) and received on 24th July.

        Usually rarely I use sandals , I used the above sandals for few times a, Now upper layer start torn which looks very ugly and also above sandal is not comfortable to wear for long time.

        just for using few times it torn off...surely item must be duplicate which is sold to me by myntra or U.S. POLO brand is making low quality sandals for INR.1699!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I called myntra and shared my experience,they said mail my problem and mailed.I got only automated reply but no followup to my issues.

        really i don't have patience to call them to resolve my issues instead i wrote my experience it may be use full for online shoppers.

        also i attached my sandal's snapshot after using few times...now sandal have become still worst. definitely if i bought this in show room ,may be i will be not facing this problem.

        think before shopping in online. enjoy ur shopping offline

        i am a regular customer of myntra, last month i bought a lee cooper slipper and woodland shoe together, i started using it just twenty days back, its becoming whiteish at the bottom area, i have sent the picture, pls consider and plan to replace, really i am worried as i recommened lot of my kodaikanal friends to purchase tro myntra. pls do the needful, thankyou

          Hi, on 12th sep " You have made Debit Card Purchase of INR 6691.81 on 12th September Info: VIN*MYNTRA.COM"

          But i had not made any purchase from this web site its a fraud purchase from my debit card I had complain to bank and they had blocked my debit card also ,

          However i informed this to myntra.com and requested them to stop this transaction. I follow up for many time by call & by mail. And every time they had given me assurance that you will get your money.

          on 13th night they sent me mail as asking me my account detail to proceed further and on 14th morning i replied them also with detail, that time also after this mail i had again request them by mail & call that they have given me same assurance if its froud u will get positive reply.

          But on 15th i had revived mail form myntra.com as below:

          wish to inform you that, the order was placed on 12th September and the same was delivered today before some time to customer. Hence we will be unable to stop the delivery and process refund.

          Here are the details :

            Your so called motto on your website “We are committed to delivering the best online shopping experience imaginable” should be “We are 100 % committed to delivering the WORST online shopping experience Unimaginable”
            This was my first and last experience with you people and your service is worst then any of the online shopping sites
            Below is my experience with you all
            1. Order no 3692214 dated 23/08/12 Skechers Men Silver Sports Shoes Size 9(US 10) this I got on 26/08/12 and I received Skechers Women Silver Sports shoes size 7(US10). I called up customer support and after a long fight that I am not going to go thru the hazels of couriering the product to you and after speaking to a senior executive MS. Bhavya she arranged for the pickup and assured me that if I place the order again she will make sure the right size comes in.
            2. Order no 3713115 Placed on 26/08/12 after assurance by Ms. Bhavya, Skechers Men Silver Sports Shoes Size 9(US 10) I got it on 29/08/12 again it was Skechers Women Silver Sports shoes size 7(US10) I called customer care and asked specifically for Ms. Bhavya she was not their some Amit came on line and after taking all details he said he will call me after checking with warehouse manager after that i called him twice since his call didn’t come and both times he was in some meeting. Then next day Ms. Bhavya called up and said they still haven’t been able to understand what the problem is and will get back to me. On 31/08/12 She calls me and said it was some Product code entry which was done by mistake and they have rectified it and said please place your order again and while on the phone with her I placed my order in 2mins order no 3757160 dated 31/08/12 and I give her this number and she assured me you will get the product in couple of days. BOOM in couple of hours i get any email that my order is cancelled and I speak with her and she said we don’t have stock, then why the hell she told me to place the order again. And till date the order which was delivered on 29th has not be picked up by Myntra.

              I ordered a Nike bag and Adidas bag from Myntra.com and both of them turned out to be absolute fakes. They had the fake nike price tag but when I tore open the price tag, all the details were written in chinese and the product also looked extremely fake up close to me. I have used Nike and Adidas before and I would know what the original looks like. Even Googling the originals can help.
              Also, they claim to not take returns if the price tag has been removed and even if they accept returns, they do not refund in cash just add it as credits to your Myntra account so if you wanna retrieve your money you will probably have to purchase another fake item since 90% of Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc items are fake on it. Terrible website and I'm never going to place another order there again.

