I have purchased 5 t-shirts, I have worn one of them to a party. After party while am folding it I found a defect at the back of right sleeve,actually cloth is damaged at stitching, cloth is torn at stitching.I reported to myntra, they took almost one week time and replied me that please send the product with original stickers, tags,and covers,I spoke to them that I dont have the tag and of course I worn it once, astonishingly what they said that is you have to check each and every corner of the product after you purchase it. Is it possible to any human being to check everything.Their answer just shows lack of confidence in their quality, after this incident I checked each and every t-shirt thoroughly, I have found an dangerous fact that every product that was purchased on discount is some how damaged and defective.
Response that I got when I called myntracc is....
I called myntra CC for knowing the status of defective product, in our argument he indirectly said that t-shirt is not shoes which may be found defective after using, I got to know why he said that, my first purchase in myntra is fila shoe which are damaged in one and half month itself, that time I was refunded after lot of calls and emails. I wish to say that I will return every single product if I find them defective, actually I felt it was my right, but the situation here is making us to feel embarrassed to share truth. I deeply regret to say that we are here to purchase 100% genuine and quality products but not to fight with u for quality.
Recently I purchased playboy socks, found them defective.
My suggestion to viewers is be aware of purchasing on sale products in myntra.

refused to take it and said the product has bad quality and pick up reason is different.
I kept writing mailes to myntra team about this and tell them how one can use an oversize shoes. Initially they asked me to send the images of the product . I have send them around 12-13 images .
But all in vain. A bad product cost me 1100 rs. And now the myntra people are just returning their
standard mails. They are saying that product must have failed quality check if it would have been a
bad product, I just want to ask is there quality checks are 100% accurate every single time.
Kindly let me know how i can proceed further on this issue and get my money back or a better product.
We ordered a certain set of products and were delivered a different set of products . That was about 2 weeks back and for last 2 weeks, we've written about 2 dozen emails and may be 20 - 25 phone calls to an STD number (Bangalore - 080) costing us probably hundreds of rupees in just phone calls.
They don't think they made the mistake .. they want us to PROVE that we've got wrong products ... they would do only return and no replacement ... And return can not be organized because E-kart guys are either busy or something !!! The List GOES ON !!!

Urgent action required. A refund amount of 1600 pending. Account details have already been provided but still there's no reply.I was about to get a refund from an online shopping myntra of worth Rs 681.45. But unfortunately even after reaching max. business days i had got my refund yet..
