I had planned to buy a pair of shoes and after searching for sometime I found an enticing offer by myntra and I paid them the money upfront.Then started my never ending nightmare of first online experience in India.For 3 days the website had no information about the shipment after spending another 3 days with calls and receiving false promises of call backs and lies finally got in touch with a lead in their office who promised a solution for the whole scenario in a mail to me.Once again it didnt happen so finally I had to speak to him again.He had an excuse for failing on delivery of the mail stating he was busy.Now I got it cancelled already over the call(which earlier wasnt possible as the shipment had left the warehouse) and sent a mail to their escalation departments.

The only impressive thing about the organization is the turn around time of this department.I thought they would understand and resolve the issue BUT AGAIN adding to the misery they insist me to take the order which happens to be cancelled again and again.So am unaware if I would get the money back or will I be forced to Keep something which I have already got cancelled.

PATHETIC,USELESS,I still keep wasting time thinking this would lead somewhere..Damn...

I had ordered a pair of Nike shoes from these cheats. They have not called us up and landed up at our place when nobody was there. Whether they brought the shoes, I am not aware. The courier person called me from my apartment and confirmed that he would come next day. WE have been waiting and nothing happens. Then I get a mail saying that courier could not find my place and returned the item, though he called me from my place on the first day.Now they want me to reorder and the prices have been increased by 30% and insist that I pay the new prices. Talk Very sweetly and hundred 'sorry's can be heard without solving any problem.
I have ordered a pair of sandals from myntra, but they were oversized with bad quality when i got the product . I initiated the return keeping size problem as reason.But when myntra person come to pickup the return he
refused to take it and said the product has bad quality and pick up reason is different.
I kept writing mailes to myntra team about this and tell them how one can use an oversize shoes. Initially they asked me to send the images of the product . I have send them around 12-13 images .
But all in vain. A bad product cost me 1100 rs. And now the myntra people are just returning their
standard mails. They are saying that product must have failed quality check if it would have been a
bad product, I just want to ask is there quality checks are 100% accurate every single time.

Kindly let me know how i can proceed further on this issue and get my money back or a better product.
Clearly, Myntra is one of the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. One understands that issues can happen and mistakes are made by humans. But to sit on those idle, refuse to take action and be utterly irresponsible, is just bad management.

We ordered a certain set of products and were delivered a different set of products . That was about 2 weeks back and for last 2 weeks, we've written about 2 dozen emails and may be 20 - 25 phone calls to an STD number (Bangalore - 080) costing us probably hundreds of rupees in just phone calls.

They don't think they made the mistake .. they want us to PROVE that we've got wrong products ... they would do only return and no replacement ... And return can not be organized because E-kart guys are either busy or something !!! The List GOES ON !!!

For anyone in Myntra who's not sleeping and actually wants to earn his salary - here's the incident #[protected]

Refund pending for more than Two months now

Urgent action required. A refund amount of 1600 pending. Account details have already been provided but still there's no reply.

    I have purchased 5 t-shirts, I have worn one of them to a party. After party while am folding it I found a defect at the back of right sleeve,actually cloth is damaged at stitching, cloth is torn at stitching.I reported to myntra, they took almost one week time and replied me that please send the product with original stickers, tags,and covers,I spoke to them that I dont have the tag and of course I worn it once, astonishingly what they said that is you have to check each and every corner of the product after you purchase it. Is it possible to any human being to check everything.Their answer just shows lack of confidence in their quality, after this incident I checked each and every t-shirt thoroughly, I have found an dangerous fact that every product that was purchased on discount is some how damaged and defective.

    Response that I got when I called myntracc is....
    I called myntra CC for knowing the status of defective product, in our argument he indirectly said that t-shirt is not shoes which may be found defective after using, I got to know why he said that, my first purchase in myntra is fila shoe which are damaged in one and half month itself, that time I was refunded after lot of calls and emails. I wish to say that I will return every single product if I find them defective, actually I felt it was my right, but the situation here is making us to feel embarrassed to share truth. I deeply regret to say that we are here to purchase 100% genuine and quality products but not to fight with u for quality.
    Recently I purchased playboy socks, found them defective.

    My suggestion to viewers is be aware of purchasing on sale products in myntra.

    Myntra are good. I've made tons of orders and haven't had a single problem!
    Myntra is too good. best returns/exchange policy. never faced any problem. can return the product or get it exchanged for correct size with a click of a button. dont even email or call them. and in case of wrong size, its so handy that they come home with new size and u return the old size. what a breeze!