                They have send cheap & old stock to me,which were worn out and lost color in the first wash itself.
                I have been chasing a refund of s 315 for the past 1 month,with numerous calls and mails,still not
                received and to my surprise they finally said the refund has already gone to bank account,which
                has never come to my bank account.
                I have also spoken to a manager named Richard,who was very rude and unhelpful,after speaking
                for 40minutes,i was tread as if i was lying to them regarding the refund and i was asked to send my
                bank statement to confirm the amount has not gone into my account.

                It was a hell of a nightmare with them and service sucks,
                in spite of shopping worth 6k in the past few months
                they were just not bothered and dont care.

                Pls advise on the same to take it further.

                  I'm Vishnu.S,from Aluva. I had a complaint that I demand a wildcraft backpack & a set of f5 deos from myntra on 01/08/2012. but i didn't get it yet(11/08/2012).my order number was 3491521.i recieved the conformation message from myntra that "your order3491521 has been placed successfully" & "your order tracking code is [protected]" on 01/08/2012 itself.Next day(02/08/2012) i recieved a message from "LM-BluDrt" that"Your order from myntra will reach you thru Blue Dart vide awb [protected] on or after 04-AUG-12. Kindly keep Rs.1094 ready in cash".As their advertise ment states i waited for 7 days & call the customer care on"[protected]".and submit my complainton 08/08/2012.Then they replied that it will reach you before 72 hrs.But I didnt get it yet(11/08/2012).so my advice to customers is "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON MYNTRA".

                    I made an order on Myntra.com Order No. 3207245 for a arrow ladies t-shirt,a ladies top and an adidas track suit. Order was delivered on time but the quality of the material was very very poor. None of the three items look genuine, one wash and all the items have gone from poor to worst. What is the point in showing as genuine items and selling cheap imitations in name of original & branded items? Will Never make a purchase again from Myntra.com.

[protected] of SBI , the product rate was Rs. 2731/- but the amount deducted was Rs. 8193/- & the excess amount was Rs. 5462/- I request you to refer transaction no.3231821 and please credit back Rs. 5462/- (which was deducted extra) to the mentioned account number of SBI as soon as possible.

                      i have faced same cheating from Myntra.
                      They had deducted 1755 for a bag from my icici account on 16th june and then on 17th june said that product is out of stock and said that money will remain in my Myntra cashback account . Then i asked them to credit the money to my debit account from which amount had been deducted. They closed my complaint on 19th june saying that amount has been transferred and will reach me in 7 working days.
                      I checked my account in mid-july but the amount had still not been credited. I lodged a complaint with their customer care and they said they will get back but 3 days later I only got a mail that the order had been closed. I called them repeatedly after that and they kept on saying that they have paid the money and I should contact my bank. They even gave a screenshot that they have paid the money- the refund date in the screenshot showed 3rd August which they said was a software bug and they had paid the money long back. I then threatened to take them to court and finally yesterday my money got credited.

                        i vikas mahendra yadav have a ordered a shoe worth RS 1399 from myntra.com who's order no is - 2893730 and the shoe was delivered to me on 26th may 2012 but they delivered me some different shoes and not the shoes which i have ordered. so i returned the shoe to myntra.com by professional courier and the product was delivered to myntra.com on 4th of june 2012 and i even emailed them the prof of delivery of the product to them.the tracking id of the courier is SLV535334 BUT still they have'nt return my money. i am even sending you the prof of delivery
                        sir, i request you to see the situation and help me get my money back . i have even called myntra many times and wasted lots of money in calling them but they do not reposnd well. pls sir help me

                        Good Evening
                        After a lot of calling, talking and mail exchange with Myntra I am saddened and writing this here.
                        I had ordered for a pair of shoes from Myntra. The shoes cost me 1996/-
                        Order ID # 1152137 [protected].
                        I received the shoes Mid Sep 2020 and since then I am struggling with the exchange.

