I ordered Nike shoes worth Rs.5613/- from myntra.com on 5 Dec, 2013. Returned it on 9th Dec, 2013. I haven’t received my refund amount yet. I tried their customer care and this is how they replied: - 1.One of them said that the shoes have not been picked up from my home. . 2.Another one said that the shoes were used so they will send me back. . 3.Some said that you will get your refund in 48 hours. . 4.One of the manager said, "I cant do anything. Kindly email to us." Its been almost a month and still no reply from their side. They are cheaters and thieves. Worst experience. I will never recommend this brand to anyone known. I don’t understand why this reputed site is so unprofessional after the delivery of the product. P.S.- Giving great deals does not entertain the customer but good customer support is also necessary.

    Delivered product[protected] was damaged. Product was clearly not even inspected before sending. Very very disappointed. Will never buy from myntra and will ensure that my experience is shared on all social mediums. Myntra should focus more on quality than mere advertising. I want a FULL REFUND immediately. I DO NOT want your product. Online shopping is meant to make the process of shopping easy but this is just the opposite of that. A very disappointed customer

      I had ordered Mens apparel on[protected] but i haven't received any order/delivery status either to my mobile or email.I dint save the order id, email id with which email i have made the purchase but i got the alert from my bank that the transaction to myntra was successful. When i spoke to customer care they say that apart from email they cant check the order details, but apart from email i have all other details. Can you please check my order status asap with the help of above mentioned details.

        Bough pair of shoes from myntra size UK 8 order no. 9136381.The shoes fitting was tight and i demanded an exchange.The exchange policy states that there is a tag on the shoes which when i received the shoes were missing from it.Then on calling myntra's customer care they told me that they could exchange the item if the shoes packing box is intact.They are not clear between the tags or Boxes.A tag is an article which is suspended via thread to the article whereas box is a type of container in which the article is placed.Myntra failed to explain this difference and so I want to lodge a complaint against lack of exchange policies of myntra.com.           This was a pathetic experience i had with this company. I have ordered a black converse order no 8982990 rs1300/- on Thursday. I recived those on friday which was very good. When i unpacked it i saw it was size 6 where i have ordered for size 5. Then I placed the request for exchange it. It was the first time I have ordered from myntra. Which was pathetic. Now the delivery boy came on the next day monday to deliver the shoes. First he was blaming me that i have used those shoes. How can wear them it was of not my size. Also he got the same size again no 6. I called Customer Service they said I have to email them with the shoes images. Which I did. Again today someone came from myntra in the afternoon when i was sleeping. Coz i do a night shift i sleep in day time. Its ok. I thought my shoes have come. Again the guy was saying he cant take those as it is used. For god sake I DID NOT USE IT. It does not fit at all. It is bigger. I did not get any reply from customer service too. Adding to this intially when i recieved the pack the shoes were not packed also there was no tags, box was open. It looks like it was already open. I am so fed up with their process. I bought those shoes for my sister. I dont have time for myntra everyday. Something needs to be done. It is just pathetic.

            I had ordered Arrow Men Black Semi-Formal Shoes, order no: 7129938. just in 1 months time its threads broke on top and the inside on back looked like torn paper. I complained to customer care and every time i had to talk to them. Sent images of the shoes2 times and after that they are saying that i need to send the shoes to Kanpur Factory. Is this how they work. No pickup facility, i have to send the shoes by courier and don't know when that will be returned. Is Myntra selling branded or fake shoes. The inside of the shoes on back heel looks like torn and faded paper just within use of 1 month. I have used other branded shoes and never faced this problem. Alos if some times have faced just gave the shoes to the shop and they returned back in 1 week time. Really unprofessional attitude and service from Myntra. Not expected

              i booked tummy shaper on myntra .com then i asked with delivery boy that if i have any issue u wil give my money back he said yes next day we wil give u whole amount . i got my order i open it and i saw it is torn and stitching is missing .i bought this 999 rs according to the prize it is nt a good material as well.now they are saying we cant give it ur money back and they are nt reply even.they doing fraud .

                Dear Sir/Mam, I stay in Thane, Maharashtra. I had purchase a Fastrack Backpack of Rs 1, 645.00/- from myntra.com and the same got delivered on October 7, 2013. As per myntra.com policy customer has to courier the product within 20 days if he is not satisfied with the same. Due to small size of the backpack I courier it through India Post to Vector E Commerce Saki Naka, Mumbai address. The same courier got delivered on October 14, 2013 as per details. Further, it has been 5 days since still the return order status is shown as pending. I had talk with the customer service department they said the return status has not been updated in their records. They told me to check with the courier people. Today when I had a word with courier people they said it has received by Vector on above date as per records.                   i bought a Converse Men Blue Casual Shoes(Order No. 7895216).Due to miss match in size i had no other option but to return the same.As there was no pick-up service in my location, i had to self ship the item through blue-dart couriers(Return No: 674428).They charged me Rs.465 for that.And my problem is with your return policy and i need my shipment cost credited in my cashback account.