    Myntra.com — poor product quality

    I bought a buckaroo shoes on 22nd jan 2015 worth Rs.2308 and wore it for say 15 to 20 times n now the stitches are coming out and even the leather is tearing down as well..

    I have been listening the same thing since last 3 days without getting any result. Have some ethics and morality guys. And i have noticed in your fb page that there are other customers like me who are facing the same problem but you guys are not payig any kind of attention to that.. Just sending a mail saying you will escalate the problem and saying sorry for the inconvinience doesnt solve my problem. And I have been buying from MYNTRA for so long and i thought that it had the best service in India. But after I faced this issue and your failure of solving my problem has made one thing certain that MYNTRA cant be trusted.. Hats off to you guys.

    You just sell the product and if any issues arises you keep delaying and even decline the request..How much time should I waste on you so that you would actually listen and work on it..

    All you say that the product was successfully checked.. Then why the hell there was a hole in it.. How can anyone trust you!!!

    What if I face the same situation again...!!! oh by the way I should stop buying from you for once and all ...

    Now a mail will come saying that you are sorry and all blah blah blah.. If at all you are sorry then fix the issue right now.. I want my money back else take back your curtain...

      If you want to be cheated , please buy from myntra. All the products shipped are fake and old stock. 2 weeks back , i bought Franco Leon shoes for 2385/-, brand new shoes no discount given. After receiving


      the product, the shoe broke in 30 minutes o[censored]sages. WHen i returned the product, Myntra is not willing to accept and refund. EVen though product was returned in 2 days , they arenot accepting. CUstomer care is the worst, never respond or reply.

      Never ever think of Myntra..Cheaters and non-customer friendly people

        i have purchased online woodland shoe from myntra.com
        my order id is 2458586 i got defected shoes pair
        i made a request for return which is accepted but myntra return
        department executive puneet HN said that we forwarded complaint to
        woodland and accepted the fault but i called woodland too
        and they clearly said that this fault is not from our end
        it is fault from myntra.com if its our fault we will replace the shoe
        with new shoe pair ..i need those screen shot of email in which myntra.com
        executive communicated with woodland i want to see whose fault is this
        NOTE- I received shoes in the box which is having MRP rs 2695
        this box must contain primary non defected fresh item which means
        there is fraud done by myntra.com it is clearly the case of
        defamation of brand and its protection ...

        About a month ago I bought bellies (brand: blue parrot) from myntra. The shoes tore after first use. There were around 5-6 days remaining before the return policy would expire so I wrote to them. They asked me to send the picture and I did accordingly. After that I did not receive any reply. So I called the customer care and they asked me to send the pictures again in JPEG format. I sent it. I have still not received any reply. This buy has been a huge disappointment for me. I consider it a bad experience in online shopping. But, there have been times when I have been happy with the products I bought from this website. So I would say be careful while shopping online, and Myntra please ship products of standard quality.
        I Ajay Daga complained on 15th july 2014 about my nike egoli black shoes[protected] and order id 16667948 and my problem has not been resolved yet.I sent the complaint personally on the e-mail also before complaining.I also sent pictures of the defected part but they are not resolving the problem.Myntra buys defected brands from other companies at cheap price hand sells it to the customers for a higher price.They sell the defected products to the customer get their money and do not resolve the problem.This is how they sell defected products to people and succeed in cheating them.

          Sent me a product without any tags.
          It was a USED Product
          The quality of the Tee-shirt was poor
          Selling Fake products not Original Product
          Their Customer care is just a formality
          Called their customer care but they say that their return policy says that all tags should be intact

          Don't have any other option but to beware the buyer's

          yes this is true, evev i got a fake t shirt from myntra, the button spelling was wrongler, this is so sad that they sell fake products.
          i also got two fake women's top which were having no tags of brand. and there service is really bad.
          The products in their site is totally fake ...i request everyone in the world not to shop from them as they are extreme fraud people..i paid 1300+900 for a shirt of Ed-Hardy and the condition of the shirt of so fake that i not even wanted to see the shirt and forget about wearing it..             Hi all,
            Don't place any order using Myntra site. I have placed order on Feb 4, 2012 but still now they didn't deliver my product. If I ask them, they are telling not able to find the address so will resend the product. I believe the site fake one. My humble request is please don't go with www.myntra.com.