                        I had an issue with the size so I raised return request. However, when the agent came for return collection he stated that there are some spots on the shoe and that he cannot take it back. He requested me to raise this matter to the Customer Support. So I did. Post explaining the issue and also sending the photographs the Cust Support is not agreeing to the request I made and one of the agents uploaded the issue as Product Tag missing. So instead of dealing with the size and defect the whole matter resolved around Tag missing. I then again sent all photographs and close up shots of all tags it came with. I have stated time and again that the SHOES CAME WITH THE SPOTS AND THE TAGS IT CAME WITH ARE STILL INTACT. I have raised close to four complaints and exchanged more than 10-12 messages and spoken to 4-5 Cust Care Executives, but all in vain.

                        Please help me solve this issue.
                        As I have had a really horrible experience I would like to state that I would probably bot be associated with Myntra for my future purchases. However, I cannot let my hard earned money go waste. I would either request a RETURN or REFUND.
                        PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

                          I placed an order for a wrangler t shirt and i received the product and found out that it was not genuine,i have attached the picture as a proof that is a fake. The t shirt button spelling is "wrongler" instead of "wrangler" this is so sad,we pay our money and feel very sad to get products like this.myntra is worst ever.

                            I ordered some products bearing order no. 3056332 from myntra.com at some discounted deal of 20 or 25 % approx. with an additional discount coupon of rs 500. 13 days back. Today i got a response from them that my order is shipped back. On corespondance each representative tells a different story ; one says that your order was held by sales tax department as some documentation was not completed by the company, other one says it was due to some shipping problem. Now myntra.com is telling to place a fresh order of the same but will not get any discount. This way i am feeling CHEATED by myntra.com

                            My order number "2975866" was shipped on 6 jun 2012 through First Flight courier "F11729777" but till date I have not received the order but on Myntra site it is showing that it is being delivered on 19.06.2012.

                            The biggest mistake I have done that I have placed an order on Myntra which is using the worst courier service the First Flight.


                            I was following for the same with myntra but they don't reply properly. Myntra is playing with our money and time.
                            I have ordered three shirts from myntra.com on 19/04/2014 with order id 11791827. I have paid through online banking and they haven't delivered the product yet. I have contacted the customer care several times, they asked me to wait for five days whenever i complaint.please reverse my payment...

                              Never use Myntra.com. I used it to gift a beloved friend. They delivered a damaged dress - torn on one of the sides (clearly shows they sell seconds material) When I asked what they can do to resolve the issue - they said they will take it back and after checking it return a money voucher to me. Who cares about the money! They will take the gift back? That is the best they can do? Do they even know what a gift means?

                              And after this complaint was posted on their facebook page wall, they were deleting it to avoid other customers from seeing it.
                              Today this type of issue is happening more and more in e-commerce site. I think company were solve this problem to check before sending product because this trick reduce more formality for transport or any other transaction in company and also customer also get good product.

                                I Rohit Chandani, first time user of your online shopping service, ordered a black colour converse shoe from your website portal on 31st may, Today i received the product thru a delivery executive of an courier service company, he asked me to pay the bill for the product, as i came back to get my cash, by-chance i opened the product and saw that the shoe was of size 11, whereas i ordered for size 10. And the executive told me that i was not supposed to check the product, and pay the amount to him, is this the way your company functions?. So therefore i dint accepted the product and sended it back, but the delivery boy denied to take it back due to some of your terms and conditions with them. But i dint accepted the product nor did i payed for it, as why should i pay for a product which is of no use for me. I have been a frequent user for many other online shopping sites, but never faced such an problem, can you relaize what mind set would i have developed for your online portal, i feel cheated. Wanted you to know the incident. My order no is 2926912. And i dont care that you deliver me the product now or not, but i have an condition on my side, that i will except and pay for the product only after checking that whether the product is of the ordered size and in good shape, otherwise i wont. I cant accept the product and pay for it without having a look at it. And the experience i had today with your portal has disappointed me a lot, and i feel cheated by your company.