                      I had ordered 2 Nos. Duke set of 3 T shirts under product code 117590 and 117591. All the T shirts are not of same size even though i ordered Large based on dimensions indicated with the product. All T shirts are smaller and i am not able to return only one of 3 may be near to what is mentioned on the website. The first set they refused to return as i used one T shirt which was close to the right size. the second set also they refused to change citing reasons of missing tag. the tag were just lying in the bag and i probably lost it. Supplying inferior product with no quality assurance and they do not want to replace citing one reason or other. last purchase with Myntra it also happened the same but since it was only INR 199, i thought to skip. This time its 1500 rupees but more importantly the arrogance and pain they have caused me. I expect a huge penalty on them ...so that they become a bit more responsible ...to be given to charity and replacement of T shirts with proper size

                        I have an account with myntra.com, last week ordered products worth more then Rs.67, 000 on PREPAID bases, all procedures were going smooth, and finally my all products received at nearest branch of logistic partners which is "Delhivery", suddenly they have suspended my user account with there website and after a complaining they give me commitments to resolve my issue in which they get failed, it was more then time taken then usual they didn't delivered my product, when i tried to inquired i didn't get any proper details about my product delivery, as well they were failed to provide me contact details of courier branch, after a struggle finally i found an address of branch which is just shifted to new place, when i visited courier partner branch they refused to handover me my parcels and replied that they have intimated by MYNTRA to hold all parcels and probably they will have to dispatch it for return, after a fighting a lot also i couldn't get my products, i talked to MYNTRA customer care but they are failed to give me reason to stop my parcels and also for my account suspension, its more then 5 days i m facing all this issues after calling so many times still they are not able to resolve any of my problem.

                        The promised date for delivery was on 23rd of April and today is 8th May and I didn't get my courier yet.

                        I had been calling their helpline number for the past few weeks and all they do is tell me to wait for 3 or 4 working days and the next time I call them they do the same thing..
                        I told them to cancel and refund my money because it has been nearly a month since I made the order and they tell they can't cancel the order.

                        Also they have no clue as to where the courier is right now.

                        I purchased for Rs. 6386.18 using my card.

                            Myntra.com doesn't allow trial on delivery before payment. In their advertisements they are misleading that trial can be done. THEY ARE HIDING ESSENTIAL FACTS AND MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER. The thing is they say trial can be done after payment & the delivery man has went off. Once the payment is made then it is the consumer's headache whether the clothes fit or not, though there exists a provision or 30 days exchange.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, *This is to draw your attention towards the way Myntra company treats their customer. I had ordered a sports shoe from Myntra website on 27th August 2013. Order ID: 7654804 The product got delivered on 28th august 2013. On 30th August i tried to wear the shoes but i saw some defects in the shoes.On that same day i lodged a complaint(Complaint ID: 714-045). The complaint id has been changed from Complaint ID: 714-045 to Complaint ID: 714-737 on 31st August 2013. They asked for few days to talk with the concerned product company(Adidas: PRODUCT CODE: 81541 - DIDAS MEN GLIMMERO BLACK SPORTS SHOES). In the mean time i have sent then the product images as they required. They took almost 12 days to set a refund(Return ID: 628007). They send me a mail on 11th September 2013 and told me that by 14th September 2013(2pm -7pm) their delivery staff will pick up the product. But today is 14th September 2013 9:00 pm IST. Nobody came and no phone-call or mail from their side also. In their last mail(on 11th September 2013) they told, "We have received your request to return the product below. Our delivery staff will pickup the item by September 14th 2013. Please follow the steps described in this email to prepare the item for return. After the return is picked-up and processed, you will receive cashback for the value of the item paid by you and a portion of any coupon used towards the purchase of this item." But i can't trust them anymore. Their so called 30 day return is about to end. I think they are plaing with common people like me and our money. This is a fraud company. I need my money back. please help me out to get my money back.

                                YOU WILL BE SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SHASANK AND JASMITH CONFIRMED THAT WE GOT APPROVAL FOR YOUR PRODUCT RETURN AND WILL GET THE RETURN CODE TODAY .I.E 9TH AUG..AT 7O'CLOCK TEAM HAS REPLIED THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 WORKING AS ALREADY GIVEN 5 WORKING DAYS.