              I had placed an order for Gas Men Pass time Grey Casual shoes on 25th February 2012 for Rs 2000.00 and my order id was 2362809. Due to misfit I had to return the same on same day through DTDC couriers and my return id is 23074 and my consignment number for courier is b81144351. It was delivered at Myntra's Bnagalore address on 29th February 2012 according to DTDC website.

              Then when i called for cash-back which i have not received, Their customer care agent said they needed a Proof of Delivery. Therefore I emailed them the Proof of Delivery to [protected]@myntra.com on 18th March 2012. Now whenever i call on their customer care phone number [protected] they just tell me they are working on it but they have no information as of such. They have withheld my money and are not being cooperative with me at all.

              Please help me get my money back and take appropriate steps to punish those violating my consumer rights.

                I PLACE THIS ORDER ON 06/12/2011,AND THESE PEOPLE TOLD ME WITHIN 7-10 DAYS THE CONSIGNMENT WILL REACH TO MY ADDRESSEE.BUT THE GOODS NEVER REACHES TO MY ADDRES, I AM NOT GETTING ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THESE PEOPLE.EVERY TIME I TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE AND THEY COMMIT THAT THE GOODS WILL REACH ME BY 4-5 DAYS THROUGH QUANTUM COURIER AND EVERY TIME THEY HAVE NEW REASONS FOR NOT DISPATCHING THE CONSIGNMENT.ATLAST THEY PROMISE ME THAT THEY WILL RETURN THE AMOUNT IN 4-5 DAYS AND IT WAS ONE MONTH BACK.BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING FROM THEIR SIDE,NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS. I GENUNILY STARTED BELEIVING THAT THESE MIGHT BE A FRAUD COMPANY ,SINCE NO OFFICE IN MUMBAI(CONTACT NO.).

                    Hi All

                    I bought a Handbag as a gift for my Fiancee on 31st Jan 2012 and its been hardly a month and now its torn ! When I spoke to the customer service they bluntly said they wont be able to do anything unless otherwise we have tags that came with the bag. Unfortunately it was a gift and I removed the price tags.

                    They dont even accept the fact that I have a bill on the purchase with all the details and they still dont intend to help me anyway.

                    The customer support escalated the call to a manager who was much more blunt and didnt even try to help me anyway !

                    I would strongly recommend not to fall into the trap for all discounts !! And at the end of the you land up wasting more time and money !! Sad that the cost of the handbag was 1500 and they dont even have a warranty / Guarantee of any sort and Sad to know that its a branded product ( Lino Perros Women Golden Strap Brown Handbag )

                    And Mytra's 30-refund policy says -one should have all price tags that came with the product and the product should be re-sell able ! Myntra blindly cheats the customers by selling poor quality products to their customers with these kind of clauses that one can never get around !!

                    I too have had a bad experience with Myntra whereby the customer service has not responded to multiple emails to get a returns packet collected. On calling the Myntra customer service numbers one is put on hold for a long time or the line simply gets cut. Once when I did get through, the service-person confirmed to us that the packet would be collected in three days and two weeks later we are still waiting. Myntra of course has not responded to other emails we have sent and we have given up trying to get through to them on phone. After this unprofessional service we are very disappointed and will make sure we do not use Myntra for future purchases and will also spread the word among friends and colleagues about the bad service.

                    This is regarding order number 4862755,which is of Nike blue lunar swift shoes.I received the same on 31st December 2012.The packing has been usually good from myntra,but this time i received the item in just a box(the price was there on the bag),meaning there was no rate tags attached to the product.I wore the shoes for 1-2 hours and was extremely disappointed with the product ever since.the stuff felt extremely cheap and of poor quality.It felt like an Old stock and inferior product.I have been using running shoes for a while and was extremely dissatisfied about this new shoes i have bought and my precious money have been wasted for nothing.I didn't expect such an experience from a reputed site like Myntra..The originality of the product also seems questionable

                      Mynthra ship their products to irresponsible courier services like Quantium and dont care of whether they are delivering the products on time or not.
                      If we call their customer care service they speak as if they are offering something free of cost and its their wish to deliver it on whatever date they like .
                      I ordered a watch before 8 days and still it has not reached me .When i call the courier service they do some fraud and make false notes "Person Not Available .So delivery delayed"

                      Dont Order in Mynthra.I have always got nice item in the stipulated time from Ebay and many other Merchants.