First time i ordered any product that is FILA men black roller shoes(PRODUCT CODE: 73959)to your shopping service and when i opened the product i found some AWIA brand cloth type shoe in FILA men black roller shoes box. my order no. was 4465679. I made a call to your customer care and reported about this matter and they told me to send the packet to nearest service that is KOLKATA and so i did. i have sent the courier via BLUE DART and the courier no is [protected]. my complaint no. or return no. is 196297. I am very disappointed with your this service.

                                So I request you to send me my ordered shoes as soon as possible and don't let me to disappoint again and feel cheated by your company myntra.com

                                  Hi,
                                  i would like to file a complain against myntra.com. i had purchase a shoe from myntra.com, i got it with in 4 days of my online order (Order No: 2731915). But after i found some problem with the shoe material and i want to return that. When i call the customer care, they told me that they will return my shoe but they dont have any pickp service from pune, they have only in Bangalore and Delhi. So in that case i have to send the consignment through any courier service and they will give only 100 myntra credit to my account. But when i check with the courier service they charge me around 300 rupees. So i call the customer care once again and they told me that in any case they will just return only 100 credit points to my account. And after having a long discussion with their manager finnaly they agree to refund the courier charge.. but interms of myntra credit points. that means i have to purchase something with those points.

                                  I strongly disagree to this, why should i be refunded the courier charge interms of myntra credit points??? This is a complete cheating by these guys.. they have a very poor customer service. Since in india the online purchase dont have any standard policies these people taking advantage of this.
                                  i have placed an order of 1039 but when i received the order they charged me 1299...what is this they are totally cheating their customers with such a poor service

                                  i placed for a return once again(for 3rd time). but no one came to pick it.but i'm getting messages that "the item was attempted for collection but we did'n't reccieve". help me quickly my 30 days return policy is going to complete

                                    I had planned to buy a pair of shoes and after searching for sometime I found an enticing offer by myntra and I paid them the money upfront.Then started my never ending nightmare of first online experience in India.For 3 days the website had no information about the shipment after spending another 3 days with calls and receiving false promises of call backs and lies finally got in touch with a lead in their office who promised a solution for the whole scenario in a mail to me.Once again it didnt happen so finally I had to speak to him again.He had an excuse for failing on delivery of the mail stating he was busy.Now I got it cancelled already over the call(which earlier wasnt possible as the shipment had left the warehouse) and sent a mail to their escalation departments.

                                    The only impressive thing about the organization is the turn around time of this department.I thought they would understand and resolve the issue BUT AGAIN adding to the misery they insist me to take the order which happens to be cancelled again and again.So am unaware if I would get the money back or will I be forced to Keep something which I have already got cancelled.

                                    PATHETIC,USELESS,I still keep wasting time thinking this would lead somewhere..Damn...

                                    I had ordered a pair of Nike shoes from these cheats. They have not called us up and landed up at our place when nobody was there. Whether they brought the shoes, I am not aware. The courier person called me from my apartment and confirmed that he would come next day. WE have been waiting and nothing happens. Then I get a mail saying that courier could not find my place and returned the item, though he called me from my place on the first day.Now they want me to reorder and the prices have been increased by 30% and insist that I pay the new prices. Talk Very sweetly and hundred 'sorry's can be heard without solving any problem.
                                    I have ordered a pair of sandals from myntra, but they were oversized with bad quality when i got the product . I initiated the return keeping size problem as reason.But when myntra person come to pickup the return he
                                    refused to take it and said the product has bad quality and pick up reason is different.
                                    I kept writing mailes to myntra team about this and tell them how one can use an oversize shoes. Initially they asked me to send the images of the product . I have send them around 12-13 images .
                                    But all in vain. A bad product cost me 1100 rs. And now the myntra people are just returning their
                                    standard mails. They are saying that product must have failed quality check if it would have been a
                                    bad product, I just want to ask is there quality checks are 100% accurate every single time.

                                    Kindly let me know how i can proceed further on this issue and get my money back or a better product.
                                    Clearly, Myntra is one of the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. One understands that issues can happen and mistakes are made by humans. But to sit on those idle, refuse to take action and be utterly irresponsible, is just bad management.

