I ordered 3 T-shirt on 18th of Feb and it got delivered on 21st Feb but one of the T-shirt is defective and i upload the image of that defect on my myntra account but there is no any response from myntra team to return or refund for that defective product. I haven't use that T-shirt. Already more than 3 business day gone and i am waiting for their response. My order no. is 10518689.

    Myntra gave a me coupon, I applied it successfully
    but the payment was not completed processing is going and going going going going!!!
    i waited for more than 1 hour for completion of my order.
    Even after one hour there is no processing. Today i tried the same coupon but they are saying it was expired

    Its not my problem they didnt complete my order even after successful completion

    It was a big trick by Myntra.. No More Myntra for online shopping, , They are cheating people

      I had ordered a t-shirt from myntra.com that was delivered to me on 22-Feb-2014.The product was defective and I immediately placed a returns request. It has been 9 days and no one has come to collect it until now.Inspite of multiple calls to their customer care department and formally issuing a complaint from their website, there is no responsible action from myntra.My money is stuck with them since I cannot get the cost incurred back to my account until the item is returned back.Please help in this regard by ensuring strict action against myntra.com.

        I had placed an order of 6 items through myntra.com with Order No. 10522461 on 19 Feb 2014 for which I paid Rs. 5351 online. On the very next day I received all the items from them and when I saw one of the item I was bit disappointed as it was somewhat different from what I saw online. Anyways I thought to return all the items back to them, without even opening any other item and all the items were unused and with their tags intact. As on same day i.e 20 Feb 2014, I filled up online return for all the items and a form as well which was to be placed with the items. The items were picked up on 21 Feb 2014 by the same person who delivered them and I was hoping to see my money getting reflected within a day or two in my myntra account. But things turned ugly when I saw my online Myntra account that only 5 items were processed by them and they issued cash back for those but 1 item was still pending according to their website with Return Id 1106233. I thought it would take another day to rectify it but to my surprise I started receiving emails and messages from Myntra that they have scheduled the pickup for the item, which I have already returned. I wrote to them over email and called their customer care and was told to wait for three business days and response I got was really disappointing. They told me that their quality check department said that the item was in used condition and they wouldn't be able to process refund and strangely that too for an item which I didn't even open to see what's inside the box. It was quite a bad experience as first they tell me to return the product which I already did and then after taking time of 3 business days they tell me that product was "USED". I couldn't believe them because I didn't even try any of the product or removed their tags. Being their customer for past 1-2 years I was quite satisfied with their delivery and return policy but I didn't knew when a company grows it forgets its promises and assurance to their customers on which they built their ground.

          I had requested return (due to poor quality material), on 5th feb and got Return ID: 1045694 & 1045697. On 8th feb a person from Bluedart Picked up the order with Tracking no:[protected] .Yesterday (12th Feb) Myntra's customer service ppl generated an new Return id saying the previous return id got cancelled and they rearranged the pick up. From that time onwards i contacted Myntra customer service many times regarding this matter but does not got appropriate response. now they are saying your order has never reached Myntra's warehouse, well the bluedart' tracking number shows the order has already been delivered on 11th of Feb. i have called myntra's customer service many times charging me over Rs.150 . still they say they have no idea about the previous Return id nor the product even i mailed them many times but no meaningful response. I think i have lost my money and the product that i have returned.
          Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Delivery of Mismatch products

            I have ordered a tee(polo) and a track. But to my surprise I was delivered a different tee some unknown brand and a shoes. I was shocked and asked them to return those products and deliver the exact products what i have ordered. But the delivery person refused to take those wrong items .             T-SHIRT UNFIT

            I Purchased 2 t-shirts(XL) & found it small and tight in size.I returned them and bought largest size(XXL), but still found the t-shirts small/short and tight.This is very disgusting.Very poor service.

                  This is to inform you that while trying to purchase a shoe from myntra.com an amount of Rs 3737 was deducted from my account on 24th December. ([protected]@hotmail.com) While trying to file a complaint at their customer complaint they simply stated that they hav'nt received that amount when my bank clearly confirmed that the amount was deducted through post purchase. It would be great if you guys could help me out here.

                  Hi I am facing the same problem . I made an online payment of Rs.1851 on 06.02.2014 and Myntra says they haven't received my payment and neither are they willing to help me in this case.
                  This kind of reply from an online shopping site like Myntra.com is ridiculous .
                  It would be really great if you could help us .

                    i have booked a Levis Jacket on Myntra.com but due to short size i return it, so that i can purchase a bigger one.
                    i self shipped it through DTDC on 03.02.14 & it received @ your Delhi Warehouse on 04.02.14 @ 14.30 hrs.
                    from 6th i called a number of times to your customer care but they never told me the exact status of my return. now it is more than 3 business days over and neither return credit my account nor your representative able to tell me the status of my return.
                    i ask your representatives to ask to delhi warehouse but they told they have no contacts of delhi warehouse. I am not expecting this type of replies from A company like Myntra.com.
                    Now at this time i paid amount approx 2300/- for a jacket, but I dont know where it is.
                    this is my first purchase from you, but now i feel I made a mistake.

                    I hope you will take a necessary action and inform to me.