                        I have purchased a sandal of Puma brand of size 10 which is very uncomfortable to me as if I am wearing size 9 or 8 , earlier I have used same product of same size same model purchased from Puma show room which was very much comfortable because of long lasting quality and life I have chosen the same brand product so that I can have same kind of results & satisfaction but I feel like being cheated because of size and uncomfortable every time I wear those pair of sandals moreover the product was delivered three weeks late after being requested by me via mails to deliver the same.Pls find customer support mail and my reply to them as pasted below .
                        Please ensure there shouldn't be any victims like me suffering with similar kind of service and products.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I Ordered an T-shirt online through Myntra.com on 30/Dec/2011 order No. 2077931 and the website promised that it would deliver the item before 06/Jan/2012, even after 30 odd days, the item is not delivered. I have made at least 6 phone calls to the Myntra.com Customer care, and got the same excuse saying that they will get back to me after contacting their Logistic Vendor (AFL)

                            I purchased a pair of shoes ORDER : 2129111 , 2112834 and they were smaller in size and i returned it and hoping that it will be returned in few days and its been a long time and nothing can be done and no reply and no contact till now from their end and nobody cares about it and when i checked my return status i get IN TRANSIT and they are still in process and when i call them they keep me hold for a long time or disconnect my call and i am waiting for a particular time and after that i will lodge a complaint in consumer court and so i would like to suggest you all please think before you but and i would like YEBHI instead of this because i[censored] return something they return your money rather than giving you a coupon ..

                              it has been a week already and i have not received my order yet while the internet site ensures that order would be dispatched within 5 days. i have tried their customer care number but their is no response as the bell and they even charge the call.

                                I had placed thee order withe this e-shop Myntra.com for thee running shoes on 15the Jan 2012. The order no. is 2160001. I got thee mail saying thee item has been shipped and would reach within 2 days. However I have not received them yet.

                                When I contacted their customer care on 20the Jan 2012, they informed that I will receive it by evening. That was a false promise. When I contacted them again, they promised that it will reach by Monday 23rd Jan 2012.

                                Today is 26the Jan 2012, I have not received thee item yet.

                                They are thee worst e-shop site I have come across. I fail to understand how many days required to deliver thee item within thee same city. This shows that they do not ship thee items, but simply updates thee order information.

                                  Here is the story and the conclusion is MYTRA.com is crap.

                                  I purchased numero uno shoes and got them deleiverd on 7th of january which was having a manufacturing defect.After wearing it for 4 hours i need to have a bandage on the back of my foot.

                                  I called mytra.com today and asked for exchange.Now i was shocked to hear from them after i told them that the same shoes has manufacturing defect.Mrkaushik and bala on customercare number +[protected], told me that they require the packing and the tags intact on it becuase if it wont have , the company cannot RESALE it.

                                  That means mytra.com is promoting the shipment of manufacturing defects shoes to its customers.

                                  Beware of this.

                                  If anybody from mynta.com is hearing this please go back to the recoreded communication between me and the executives to conclude what i am claiming.

                                    i had placed an order for fila black shoe from this company (order no. 2017821) ,firstly i received the shoe after a week,though on their website its mentioned 24 hr dispatch which is a misguiding information and then when i received the shoe it was not in the original box...they sent me a letter that its original but it was not expected to receive a product without original packing....after using the product for 3-4 days the upper material of the shoe started to crack...so i informed the customer care of myntra about that and also sent pictures of the defected area via email to [protected]@myntrra.com but didn't get any revert from them......later i got a call that the shoe would be picked within 48 hrs..but the shoe was picked up after 48 hrs....then i followed up with them to ensure whether the shoe has reached their warehouse or not....they informed that it would reach their warehouse by monday or tuesday i.e latest by 10th jan 2012.....but it didnt reach their warehouse on that date..i again called them and talked to the supervisor.he assured me that i would get a resolution by 11th jan 2012 after checking from their logistics department. and i would get a callback....he didnt call me so i had to call back again and then another supervisor Mr subhramaniam told me that my issue would be resolved by 12 jan 2012 and i would get a callback from him or someone else....i didnt get a call back...i again called them back....and talked to mr subramaniam.....now he told me that he would talk to the department again....but i demanded for a resolution today itself as he told me..then i talked to his supervisor ..he gave me a shocking information that the shoe is still lying in delhi and has not reached bangalore.......i asked him why your people have been giving me wrong information....he told me that other department is giving them such information.....i demanded for a refund today itself i,e 12th january 2012....he is again telling me that he would try to do something... i told them that i need my money back now because i cant wait fro weeks for their response and be without a shoe... i cant buy a new shoe in this situation where i have no assurance when my money would be refunded....its so awkward to be without a shoe...i am suffering due to their delay...they are telling me that there would be a quality check once the shoe reaches there.....but as the shoe is still lying in delhi office so it would take another week for any resolution ..and i cant wait for such a long time........please help me in getting my refund at the earliest i have also been assured by mr subramaniam that as my discount coupon on myntra would expire due to the delay ,,he would reactivate the discount coupon of 250 rs............ mr subramaniam's supervisor has assured me that he would give me a final resolution and not any update latest by 12th jan 2012 evening or 13th jan 2012....that means a refund not later than 13 th jan 2012..
                                    Please help me in getting my money back