                                    We ordered a certain set of products and were delivered a different set of products . That was about 2 weeks back and for last 2 weeks, we've written about 2 dozen emails and may be 20 - 25 phone calls to an STD number (Bangalore - 080) costing us probably hundreds of rupees in just phone calls.

                                    They don't think they made the mistake .. they want us to PROVE that we've got wrong products ... they would do only return and no replacement ... And return can not be organized because E-kart guys are either busy or something !!! The List GOES ON !!!

                                    For anyone in Myntra who's not sleeping and actually wants to earn his salary - here's the incident #[protected]

                                    Refund pending for more than Two months now

                                    Urgent action required. A refund amount of 1600 pending. Account details have already been provided but still there's no reply.

                                      I have purchased 5 t-shirts, I have worn one of them to a party. After party while am folding it I found a defect at the back of right sleeve,actually cloth is damaged at stitching, cloth is torn at stitching.I reported to myntra, they took almost one week time and replied me that please send the product with original stickers, tags,and covers,I spoke to them that I dont have the tag and of course I worn it once, astonishingly what they said that is you have to check each and every corner of the product after you purchase it. Is it possible to any human being to check everything.Their answer just shows lack of confidence in their quality, after this incident I checked each and every t-shirt thoroughly, I have found an dangerous fact that every product that was purchased on discount is some how damaged and defective.

                                      Response that I got when I called myntracc is....
                                      I called myntra CC for knowing the status of defective product, in our argument he indirectly said that t-shirt is not shoes which may be found defective after using, I got to know why he said that, my first purchase in myntra is fila shoe which are damaged in one and half month itself, that time I was refunded after lot of calls and emails. I wish to say that I will return every single product if I find them defective, actually I felt it was my right, but the situation here is making us to feel embarrassed to share truth. I deeply regret to say that we are here to purchase 100% genuine and quality products but not to fight with u for quality.
                                      Recently I purchased playboy socks, found them defective.

                                      My suggestion to viewers is be aware of purchasing on sale products in myntra.

                                      Myntra are good. I've made tons of orders and haven't had a single problem!
                                      Myntra is too good. best returns/exchange policy. never faced any problem. can return the product or get it exchanged for correct size with a click of a button. dont even email or call them. and in case of wrong size, its so handy that they come home with new size and u return the old size. what a breeze!

                                      I bought a buckaroo shoes on 22nd jan 2015 worth Rs.2308 and wore it for say 15 to 20 times n now the stitches are coming out and even the leather is tearing down as well..

                                      I have been listening the same thing since last 3 days without getting any result. Have some ethics and morality guys. And i have noticed in your fb page that there are other customers like me who are facing the same problem but you guys are not payig any kind of attention to that.. Just sending a mail saying you will escalate the problem and saying sorry for the inconvinience doesnt solve my problem. And I have been buying from MYNTRA for so long and i thought that it had the best service in India. But after I faced this issue and your failure of solving my problem has made one thing certain that MYNTRA cant be trusted.. Hats off to you guys.

                                      You just sell the product and if any issues arises you keep delaying and even decline the request..How much time should I waste on you so that you would actually listen and work on it..

                                      All you say that the product was successfully checked.. Then why the hell there was a hole in it.. How can anyone trust you!!!

                                      Now a mail will come saying that you are sorry and all blah blah blah.. If at all you are sorry then fix the issue right now.. I want my money back else take back your curtain...

                                        If you want to be cheated , please buy from myntra. All the products shipped are fake and old stock. 2 weeks back , i bought Franco Leon shoes for 2385/-, brand new shoes no discount given. After receiving


                                        the product, the shoe broke in 30 minutes o[censored]sages. WHen i returned the product, Myntra is not willing to accept and refund. EVen though product was returned in 2 days , they arenot accepting. CUstomer care is the worst, never respond or reply.

                                        Never ever think of Myntra..Cheaters and non-customer friendly people