                      Frankly, I am very disappointed with Myntra return service . I Place a return order on Dec 25 2013, I get no response for more than a week. Then someone calls me from the call centre apologising and assuring that my product will be picked up the following week. I make sure that someone is at home all the time so that when the courier guys comes the return happens. No one calls or come for a week. Then, another guy calls up from the Myntra call centre with the same apology and boasting about Myntra's customer care concerns, assuring that the product will be picked the following week. Again I make sure that someone is at home all the so that when the courier guys comes the return happens. No one calls or come for a week. Now Someone calls me the 3rd time doesn't get through and Vola, the return order cancelled. Status of issue : "Solved" as per their records. Fantastic isn't it.

                        I have made return dated 10 Jan 2014 but the funds have not added to my myntr account. I am following up your tram from last 4 days but no one is able to help me. This is worst service I have ever had. I want log a formal complaint and want my money back. Please change your return policy of you cannot handle this type is services. I will never use your website because its all fake.

                          Hello...Dear frds...im have been order Fila red sports t-shirts...it came with hole on shoulder, due to bad stiching..i ask for exchange same product, but myntra support care was very bad...finally not got, .online shopping myntra and shopclue naptool, ..these sites r same bad support when comes with return policy, , , they didnot keep there words, ...i hate to shop on myntra, ..my suggestion better try flipkart, jabong, ..these r best, even return policy, respond immediately, but we can get less discount there, these is feedback..

                            hello, I had ordered two pairs of shoes from myntra.com on 01-01-14, with order number 9563223. the product was reached in my hands at 7th January 2014 through Indiaontime courier service with tracking number-[protected]. after checking, both the product was length wise its OK, but width wise very tight. So i returned the product to (The Returns Desk Vector Ecommerce Pvt Ltd., No 36/5, 27th Main, HSR layout, Sector 2, Somasandra Playa, Near KEB Power station, Haralukunte Post, Bangalore 560102) without use through by professional couriers service on very next day[protected]with tracking number- PRO1091141. return id-935181, 935176 And the product is reached in myntra at 09-01-14. then today[protected] after checking my mytra account, i seen that the return request was declined. then i contacted myntra costumer service and person in myntra service is told me that, the product is in used condition and also told myntra person will contact within days after discussion with manager desk. Here we can use little commonsense, we have arrival and return date with time while tracking above mentioned numbers. see, how can i use this products.the shoes is only i wear for checking it is suitable for me or not, and these was very tight in width wise and returned very next day. Is this right way of myntra for satisfying the costumer. i disappointing with myntra service. Regards

                              I ordered Nike shoes worth Rs.5613/- from myntra.com on 5 Dec, 2013. Returned it on 9th Dec, 2013. I haven’t received my refund amount yet. I tried their customer care and this is how they replied: - 1.One of them said that the shoes have not been picked up from my home. . 2.Another one said that the shoes were used so they will send me back. . 3.Some said that you will get your refund in 48 hours. . 4.One of the manager said, "I cant do anything. Kindly email to us." Its been almost a month and still no reply from their side. They are cheaters and thieves. Worst experience. I will never recommend this brand to anyone known. I don’t understand why this reputed site is so unprofessional after the delivery of the product. P.S.- Giving great deals does not entertain the customer but good customer support is also necessary.

                                Delivered product[protected] was damaged. Product was clearly not even inspected before sending. Very very disappointed. Will never buy from myntra and will ensure that my experience is shared on all social mediums. Myntra should focus more on quality than mere advertising. I want a FULL REFUND immediately. I DO NOT want your product. Online shopping is meant to make the process of shopping easy but this is just the opposite of that. A very disappointed customer

                                  I had ordered Mens apparel on[protected] but i haven't received any order/delivery status either to my mobile or email.I dint save the order id, email id with which email i have made the purchase but i got the alert from my bank that the transaction to myntra was successful. When i spoke to customer care they say that apart from email they cant check the order details, but apart from email i have all other details. Can you please check my order status asap with the help of above mentioned details.

                                    Bough pair of shoes from myntra size UK 8 order no. 9136381.The shoes fitting was tight and i demanded an exchange.The exchange policy states that there is a tag on the shoes which when i received the shoes were missing from it.Then on calling myntra's customer care they told me that they could exchange the item if the shoes packing box is intact.They are not clear between the tags or Boxes.A tag is an article which is suspended via thread to the article whereas box is a type of container in which the article is placed.Myntra failed to explain this difference and so I want to lodge a complaint against lack of exchange policies of myntra.com.                                       This was a pathetic experience i had with this company. I have ordered a black converse order no 8982990 rs1300/- on Thursday. I recived those on friday which was very good. When i unpacked it i saw it was size 6 where i have ordered for size 5. Then I placed the request for exchange it. It was the first time I have ordered from myntra. Which was pathetic. Now the delivery boy came on the next day monday to deliver the shoes. First he was blaming me that i have used those shoes. How can wear them it was of not my size. Also he got the same size again no 6. I called Customer Service they said I have to email them with the shoes images. Which I did. Again today someone came from myntra in the afternoon when i was sleeping. Coz i do a night shift i sleep in day time. Its ok. I thought my shoes have come. Again the guy was saying he cant take those as it is used. For god sake I DID NOT USE IT. It does not fit at all. It is bigger. I did not get any reply from customer service too. Adding to this intially when i recieved the pack the shoes were not packed also there was no tags, box was open. It looks like it was already open. I am so fed up with their process. I bought those shoes for my sister. I dont have time for myntra everyday. Something needs to be done. It is just pathetic.