                                      By all the standards and thumb rules, myntra.com is so far the worst online shopping service.

                                      I am an regular online shopper.I have been using online services for several years.But i never had this kind of moronic situation earlier.

                                      I placed an order for the product ReebOK Men's Zigfuel White Red Shoe on 28 Dec 2011,Order No:2073314, (Which was to be delivered on or before 4 Jan 2012 by SPEED-POST),which was supposed to be my brother's birthday gift. Since it was not delivered I contacted your great Customer Support .Their initial reply was that they will refund my money (which will be credited in 5-7 days ) since it they were not able to track it.
                                      How on earth it is not possible to deliver when i have used the same SPEED-POST(among were online orders) for the same address numerous times earlier.

                                      I asked them for reshipment which they denied bluntly.After wasting lot of time over this , they asked me to cancel this order and place a fresh order and it will be shipped using different courier service.Here i must agree that they have a very good sense of humor.Technically it means to get the same product i have to place order twice and pay twice.(Though i will get refund back in 5-7 days).

                                      After few more discussions they said it will be credited as myntra credits to my account in two days and place order later using those.
                                      I was OK with that.Then they started telling it cannot be delivered to the address I have mentioned earlier in the order.
                                      I am just wondering how come it is not possible when you people have promised earlier it will be delivered?????.
                                      Finally lost my cool and realized i am wasting my time and asked to cancel order.

                                      I am wondering

                                      1.Why you people has taken a order which you are not capable of delivering?
                                      2.Why i was not informed about the same until i made a followup?
                                      3.do you think refunding the money will be an apt answer for all these issues?
                                      (It was like I deposited my money with you and withdrawing at a later time,With due respect you are not operating a bank but an online store)


                                      My suggestion if you need good services please prefer some other e-shops

                                        This complaint is regarding the irresponsibility shown by online shopping site MYNTRA.COM

                                        I had ordered an item worth Rs 1750 on 18th of Dec.My order no. is 2037971. As per the site's policy,they dispatch ordered items within 24 hours and ensures delivery within 5 to 7 days. On 19th Dec,i was informed through the site that the item has been dispatched through India Post and the tracking no. was also given. I tried to track the item in India Post website for next 5 days and was unsuccessful. When I called up Myntra help line on 22nd Dec, I was told that it will take time for the Postal site to update the status.

                                        Then I called them again on 24th and I was told that the item was shifted to Quantium Solutions Parcels since they were unsuccessful to dispatch it through Post(after 6 days of placing the order) and was given a tracking no. for this new UNHEARD parcel service. When I tried to track the item,I was unsuccessful. When I contacted Myntra regarding this,I was promised that the item will be delivered by 30th Dec.

                                        The item was not delivered till 31st also.Then I again called up Myntra on 31st and they ensured that the item will under any circumstances be delivered before 2nd Jan noon.When this promise also turned out to be false , I contacted them again on 2nd only to know that the item was now shifted to Pushpak Couriers(another UNHEARD parcel service) since the earlier Quantium parcel service doesn't have an agency in Jamnagar, Gujarat which happens to be one of the major cities in Gujarat and a District headquarters.

                                        Now Im awaiting more response from the Myntra authorities.However the whole situation was managed very badly by them.
                                        1)Shown a false dispatch date on the site.
                                        2)Use of poor shipping methods.
                                        3)Had to call the help line more than six times,each call of duration more than ten minutes and the no. is not toll free.
                                        4)Doesn't have any idea of what is the present status of the item.
                                        5)Poor help line facility which is not bothered to call back with details even if they had promised to.

                                        Myntra gives u false promise it's better you do shopping in other good sites or go for a window shopping that are no use three out guys have joined hands to make a fool of others with the help of others out guys who is in top position when their priority is not on customer they have no rights to be in the e commerce business guys plz don't.