                                NO ONE IS GIVING YOU RIGHT DIRECTION AND RESOLUTION TIME
                                I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED AND NOW PLANNING TO PURSUE CONSUMER COURT TO GET THE THINGS SETTLED NO OTHER OPTIONS I CAN SEE AS OF NOW.
                                THIS IS REALLY MENTAL HARASSMENT AS YOU HAVE PAID ENTIRE AMOUNT AND NOT GETTING ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

                                Dont buy shoes from myntra. Its 100% duplicte when u see manufacture from the shoe box its not from adidas, fila or puma.....is from a singapure company who make duplicate product. just copy the manufacture address and type in google. u find that is duplicate

                                I ordered a reebok shirt from myntra.Com
                                on 5th july 2012
                                order no. 3228918 extremely poor quality product...
                                this is not original reebok..the cloth is cheap and I washed it once.Its worser..bad experience.
                                Myntra is completely a fake good seller company. I got fooled for Reebok shoes. Order No. 11069936. I have used Reebok shoes bought from Reebok Showroom which was very good quality. Myntra have sent me complete Trash Reebok shoes.

                                Indian govt. should ban this company immediately.

                                Myntra canceled my order after 5 days

                                  I had placed an order for two shoes on Myntra.com on[protected]. Unfortunately the transaction didnt take place properly and the amount of Rs. 2,339 was diducted from my HDFC account (A/C no:[protected]).Also no trace of the transaction can be seen in the "my Orders' menu as well.I am afraid i lose this huge sum. Kindly force them to refund the amount debited from my account.

                                  Discount facilities offered on site are fony !!!!

                                  Its absolute waste of time..... first i purchase 3 kurta of large size with 25% as per their discount shown on website and when I realized it is bit small, i called their call center after few hours and inquire how to do that size amendment which they advised to cancel the order and re-order again....In fact they send me the same 25% discount coupon as well with the same amount value.

                                  But while I re-ordering the same order with just the x-large size amendment - what they promised discount is not valid, inquire the same with call center; the answer was completely ...as these products are not part of discount any more in just few hours time!!!!! big time cheating ...they make me to cancel the order and while re-ordering the discount is not valid ...

                                  I have the screen shot of their discount coupon send to me.... Costumer service is one jokers & pathetic service ….

                                  Never trust their words … Fony Online Store …. Worst experience …. Will never use them….

                                  These type of online stores are shame for India …. should ban them…

                                    Hi,

                                    I have ordered a shirt and slippers from myntra 3 days back and now today (9 july) I have received an email that your order is been cancelled as it is out of stock. when called myntra they are saying that yes it is out of stock, I was ok with it but then when I asked for a REFUND(as I used my debit card to make the payment) they told me that it will take 10 business days to refund the money. Why the hell they will take 10 business days to refund my money it was not my mistake so instead of giving me compensation they are taking 10 days to refund my money. it was first time I ordered something from myntra online and my experience is pathetic.
                                    I will make sure that me, my friends, my relatives and my family members will not buy anything from them. my order no was 6976985 and my email address is nikhil.[protected]@live.com

                                    Mr nikhil don't be worried about your money some time it will be happened due to some out of stock product and the time of refunding will be different in different shopping site because it take a time due to some process,
                                    or myntra, jabong, Yuvastyle this all are my favorite site and i have a better experience with us and they definitely care our customer.

                                      I have purchased a item whose order number is 6003910 which consists of Fila Men shoe and Lotto flip flop,both became useless, the Fila Men shoe sole got broken and Lotto flip flop strip get broken with in one month. I register the same complain and upload picture of both item many time, on there site and also mail them at [protected]@myntra.com. First they were telling that did not get any mail from me, I tried about 10 time and cc to my other email id , I were able to got the mail on my another mail Id, but they didn’t and I also make number of call and spent around 100 ruppe , every time they told that sir please mail us again, after that pne day they reply that they got my mail, and the are ready to return flip flop(cost Rs 350) but the problem is that they were not talking about shoe(cost Rs 1699). Then I mailed them again and asked them what about the shoe they replied that please send us picture of defected shoe we didn’t get the shoe picture, they are making me fool they are able see flip flop picture but did’nt able see the shoe picture in the same formate and attached in the same mail.
                                      And I started mailing them from 20th may still they say that plesae send us picture , and every time I send them defected shoe picture but they told that they didn,t recive any picture. I am sending them picture using my gmail Id , where they picture are going I can’t understand their policy behind this.
